    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Team, We have down with network today and all the mobile devices are not receiving signals. Address- Near Ganpati Temple, Telang Road, Nandangadda, Karwar -581304. Please help as we are WFH and this is causing serious breakdown. Thank you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello, From past 3 days, we are facing network issue as local tower is down. When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

    @reliancejio The jio fiber internet is the worst co and totally unempathatic towards senior citizens. Hv been asking a technician visit for last one month at home of a single 70+ Yr lady who is struggling with wifi, they have still not visited.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged ₹49 for the 1 day Unlimited Data pack, but on the same day there was a network outage and I couldn't use the service. Since the outage was not on my end, I request you to reactivate the 1 day Unlimited Data pack in my account.

    Seriously, @JioCare? My JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. TV is stuck on "Try Again." I've rebooted, unplugged everything, used Fix Now, tried chat & called customer care repeatedly (no answer).Is this wht customers r paying for Absolutely unacceptable #JioFiber #CustomerService

    Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio My JioAirFiber connection has been down since this morning. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no resolution. Unfortunately, I am not getting any support at the local level either. This prolonged outage is seriously affecting my work.

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎🏻😤

    @JioCare I have screenshots of the complete chat and service request as evidence. Register my permanent disconnection request immediately, stop further billing, provide a termination request number, and arrange equipment pickup.

    @JioCare @JioCare @nch1915 This is the same copy-paste response I've been receiving for the last 10 days. "Service request in progress" is not a resolution. Either install the connection immediately or cancel my order and process my refund.
