    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic porting experience of self kyc, its been 8 days,i havent got my SIM for my mother,Her VI plan also expired,delivery vendor doesnt pick call, customer care useless,gave service no. SR00003BM1VZ ,no resolution,even her incoming stopped. stuck in mid.

    @JioCare @motorolaindia Facing backend IMEI sync issues on my 5G Moto phone—MyJio refuses to activate True 5G even though hardware is fully 5G capable. Can your technical teams sync the device TAC database and resolve this? Need this fixed ASAP! 🙏

    @JioCare @IamKishorBhat No you won't do anything. I hv been raising request for my internet issue since 3 weeks no response. Your coustomer care really useless. And been asking the refund still no response. Taken coustomer for granted kudus to you guys @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Worst experience I have faced with @JioCare pathetic team .. My order number NO0001EM1QL4 payment done same day to jio service team during the visit on Tuesday 14.07.2026, the service person promised same day for installation before paying the amount, which Didt happen.

    @JioCare from last 2 months internet is not working on my Jio number , Jio person told it wil take 2 to 3 months to resolve, how is it possible, you wil wave of my monthly bill if proper service is not provided? Never port to jio , very slow speed network
