    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear this is my final public notice. I recharged my JioFiber through a promotional link sent by Jio promising a 50% discount on a 2-month plan. The promised benefit was never provided, and now my JioFiber services have been suspended.

    @reliancejio my WiFi network is down since last 2 days. I have raised the complaint. The engineer service is rescheduled. The network is not yet restored.Very pathetic service. @TRAI

Take immediate action to resolve my issue and arrange for a technician to visit as soon as possible. Treat this complaint as urgent and provide me with an update at the earliest.

    @JioCare @JioCare again same issue have came back , it seems your towers can't keepup with wind? Your tower is down again at 395017-395007 First fix your infrastructure properly.
