    When it comes to providing customer support or after sales service, companies in India are one pile of ****.. Including the likes of @RelianceJio.. Donkeys aren’t able to fix my issue from 2019.. Every time I complain, my service ticket is being marked as resolved. Buffoons

    @JioCare @reliancejio from last 16 days u r not able to fix my issue. All you have to do is send the technical team to fix the ongoing issue and its taking you so long.Your team is working in my locality just to install new connections n no service for existing ones.

    @JioCare The worst service of your customer care I had subscribed the plan of 2824 of 6 months. But still I have to 592 + due penalty I don't know how ? And whenever I try to talk customer care they just end the call in middle of the conversation everytime. Please look into it

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JIO Fiber device pickup should have been done yesterday at 3PM. No one has come to pick up till now. Is there any problem in device pickup and giving a refund?
