    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. 😓🙏🏻

    @JioCare Hi jio team any update now its almost about a year that i am struggling for this. A small refund processing is taking a year to process how shameful it is that being a such a good market player this kind of service is provided from your side. I have to now opt for legal action

    @JioCare 2) Because this termination is due to a complete 'Deficiency of Service' on Jio's part (no internet provided), I am demanding a Full Refund of my ₹500 security deposit along with a pro-rata refund for the unused prepaid days starting from my original complaint date.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been days since I raised the complaint, but nobody has responded or visited to inspect the issue. Jio AirFiber continues to suffer from lagging connectivity and poor speeds. SR No: SR000037RKB9 Please replace it with JioFiber at the earliest.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio For the last two months I have continuously complained about the network and the customer executive says it will work in the 72 hours I have recharged 12months pack 5 g and my data is working 3g speed and they will not working and at the same

    @JioCare please suggest how to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. Your team shows zero interest in solving my issue. It’s better to move to other network.
