@JioCare , that too second time fault in span of 5 days, i started loosing trust and this kind of support will make me think move out to other service provider, even then no action and same dialogue of only next day it can be attended.(when i call at morning 9:30 and has to wait for next

The service of @JioCare has gone to worst. Waiting for service engineer from last 3 days. I think airtel fibre is best.

@JioCare Your apologies are useless, today's marks day 4 where my internet is not working, simply because your engineers are not visiting, inspite of regular escalations.. On Top of it, your customer care doesn't even have the email address of your Nodal Officer for this matter.

@JioCare @reliancejio I want to know on who’s permission has the service request rescheduled and show me the proof where I asked them to rescheduled. It’s been 36hours plus and still you guys not been able to send the service engineer for a visit.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Again jiofiber is down for the third time. SR00001CIHJC. Service engineer repairs the connection for one flat by disconnecting other flat's connection.Pathetic service.Does Jiofiber really think a customer will recharge again after facing issue multiple times?
