    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Team, We have down with network today and all the mobile devices are not receiving signals. Address- Near Ganpati Temple, Telang Road, Nandangadda, Karwar -581304. Please help as we are WFH and this is causing serious breakdown. Thank you.

    @JioCare It's been a month since i raised a disconnection request. But still i hadn't received any notification regarding the device pickup and refund. Whenever i tried to contact your helpdesk they're simply opening a SR and close it after two days without any resolution.

    @JioCare Till date nobody has visited my place, no phone call I had received from your honorable Jio Team. My broadband connection is still suspended from 25 Nov. Should I go for some other provider or Jio will continue my service??? Let me know.....
