    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. 😓🙏🏻

    @JioCare Don't preach to about patience, I have been complaining since 2017. You very well know there is no network coverage & you don't resolve this issue but talk to me about patience? Install a new site and resolve this. 6 years complaining not enough?

    @JioCare Within 2 km of radius from my home there is a Jio tower though i am experiencing a disgusting network problem. The locality is totally unhappy with the service of jio. Most of them are planning to move other service providers including me, kindly plz fixed this as soon.

    @JioCare same response from local rep even after complaint he is still sticking to only postpaid said company dosent accept prepaid connections in andhra pradesh tried a lot but since no response from ypu guys swiching to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @firstaryan @Airtel_Presence Ik,i have been facing same the issue since 16 march, i have been in contact with the support ever since yet they haven't solved this issue,and prolly they won't ,but thanks to @JioCare i have been using it since nov and i am happy with it.

    IMO jio fiber is the worst internet service..! I can't even play youtube videos on high resolution..! Shameful ISP by jio fiber.! @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

    @Sudhir_mish @airtelindia @JioCare Yess, agreed, I'm in panipat ,there is also the same issue . I had ported into airtel from jio but there is more slow internet than jio . Hence I'm waiting for 3 months to complete then will port into jio .
