    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @JioCare I did not receive any call from your team even after your assurance thats why I was saying your team is really not working efficiently and effectively to deliver things on time or even thinking this is already delayed & should do the job, there is no system in place to track it.

    Terrible service, @reliancejio @JioCare . I was told an engineer would visit today between 1 and 2 PM, but no one has arrived and my JioFiber connection is still down. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    I'm from silao, Nalanda, Bihar. In my area jio network is too weak & 5G internet speed is like 2G please correct it , otherwise I will switch to another telcom company . @JioCare @reliancejio

    Still this issue is not resolved. Still @JioCare I am getting same reply from last 6 years. That in future we will improve. If your future is not 6 years then when . 3599 recharge per year. Seriously and service is zero.
