    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare As the AREA is in middle of the city with corporate office around and we are claiming we are the best service provider when there in no network in middle of The city. Such a shame

    @reliancejio @JioCare One of the most pathetic service ever experienced. Installed a jio airfiber last Friday and it's still not working. Customer care, engineer all are expert in making excuses and now when I am asking to uninstall the service they say I'll lose my money.

    Hey @reliancejio, 3 YEARS of "we are working to resolve it" is long enough. Network coverage is still pathetic and my internet speed has tanked to 1-2 MBPS. Even your customer care is just repeating the same script. When is this actually getting fixed? 😡 Tower - Varanga
