When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Got a call from jiocare they scheduled a appointment and then it is getting rescheduled automatically.. engineer never picks call.. Internet not working means ... No wifi, tv n landline phone. My 349 Postpaid plan shows Unlimited Data, but my internet doesn't work. Calls to 121, 198, and even the Appellate Authority have produced plenty of assurances but no internet.
