    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @reliancejio i purchased a jio obd tracker around 20-30 days back. it has stopped showing any notifications & not logging trip from last 2 weeks. also wifi hotspot is not working what a cheap chinese product you people are selling & nowhere are any details mentioned to contact!

    I have recharge my jio sim with containing jio hotstar plan and on my jio app showing jio hotstar subscription active on the other hand jio hotstar app show you don't have any subscription @JioHotstar @JioCare please help to activate my subscription

    @JioCare I am facing repeated internet disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, but the internet keeps dropping on all devices. Service Request SR00003AFSFV was raised on 6 July 2026, but the issue is still unresolved and no engineer visit .

    @JioCare @reliancejio my termination request of JioFiber +91-1203291534 is replaced with 2 service request to buy time so that Jio can send me invoice. Cheatinh resorted to bill to customer with inadequate services. #cheating#

    Dead internet for a week (ID: 913335917857). @JioCare engineer uninstalled my receiver, took it, and fraudulently marked the ticket "RESOLVED"! Trapped in AI bot loops with zero human response. Fix this. @reliancejio @ConsumerCourt_ #JioAirFiber #JioDown

    Same case with jio in past few days, @JioCare they dont fix the slow internet issue. I've been getting 2mbps (UNLIMITED 5G) Location thane west 400604

    Dear @JioCare, this is extremely disappointing. My JioFiber connection was permanently disconnected due to delayed payment. I later paid ₹487.96 believing it would restore my service, but only after the payment was I informed that the connection had already been permanently 1/n

    @JioCare 3.5 months since I havent received my refund on this trail after returning your setup box and router. I dont know what more ur customer service team is checking and just say that u have looted customers 1500rs. Now ur team will give a general response we have sent you dm

    @JioCare My wifi is not working from yesterday and there is no communication from technician or your team on why it has been rescheduled four times. Trying to reach your customer care for some time now but call is getting disconnected automatically. #jiofiber #PoorService
