From that day onwards he is neither picking up the phone nor providing any solution. There is no responsibility whether the connection is correct or not.

Why this happened?? Moreover trying from past 2 hours to the call connected with customer care executive but not getting connected. Please resolve the issue immediately. I was informed that there is offer to get 4 months service with Netflix, amazon prime and other OTTs along with 100MBPS internet speed and 1000 TV channels by paying Rs 4444/-.

Due to their own mistake, account is not working. If your system is so unreliable, why are you taking money from customers? @JioCare
