    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    AirFiber service impacted: The restoration is taking longer than expected. We are trying to resolve this at the earliest. Apologies for the inconvenience. 5 days and still counting.. Cant even get through to customer support.. Can anyone help from @JioCare #AirFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. New connection (just 8-9 days old and under trial period) has been down for 7 days for Fixed Voice No. 91-5123134265. Complaint SR0000345F7F registered on 21 Apr still unresolved despite repeated calls and follow-ups.

    Hi @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani what is the procedure to cancel the Jio Air fiber order that hasn't been fulfilled? Worst ever service.. Its already been four days since the call was scheduled and the payment has been made. First give us a direct number to speak with humans.

    @JioCare That excuse of yours—that your team is already working on it—has gotten old. I never actually see your team anywhere; the network has been down for 15 days now. And the tower is right near my house! Come up with a different excuse this time.
