    @JioCare why there is hell response in relocation of jiofiber. There are 2 jio boxes which has almost 15 empty ports on our building but customer care person said there are no empty ports. Why so irresponsible for existing customer relocation fiber.

    @JioCare I am facing the same issue at same location. Some time it is good but many times it is very bad experience for me and my family. Because of that i applied for portability instead i have 60 days validity of current plan. Money making should not the whole concept of your business

    It has been more than 15 days now & the internet is still not there...The Jio wires of the whole area have been cut ... neither Jio local guy nor @JioCare buddy is resolving the raised issue..@JioCare @consumerforum_ Take some action....

    @reliancejio customer care told me " customer problem is customer headache" can you justify these lines, Always have slow connection issue but never got complaint no. I hope you are listening???

    Once again facing the same issue, no internet connectivity at 410210. This time I was out of town and when I came back to my home at 410210, started getting internet issue. Unable to browse net, play YouTube video. Whatsapp msgs are getting sent late. @JioCare @DoT_India

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio its been years people are using 4g network in delhi ncr. But till date telecom companies didnt gave top speed as promised when 4g was launched. 5g ke sapne mat dikhaiye. Pehle customers ka network theek kariye. Dnt blame on area locations.

    @JioCare Hi Vaishali, please check and close this because I am not going pay this bill. I already requested this one month back and this poor service is harassing me. I if needed I will go to consumer forum as well for missleading customer with all the avoidance.

    @nagkis @JioCare I have initiated the cancellation of my JioFibre conn due to downtime as BBMP removed all the JioFibre poles in Basaveshwara Nagar. its been almost 15 days i raised request to cancel and initiate refund. i dont see anybody yet at the door for collecting device
