@JioCare my number is 919074441480 , it was not reacharged for some months but yesterday I have recharged it , but till now there is no network . Trying to get to your customer care but unable to connect.Please help me I am in train hence can't go to nearest centre also.

@Airtel_Presence . Why Airtel prepaid customers not getting the call details records in Airtel thanks app like RelianceJio. Jio provides the complete CDR of all outgoing calls including the data usage. Airtel being the no 1 network in India is expected to provide this service.

@JioCare Please check DM. It's been really disappointing to see such a poor after sales service no resolution on the complaints.local vendors are way better they work on prob immediately. Now who will bear the losses incurred??

@JioCare hi Jio team since 3 month I am facing speed issue in Chanashma, Gujarat and I am not getting resolution since 3-4 month also speak with customer care but agent is replying there is multiple users so it's temporary issue is resolved shortly but I am facing the same issue

Jio internet and network is too slow .Jio should do something to improve . internet services depressing. Not even providing basic internet speed. Just retire and be remembered for your services. Don't defame your image. Take care @JioCare @reliancejio
