@reliancejio Quite a sorry affair of experiences with 'Jio'. The call abruptly crashes. No customer service, only chat bots with pathetic I. Q. Jio cinema equally disappointing never starts in spite of restart, reinstall. Overall a highly disappointing exp. Much ado bout nothing

@JioCare can you check my dm about your fiber cable hanging low infront of my property but so far you can't even open a ticket for the fix after sharing relevant information you asked. As can't move vehicle due to this I will have to cut your cable without any option left for me

@JioCare The exact issue is I will not be able to make or receive calls. Signal strength shows good. 5/5 bars No fluctuations once the call is connected. Often ( most of the time) when I dial call ., it will not connect. In the mean time If I get a call (1/2)
