    @JioCare Please do not bother. I am through with Jio. Shush a shabby service. No internet for 70 hours! And being told to wait and wait and wait. Please convey this to Mr Mukesh Ambani who should fire staff for taking 4 days and then also not attend complain

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber is down from past 2 days. Tried raising complaint on MyJio but the issue is yet to be resolved. Jio engineers are not paying any attention to queries on call. if you can’t provide basic wifi service then I might as well switch to @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare You have been working on your improvement since last 4 years, but still the network is not good, we have called your customer support center more than 1000 times and mailed more than 100 times but sometimes we do not get a satisfactory answer. Why so?
