    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. 😓🙏🏻

    @JioCare SR00001CG37A in which decade complain will be solved,1 ur non working executive reschedules visit as per his wish after that also no one came,literally hopeless,still PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED,GIVE MASSAGE TO UR ENGINEER BCOZ HE IS SO BUSY In rescheduled 4 times THEN CLOSED

    Wasted money on @JioCare @reliancejio i am using jio fibre in mohali. I request jio for relocation because we changed the house. But service engineers are not coming because we are old customers. If you are a new user then you get your connection in a day.😞 @iamatulkansal

    @reliancejio Dear Sir, we have a #JioFiber connection at home tdy we received a msg tht the connection due to temporary outrage jiofiber service has impacted an will start by 6.47pm its been 9 pm the service has not yet started and when called the customer support they say it's a local issue
