After 7+ days of downtime, this kind of response is unacceptable. Please provide a real resolution, not copy-paste replies.

I’m completely frustrated after 7+ days of poor service and useless replies. If this is not resolved now, I will remove and throw away the Jio Fiber connection permanently.

Kunal Soni (@thegodlymonster) reported@reliancejio 1/3. Chronology. 1st May : Call to jio customer care. I asked process to relocate my connection to another address. They confirmed they have service in that particular building. I make an advance rental payment of 3 months. Cat and mouse game begins.

Instead of a smooth closure process, I was pressured with statements like myou lose money pay for another full month.Customers should not be forced misled into continuing a service.
