    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare The worst service provider. Lately 25 days of erratic working / non working of WiFi on alternate days. Technician repairs on day one, next day not working. It’s being happening since last month. This is last month of patience. Finally switching over. Totally unreliable

    @JioCare Today is 10 August 2026 and still facing Network issue in my area. Are you guys really serious? I am not able to see videos without buffering. Videos getting stopped in every few seconds. Do fix the network or I will go to Consumer forum. Return recharge money. Ghatiya service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your new order has no payment/transaction details in the invoice. I never placed or authorized this order. My original order was cancelled, so explain how this new order was created and where my payment went. This needs immediate investigation and refund.

    @JioCare I am well educated to recharge via app,or even if considered they are reaching out to us to provide assistance, why on earth r they telling my number will be deactivated soon, if u want to increase sales better improve service n network @TRAI @JM_Scindia ,this is harassment

    @JioCare No refund received. Plz don't manipulate the narrative. 🙏🙏🙏 Complaint closed on 8th Aug. Today is 10th Aug. No refund.. why is the complaint closed??? Do you have any internal mechanism for checks??? 🤔😔
