When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

This is the second outage in the last 10 days. Engineer visit is available only on 13th. Weekend without internet. Reliance big in name small in delivery.

Learn from Airtel how they are treating customers and provides customer support in one click or call. Refund my money.
