    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare I replied to you privately as well. I recharged with IR pack, now incoming as well as outgoing services are not working for both calls and SMS. It's getting worse day by day. Please help.

    @JioCare No it is not good we are facing very poor speed please get it check with your network team we are facing this issue from many days but no action taken by Jio hence it is my request to please do the needful in this regard or the last option is we will have to port to other network

    @JioCare For one year in a row, after the service of Jio in our area was been completely bad, but watching videos on YouTube has become a bit difficult to play games, so please take a look at this and solve the issu ASAP.

    @JioCare Due to a technical issue, there may be some delay in the processing of service request for your JioFiber 1207963450. Your field boys are updating false comments in this service ticket and no one has even visited my place Vasundhara Sector 5. Can you look into this ?
