    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    Hello @JioCare. I’m facing some kind of internet connectivity issue. Not only me but our entire lane is facing this issue since a week now. Whenever I call jio care, they say they would fix the issue in 48 hours or 32 mins but it repeats. Kindly look into the matter.

    Hey @reliancejio , So my old aunt is using jio and somehow that SIM card is damaged. Is there anyway it can be replaced in Orai, UP. As she don’t know the process. Hope she’ll get the help!

    @reliancejio Customer care numbers like 1991, 19916, etc are all useless. No one to answer a specific query. You have custom made the ivr and chatbot as per your convenience. Can someone let me know what number to call on if I have a specific query . Pathetic this !!!!!

    @JioCare Jio fiber order reference number is - NO0000FQPTOT. please help to get the connection installed soon, at least have the courtesy to call back & inform the status/reason for delay.
