    @JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

    After 15 days of follow ups with Jio Customer Care still no resolution to my query and the problem still remians. @JioCare seems to have the worst customer care support indeed. Will eventually have to switch to a better service provider like @airtelindia if things won't resolve.

    @JioCare please help urgently I recharged my jio number after some time . but sim network rejecting sim connection I am traveling and urgently need data access hence recharged but not able to use it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare do you give relocation options only to the people owning the house? If I upload the rent lease as address proof request is rejected. No proper category for lease exists. No help from customer care. Can you tell me what to do in such a case?

    Seriously this is not a great experience so far with Airtel and am glad that I didn’t change my fiber service provider as they suggested. I came here as a last resort and if nothing changes i might have to switch back to jio in a month. @reliancejio will be back in 90 days :)
