    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Team, We have down with network today and all the mobile devices are not receiving signals. Address- Near Ganpati Temple, Telang Road, Nandangadda, Karwar -581304. Please help as we are WFH and this is causing serious breakdown. Thank you.

    @JioCare Here is the relocation request which your team has no clue about - LR00001E2NTZ. already paid advance bill for year on my old connection and there is no track of the relocation request. Complaint registered with National Consumer Helpline (Grievance ID: 9732050)

    Still this issue is not resolved. Still @JioCare I am getting same reply from last 6 years. That in future we will improve. If your future is not 6 years then when . 3599 recharge per year. Seriously and service is zero.

    I'm from silao, Nalanda, Bihar. In my area jio network is too weak & 5G internet speed is like 2G please correct it , otherwise I will switch to another telcom company . @reliancejio @JioCareers

    @JioCare on of the worst network and service. Did mistake by porting from @airtelindia to Jio. Don't use Jio

    I report spam calls on the @TRAI DND app, and @JioCare @reliancejio will reject the complaint saying I never got the call from the number???? Either be competent to block it or do not give the feature.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My recharge expired just 5 days ago, yet I keep getting recharge calls. Today, your executive from 9X308508X7 was rude and almost threatening. On asking not to call, she said, "Do whatever you want." Take strict action, or I'll port my number.#StopHarassing
