    @JioCare my fiber is not working since,2 Technical guys came and said something issue is with energy now we get connection from another society and they are asking for approval from that society which is not our job ,that society said jio is not paying us so we will remove jio

    @JioCare Please don't give false assurances. This is the third time we have faced this issue and please it is anything but technical. Next door society disconnecting power supply to our connection is not a technical issue. Jio should have worked on a backup solution by now.
