    @JioCare I even contacted the local network team, but they either don't answer calls or disconnect them. We're tired of false promises. Please fix the Jio tower in Luni, Jodhpur (342802) and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare Whenever there's a power cut, the entire Jio network goes down, which shows the tower has no proper power backup. I've called Customer Care 10+ times and every time I was promised a "permanent solution," but nothing has changed.

    @JioCare this is not the first time am using this nw or MyJio/maybe u DID NOT understand the issue/what is the USE of Jio APP when it is giving FAKE info/Not Allowing complaint?DM has no value as u CONTRADICT ur own app findings/get rid of the APP if you want me to answer THOSE Qs/or fix

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare and @reliancejio. I completed my SIM port reques online on 2 July, but I still haven't received my physical SIM. Worst service jio😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio such a pathetic service. I have ordered a new sim using self kyc service from My jio app. The sim was ordered on July 3, 2026, Friday at 11:20 Am. It was supposed to be delivered between 24 and 48 hours. But I have received the product even after 48 hours.

    Complete blackout from @JioCare @reliancejio! Relocation request raised, services shut down, but zero communication. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach a real customer executive. Just automated loops and fake promises. Worst relocation experience ever. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Pathetic service. I've been facing internet connectivity issues for the last few months on my registered number 9136091088. Despite repeated complaints, there's still no proper resolution. Kindly confirm if this can be fixed permanently.
