    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is a village-wide coverage issue, not a handset or app problem Even my name is Arman, not Aman. Please stop generic replies and send a technical survey team to Sarai Anadeo (230144). 7 years without proper network improvement is unacceptable. Many homes still lack🛜

    @JioCare It’s been 6+ days without JioFiber services, and there has been no meaningful response from either Jio Care or the Appellate Authority. Not even a single Service Request number has been shared as an acknowledgement.

    Facing extremely slow network and unable to connect to 5G at Embassy 247, Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai - 400083. Calls and internet services are badly affected. Almost 200+ Jio users in our office are facing the same issue. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare - JioFiber is literally giving tough time. Had multiple engineer visits, unfortunately no one was able to resolve the issue.

    Pathetic experience from Jio, no resolution yet, you guys just create appointments, requests and close it yourself, there is no way to contact customer care, at least confirm you cannot I'll switch to another service provider. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I raised the complaint yesterday. If your customer support team had taken it seriously, this would have been resolved by now. Who is responsible? I had to recharge a mobile data pack yesterday,how will you reimburse the money? @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare My wifi is not working for more than 36 hours but still I have not received any call from jio customer care. The services are very pathetic. @reliancejio @JioCare
