@JioCare @JioCare As you said, I followed all steps. After everything is verified successfully, JIO team provided physical SIM card but my request was for E-Sim card. No one really cares about what customer wants. They also charged me RS.50 !

@reliancejio @JioCare I have a setup box and a Jio Fiber connection, but I haven't had internet access for the past 5 hours. I could see that my issue will be solved by Monday afternoon. How can we wait for two days without internet or a setup box?

Even after complaining continuously for the last 10 days, there was no result. Now this month I had recharged, as soon as it ends, I and all the people in my house will port from @JioCare @reliancejio some other network. They just reply in DM with no solution.
