Prabhakar Gupta (@IT__Majdoor) reported@JioCare My JioFiber isn’t working (red light). I raised a ticket on 2 July but received no response. The Jio Centre said it no longer service my area. I’ve recharged till October. Please refund the remaining amount or upgrade me to AirFiber. This is severely impacting my WFH.

Terrible shifting service forced me to disconnect. Switching to @reliancejio now—let's see how they treat me.
