    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    @JioCare horrible custmer service fibre down since yest.. engineer visit scheduled at 12 gets auto changed to 4 pm ..15 min before suddenly calls at 11.45 that the enginer is coming.. says changed frm backend ..then why seek time frm cust ?Jio care hangs after a long wait.

    Jio Fibre 1 hafte me hi kharab hogya he... Red light continuously blinking App says apke cable me issue ho sakta.. tried everything. No solution, registered complaint, no one is coming 3 months advance is a loot ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of service is being provided to the costumer? After payment was done everyday I am getting a installation msg I wait and do not step out for my work but they again reschedule it to next day. No value for customer and time? Why this torture ?

    3 Reasons why we shudn't buy Jiofiber postpaid 1. We cannot pay it's bill via Amazon or phone pe apps. 2. We can never talk to it's real customer care on phone. It's cc is fully based on bots. 3. Post paid bills needs to be paid on advance for one month. So funny! @JioCare
