@JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Jio people came and embezzled the interlocking tiles from our ramps to install their wires through the gutter pit. They never replaced the tiles. We didn't get our tiles back. Nobody has come till now for the repairs.

@JioCare Thanks for your concern. I do not have more time and energy to wait for jio connection to be restored. I had called customer care to raise disconnection request which they did SR00001BRZX3 but as Browsing issue. How can a disconnection request be raised under Browsing issue?
