    @JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

    @reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

    @JioCare Because Jio authorities didn't pay heed to my complaint and never tried to show any interest in solving the issue, I have decided not to Recharge my Jio Sim anymore.

    @reliancejio Dear Sirs, Pls consider installing a Jio - 4 G mobile tower at Chattiyan - Slaughter House, locality in KASAULI, Distt SOLAN ( H. P) where, there is absolutely no connectivity of any service provider incl BSNL. Several persons incl me hve changed multiply service..

    @JioCare @adikhadase044 For jio. Please note, I am still a staunch supporter of jio, but as a customer, it is my duty to bring to the notice that jio services have deteriorated badly. I convinced my wife to port to jio and since then we are repenting. Phone number is 9867390253. Anil wadhwa

    @reliancejio How come such big company showing error in billing amount on their app where payment is already paid by customer.Billing cycle is of 1 may- 31st may. Bill generation date-1st of june Payment date -4th June Account Number-100498388104 On app right now overdue shown

    @JioCare This has been close to 4weeks. There r >1lakh users here, I am sure most opted for the True 5G are deceived by Jio's careless attitude here. I, who is happy with local fibernet but wanted to explore Jio Fiber is dropping the ball now due to this careless customer support.

    @JioCare You cancelled my Fiber relocation request without my consent. I never requested its cancellation. You have also retained my ₹8,800 annual subscription payment and ₹1,200 relocation charges. This is unacceptable. @_MukeshAmbani #jioscam #ambaniscsm

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI I don't know how you can allow jio to go on with IPO with such pathetic service. I see many twitter posts on customers frustrated by jio service. All I am asking is for refund of 1200 that they took from me and never provided service for it .

    @JioCare This directly contradicts what the Jio customer support team had told me—that no payment would be required for the router. Now I am being told that a technician can only be assigned tomorrow, and even then there is no clarity on the expected time of the visit.
