When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Back-to-back complaints raised, but Jio seems completely uninterested in addressing the issue. This is extremely poor customer service. How long are customers expected to keep waiting for?
