    Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @kiranthomas2000 Poor service. Yesterday I had visited Chapru Nagar Nagpur Jio Store for data getting over fast . The team mate has not given proper answer. I will not suggest anyone to take jio sim Not Jio Fiber Why you people are cheating

    @JioCare @reliancejio This kind of poor customer service is completely unacceptable. Jio has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever faced. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will discontinue my Jio services. I will never choose Jio again if this kind of service continues.

    @JioCare I Shirisha, As mentioned to you, this is not the kind of service I expect. If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have been facing network issues for the past 3–4 hours, and I’m not sure what’s causing them. It’s becoming quite frustrating because I’m unable to work properly due to the unstable network connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare for god sake don't call us frequently and threaten to stop incomming calls, this issue was already raised in Rajya sabha by @raghav_chadha Member of parliament. It's really they say recharge even if u don't use, I use wifi at home, use other mobile for call.

    @reliancejio I recently ported my number from Vi to Jio due to unexpectedly high bills. However, Vi is still asking me to pay a bill even after porting out, and the amount doesn’t seem to reflect my actual usage. Please look into this matter and help me resolve this. @JioCare
