    @JioCare pathetic speed of jiofi and more pathetic is the support which your executives provide. A simple query why my jiofi is not giving speed which it was giving from last 6 months, suddenly what changed in past 2 days that speed from 20 mbps went to 0.5 mbps?

    @JioCare It's done. No call. No visit instead I received a message, "Dear Customer, Hope we have been able to provide you with a resolution on service request SR000014SGMK.. Thanks for this 'sarkari' approach and providing me with the worst service I've ever received. @upadhyayumesh

    @reliancejio bought a 3 month plan, and your team gave me a 6-month data-only plan. Absolutely ridiculous service, I'm porting very soon.
