    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down for 40+ hours. Customer care keeps extending the restoration time but the issue remains unresolved. This is causing professional loss and serious inconvenience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare You committed service restoration by 2:46 PM today. The deadline has passed, yet my internet remains down. SR000037OTEN has been open for days, and every commitment made so far has been missed. Even after escalation, there is no resolution—only repeated assurances.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Is this customer service or a scam? I Paid ₹2824 for a new JioFiber connection after KYC on 29 May. Installation never happened. I Cancelled on 4 June and was promised a refund in 7–10 days, but still no refund Kindly process my refund immediately.
