    It’s been days since I booked and paid for my JioFiber connection (NO0001EGIMW2), and still no installation. No one has contacted me, and there is no update. Repeated complaints only receive standard replies with no resolution. Extremely disappointing service. @JioCare #JioFiber

    2g network is better than 5g network of JIO5G District: Mayurbhanj,Po/Ps- Thakurmunda Village: Rugudibeda Network Speed Is 100kbps .... Very bad service by @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare For 25 days, every power cut at Bheja, Madhepur, Bihar 847408 causes complete No Service. Calls & internet stop completely. I lost 4 days' wages due to this. Please fix the tower backup urgently and provide compensation. Jio: 9619041006 #Jio #TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare I am tired of explaining the same issue again and again. It has been over 3 weeks, and my JioAirFiber is still not working properly. I have called support many times, raised multiple complaints, and shared my details repeatedly. Yet I only receive copy-paste replies.

    @JioCare I did not receive any call from your team even after your assurance thats why I was saying your team is really not working efficiently and effectively to deliver things on time or even thinking this is already delayed & should do the job, there is no system in place to track it.

    Still this issue is not resolved. Still @JioCare I am getting same reply from last 6 years. That in future we will improve. If your future is not 6 years then when . 3599 recharge per year. Seriously and service is zero.

    @JioCare wtf network u r providing, on every power outages in my areas ur network goes down. Cannot make calls, internet loses. R u not using battery backup to power ur towers?? #jionetwork

    @JioCare @reliancejio what is going on with your net? I booked complaint in noon and the customer care executive told me that the engineer will come on 18th July i asked them to send them tomorrow they said they cant as they don’t have enough engineers ,now tell me what do i do?
