    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare Please contact the assigned technician and confirm if the relocation can be completed today. If not, kindly inform me clearly so I can proceed with another service provider. I cannot keep waiting without a confirmed timeline.

    @JioCare @JioCare My service was suspended before 28 May and restored only after I paid ₹509.22. Please explain why I am being charged full rental when the service was not active for the entire period.

    @JioCare @JioCare Simply reopening the service request is not enough. I need an actual resolution, not repeated assurances and reopened tickets. My JioFiber relocation has been pending for several days, and despite multiple escalations, no engineer has contacted or visited me.

    There is a height of patheticness, @JioCare @reliancejio, sit above that. Nothing worse that sim porting experience. Customer care is incapable of solving anything, just forwarding or avoiding. Pathetic!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber pathetic customer service .Applied for new fiber connection money taken but no installation done .None of the toll free numbers or chats helps to talk to someone or register a complaint to resolve this issue.Already disappointed #pathetic #service
