    @JioCare Team, It's been 4 days since I have raised an incident, still no resolution, the internet is not working. Please tell me if I should go to a different service provider and ask them to install a new connection, and the money which I paid to JIO is some kind of Charity or in vain.

    My secondary sim card is @reliancejio. This is best sim. And @JioCare also very responsible to customer's. No network issue in jio. But in Airtel they cheater. They open a Airtel store to near their signal towers. So easily we get upto 40mbps. This is biggest scam.

    @JioCare Great service of Jio INDORE , even after 10/12 days no one has attended. You should take good care of service incharge of Indore and MP. I am not interested now in Jio fiber any more. Shifting to india’s largest, best cellular, fiber net provider. Same story happened with my

    @JioCare Also, what's about calling two days soon? Using vague terms doesn't help. It only shows how much games you are playing with your customers when you can't even keep transparency. I'm sure when it comes to billing cycle, two days late payment won't be counted in "I paid it sooner."
