It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

The service has been denied by the person and the rescheduling option is not available on the app -showing “on hold”.

Frequent switching between 4G and 5G, very slow internet speeds, and unstable connectivity. Kindly investigate and improve the network.
