When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 — still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.
