When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

No engineer has visited. Because of this outage, I'm unable to work from home and have already faced multiple escalations at my workplace.

My internet has been down for 6 days, and my wife's work has been affected. Please assign another engineer tonight or as the first priority tomorrow morning.
