    @JioCare there is issue with my jiofiber connection...Social media sites like Facebook Instagram Twitter WhatsApp are often buffering and slow to load but working fine in mobile data. Please solve and fix this issue ASAP

    @JioCare I am having a pixel 6a phone with airtel physical sim and jio e-sim, even though my family can access 5g i dont have 5g in my prefered network selection

    @JioCare It was on 1st Feb in the evening. Also, its not only about chat but major network issues at time. Sometimes it work little fine but mostly bad network range and call drops. I shifted from Airtel to Jio thinking that it is the best network.
