@JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

@JioCare I took a Jio SIM along with jiofi router in one of your store. At that they said, you will get 4 months plan (3GB/Day). But after one month of using, it's showing your were expired. Here is my number 6304769087. Could you resolve this issue.

@JioCare Please look into my previous complaint, service request number SR000012PLWE resolution is not satisfactory. I have clearly mentioned I have 3 connections and all have the same problem. So you cannot blame it on the phone. Looking forward to a satisfactory resolution

@JioCare apparently a Customer with an outstation aadhaar can't take a postpaid connection? My original aadhaar has the issue date of 2011 printed. Why is that an issue?
