  Facing worst connectivity by @Airtel_Presence Forget 4G..even basic network is not there. Several times I have raised complaint ,nobody cares. Location is given. Only @reliancejio giving seamless 4G coverage here in my hometown with 10K+ Population. PS: I'm a corporate customer.

  @JioCare Booked a JioFiber connection on the 11th morning, but still no installation! 😡 Local ISPs like ACT & Excitel install on the very same day. The agent who took the booking is now completely ignoring my calls and messages. Very poor service. Please resolve this ASAP!

  @JioCare A field technician openly threatened service sabotage because of the OTP, and all I get is an automated reply? I don't need sympathy, I need disciplinary action against the technician and a written assurance that my line won't be tampered with. CPGRAMS Ref: DOTEL/E/2026/0051075.
