    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. 😓🙏🏻

    @reliancejio there is problem in internet connection at my place last one month. Regularly complaining about it (near by 12times ) to jio care but don't get solution & positive response from costomer care executive. Kindly do needful..

    @JioCare I have been waiting from last 4 days just for the installation. If your team cannot do the installation then y committing to this. They have been updating flase comment that the request has been put on hold by the customer.

    @JioCare If this is the kind of service before installation now i am thinking what kind of service we will get post installation. If this is the situation in Bangalore i can imagine other cities. I assume Mr. Ambani is not aware of all these things.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio fiber net with a plan speed of 150mbps & all I get is 60-90mbps max.Ur rep was trying to convince me that 60mbps-90mbps is good speed & even though you have 150mbps it should not be an issue & can't submit a svc req as it's good speed acc to him

    @reliancejio you guys have the worst customer service and crap service which you provide.I have raised an SR00001HNJL7 and technician names Pawan was assigned (+916302464606) who has rescheduled my appointment for 2 times. I spoke to customer service associate named Ruby 68016606

    @JioCare I changed my jio plan from 30 to 100 Mbps in January, paid in advance for the month of January. On 2nd February jio generates a bill again showing amount due for the month of January. I contacted twice jio customer care but no luck @reliancejio

    @JioCare Its not only me who is facing the problem, all the owners of google pixel 5G phones are facing the same issue. Regardless we updated pur phone firmware to 5g, we are unable to use 5G, because your system listed pixel phones as non 5G. So please fix it, asap @JioCare @Google

    Hello @reliancejio Either your site engineer is corrupt or he is working for other networks. Network down since 03 days. Fix or ask @airtelindia for help.@JioCare
