@reliancejio My internet is extremely slow and keeps lagging all the time. I’ve already complained multiple times but nothing has been fixed yet. At this rate, my recharge will expire before the problem is even solved, and then I’ll be told there’s no active plan. This is really frustrating.

@JioCare Yes, esim is activated in my mobile but it was activated 15 days before to till today before that i used an physical sim and the problem still remains the same. Even my wife is using jio sim in another brand mobile and having same problem.

@JioCare Link not working (invalid/expired). Issue ongoing since 17 Apr with no proper service. If engineer visit is scheduled, share exact date, time & contact. Speed still 1–15 Mbps vs 100 Mbps plan. Resolve urgently or I proceed with consumer complaint. @JioCare @reliancejio
