    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare I have yet to receive a formal Service Request (SR) number for this whitelisting issue. Provide an SR number immediately so this delay is officially tracked. I am marking a complaint to the Bihar Nodal Officer if this isn't handled properly now. #JioAirFiber #Bihar (2/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet not working since morning. Can you please improve your third class service and get it rectified as soon as possible? Internet was not working on sunday and Monday as well. Why can't you have more skilled technicians in place?

    JIO Has Undoubtedly Worst experience of My Life I couldn't use proper even when i pad 399 just for 4g Still i can not use my data cos of poor server and if i call customer they misbehave with me&said we won't fix this problem. And said do whatever you can😡 @JioCare @reliancejio

    The technician of Jiofiber whose number has been sent to me through SMS is switched off...this is a huge negligence...he is paid salary and he is very negligent in his work...Please try to fix my WiFi today. ..thank you SR00002KM1GG #jiocare #reliancejio

    @JioCare Again jio fibre blink red, problem occurs twice a month. & Again will've to chase you people like hell as I did last time. Why so much service desruption happening frequently. Jio fibre not working well. Will've to switch to another provider. Can't afford these problem frequently
