@JioCare I have requested for a JIO sim (porting from #vodafone) on 21/03/2021. Got a call yesterday that the agent will come today at 10AM. It's almost 1:30 and nobody has even called. Are you really this lousy for a new customer? I would go with @airtelindia instead

@abhaystoic @JioCare I have applied for the connection on March 01, 2021. No installation till date.even for cancellations you have to wait for 7 days to get the refunds. So much delay due to lack on integration between the customer care and technical on site staff NO0000GN0G2D
