    @JioCare Hi Pooja today your shift must be morning shift and you have replied the tweet an engineer will be assigned at the earliest but that earliest never comes. Same reply has been assured me by Shail and Nausheen. Every time same reply.

    Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio raised service request SR00001CYEUC yesterday. One guy called and informed he is coming to attend within 1 hour. Later on enquiry informed he will not come and some other guy will come. Nobody came or contacted till now.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @RelianceJio2 spoiled my trip to Singapore as even after recharging Rs.1101 they havent provided the network yet. i am continuously contacting them for last 4 dyas and they say they are working on it. It spoils my , time , effort and money

    Got Jio Fiber connection yesterday. Worst service. First the installation was delayed and most of the apps are not working. On phone as well as the Jio fiber Wifi. Already paid for 6 months plan and getting this issue on the first day itself.@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Sorry to say yet no resolution of jio net. How may days require to you for the same. Very casual opporach of jio. Pl look on and do needful also make provision no net no payment. Why I will pay daily charges if net is not working
