When asked in local jio office, their response was it'll take 10 days to fix. We have active plans and now we are not able to call nor use internet. That's waste of money.

Mr Kkm (@MrKkm3) reported@JioCare @reliancejio 1 YEAR. Same issue, still unresolved. Every power cut = 0 indoor coverage. Power comes back → 4G takes 30 min, 5G takes 45 min to return. Airtel & Vi work fine indoors during the same outages, same area. Why only Jio?

😅 (@rickaustin54) reported@TRBRajaa @airtelindia @reliancejio is worse. It used to be the best but now it's barely functional. I'm literally unable to use Teams in their 4G anymore. 5G is very patchy too. This isn't a problem customer care can solve. Needs network overhaul.
