    @JioCare @reliancejio Network is down since last 3 days. Registered complaint and made follow up with online help desk number more than 15 times. Every time they told we are escalating the complaint. 3-4 times engineers slot has given no body came and resolved the issue.

    @JioCare Has social media become the only way to communicate with you now? If a customer raises a complaint, it becomes impossible to speak to your customer care team, because they simply disconnect the call by saying that the complaint has already been registered. #JioFiber 😡

    @JioCare I am a Geo Wizard, my number is 8795025726 and my number has been hacked. I have fabricated the call and I call my number but the call is not going through at all. It keeps telling me that everything is not opening. WhatsApp has also been hacked and it is please help me

    @reliancejio Kindly look at your helpdesk service. If I select Tamil lamguage it goes to English. When we speak in English and ask for escalation, the escalation manger speaks hindi which we couldn't understand.

    Hi @JioCare, I cancelled my JioFiber booking on 28th May because your team informed me that installation was not possible due to technical issues from Jio's side. Today is 11th July, and after 1.5 months, I still haven't received my refund.

    My internet has been really bad with the 3-month plan from @JioCare. I can’t even load my posts or scroll through X properly. It’s frustrating to experience this even after paying over ₹600. The service has been very disappointing. Please fix this soon, @JioCare, or I’ll seriously consider switching to Airtel once my current plan expires. To make things worse, the MyJio app doesn’t even provide a proper way to connect with a customer support agent and explain internet issues. I registered a complaint a few days ago, but it now shows as “resolved” even though nothing has been fixed 🤦

    @JioCare Pathetic experience, JioFiber services down for 2 days, complaint is registered but status for more than 48 hrs still showing assigning engineer. Called service centre multiple times, only assurances no resolution. @reliancejio @JioInternet
