@JioCare 301139302769 is my Jio fibre connection number and i am not getting refund process done even after complain so many times. I got only message that engineer will come today but never came once. Such a pathetic and unprofessional people there in Jio fibre. #jio

@JioCare @reliancejio since fri (08/26) eve (>9hrs) the fiber connection is not working and have raised complaints but extremely poor response. Even after calling thrice and been prmoised for the resolution and technician visit by 10am, no response yet. HORRIBLE SERViCE

The company is misleading postpaid customers. It’s increasing with the time. Wrong billing from last 2 months but no resolution. Say no to the jio postpaid. Harassment increasing day by day. Message box full with request to resolve but no one reply. @JioCare

@JioCare my jio connection is not working from past 5 days. I complained got a slot. For 25/8. No body visited. On 26/08 I called customer care. They gave me a revised slot for 3/09. What kind of service is this , is this a joke. If you can't give service better refund my money.
