    @JioCare As a customer, I do not consent to sharing unnecessary personal information beyond what is reasonably required for verification. I request Jio to address the concern based on the already available account details and investigate why third-party/family contact numbers .

    @JioCare Only when i have intervened you are saying this.. no text was received regarding this and no issue has been resolved. Kindly make sure the customer is also listened to.. whatever i am paying is for the whole month, if i get issues for 7 days will you grant any compensation?

    Dear @JioCare Sonpeth (431516) is facing repeated network failures every week. Many times there is complete blackout no calls no mobile internet, and even Jio AirFiber stops working for hours. This is affecting the entire city work and emergency communication. Please investigate

    @JioCare Thanks! No response from your engineer and one thing i observed is your team mems are changing and updating the tweet but not a single person has contacted or visited for my home to resolve my issue and its been 30 hrs. What a pathetic service
