    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    Hello @JioCare , called your customer care executive and after being dissatisfied with her answers i asked her to connect me to survey to which she refused citing that our server is hanged at the moment. Since i refused to disconnect so he shared my number on scammers group.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service in Chennai (West Mambalam). My relocation request raised on May 16, 2026 was cancelled without any intimation, and I have received no response to multiple emails so far. This level of service is unacceptable. #jiofiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Ok thank you, and from the past month I raised multiple service requests which aren't shown on my login, but I am getting messages in my email like they were closed. However, because not showing in my account, I am unable to verify the outcome. (1/1)
