    @JioCare There is no way to reach out to customer executive. The engineer has refused to visit and fix the issue even though the case is opened for 6 days. I shared my phone number in DM, no response and standard copy paste response. I'm going to file a complaint in consumer court now.

    @JioCare Again the day is gone but no resolution is received! #jio is one of the worst company nowadays! Even @RIL_Updates mgmt is unable to check how the incompetent people is there in @reliancejio ! Even there is no option to reschedule for which pretext revert they sent me every time

    Tweet 1: Dear @JioCare, Jio service in Tilhar (UP East) was cmpletly down from 27–31 July. Multiple technician visits were scheduled, but no one attended. There was no accountability, no communication, & customers were left wthout internet for 5 days. @TRAI #Jio #CustomerRights

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been 7 days my internet is not working. Engineer visit keeps on rescheduling on its own. Customer care keeps blabbering same old recorded lines “please wait for engineer visit” What non sense ?

    @JioCare I don't understand why you guys keep giving me copy paste SOP answers. Why you don't speak to actual technicians when they themselves said that the ticket is not their priority even after 6 days of follow up. I raised a consumer forum complaint docket number: 9869500.
