    @JioCare The instructions given by the team weren't helpful and they ceased to assist me further. The network is so bad that I can't even send a whatsapa message.

    Hi @JioCare Airtel and VI sim company people are daily offering various deals to port the sim to their network and also offering free bluetooth headset for porting , me being a loyal customer of yours didn't i deserve something for not porting it. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I'm retailer from Boisar, District palghar Maharashtra pincode 401504 I don't have new sim card for activation for selling to custer. When i asked new sim fir distributor he is also refuse for new sim card. Please help me to get new sim card and be my contribution.

    @JioCare Just 500 meter away of my area jio network working well so I'm letting you know near by the Durga mandir Bordoloi colony GNB ROAD it doesn't work so have a look into the matter & let us use the service
