@reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

@rajini_mano @JioCare Tried that too. Bit better than the normal sim. But still not getting calls if in Airtel network. Came to know this issue only after 3 days of missing many calls through the callers. No missed call alert too.

@reliancejio for last one week the fiber creating issue Last month created issue and they keep shifting day gor 2 week to fix. Yesterday created a service request, let see how many days it will take to fix. Already reschedule once.

A new type of scam is carried by Jio Fiber stuff where if you complain about a jio fiber device then they run away by setting another faulty device. Then they will give different excuses. Bhai do din ka net extent kar do ge kya apki stuff ki hi problem hai? @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I have been facing issues with jio internet for a while now. But jio care representative are only bothered in checking speed and not understanding the issue. On top of it they disconnect call at will. Is this the service and experience that jio promised?
