    @airtelindia 3 weeks and my Internet isn’t working. With prepaid you already got the money so it doesn’t matter if services work or don’t & the resolution time is 8 days. Will @reliancejio help me here or @TRAI.Pathetic prepaid services. Fake promotions of 5g when 4g doesn’t work

    Absolutely terrible service from @JioCare . No matter how much we recharge be it 3GB or 5GB per day , still speed will be reduced after 1.5 GB daily usage. Pathetic service, hopeless. Enough frustration even after paying so much, I am moving to @airtelindia .

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is regarding Service Request Number SR00001GP3GS. Had raised this SR on 15th Jan, stilll no resolution on the same. Please expedite and resolve it by 22nd Jan.

    @JioCare There is no personal details shared here on my timeline and u guys no need to worry about it...u just focus on your services since last 2 months I am facing the hell lot of issues with your jio network ...why u don't focus on your services so we don't get service issues.

    @JioCare Jio switched off its tower inside Air Force Camp at Begumpet, Hyderabad and left its user in dark. Atleast increase the range of nearby Jio tower. Thank God Airtel network is available for internet service whom I left to get Jio sim.

    I was planning to port out from Vi to @reliancejio and then I was told that there is a ₹99/- activation fee (which is fune) and a MANDATORY ₹99/- for Jio Prime Membership! That mandatory pushing down customer's throat is VERY CHEAP of you Jio. Not subscribing now, of course.

    @reliancejio Services of the company are very poor. One can face problems as facing from the then Reliance communication. Not to join Jio Fibre.
