@JioCare I would like to know how an “alternate number” is necessary in “diagnosing the issue”. The issue is simple. I have a Jio number that I want to get rid of. Nothing else. How is providing an alternate number necessary here? You can contact me on my existing Jio number to verify.

@JioCare providing worst data network service in the area. If you cannot provide better data service you should refund customer's money you are charging on the name of 4G data. The network is so poor that one cannot use 1.5 GB daily data.
