When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Please assign one dedicated case owner who can review the previous conversation and take this to resolution instead of repeating the same questions. My issue has been pending for weeks.

I was repeatedly told my plan validity would be extended, but now support says no because it was resolved within SLA. I paid for internet, not downtime extend my validity, or refund the outage period. Otherwise, I’ll disconnect.
