@JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Since you don't provide such an option in your contact support. I Know how much data I am consuming and how long my plans are gonna last. You don't need to beat drums every hour. AI should simplify things instead of making humans look stupid @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare How about you resolve the alignment of your OTT apps too? Maybe make it more responsive! It is the same way since it has been in my house. It is not the first time i have experience dissatisfaction from @JioCare first my refund then your issues with OTT! And Refund not solved yet

@JioCare If you are experiencing issues, then it is not consumer’s problem. Are you gonna move forward the billing by the number of days/hours the OTT apps are not working??? If you can’t build a stable system then please shut down the company!
