@JioCare @reliancejio 1.Bought my JioFiber in 2019 with deposit of 4500. 2.Requested STB for 2 years did not get. Engineer suggested to move to Postpaid in 2022. 3.Moved to postpaid. No STB still. 4.Requested cancellation-No Refund of STB since it's Postpaid. 4500 Gone . Worst
