  @jiocare Sweety, thank you for the update. I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle

  @JioCare @reliancejio My broadband WIFI is not working for 2.5 days. Every 12hrs sms says that service will be restored in 12hrs. Be rest assured. No one is answering calls,only chatbots are online. Unacceptable.

  @TRAI Yes.. I am using @reliancejio the network indoor goes single bar... not able to make calls indoor...you think about videos???. In low network area service provider have to take efforts and cover indoor as well... awaiting soon..
