When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Someone Mr Mahesh from sr team called me 2 days back saying problem will be catered to immediately but 48 hrs later no network Did not want to post this but just wanted to highlight how hollow these people are
