@JioCare i upgraded my plan for STB was told it would be delivered today now the call center after many tried spoke to someone, they said it is cancel and should raise complaint after trial period but both deposit and plan have been debited really bad hope something would be done

@JioCare This is the worst customer service experience ever. I recharged it on 30th else I would have switched back to #Airtel tomorrow. It was a big mistake trusting on you guys. #themukeshambani ji can just push in money but he cannot change this behaviour of employees.

More than 24 hours have passed and still nobody came to fix my @reliancejio Fiber connection and im stuck without good internet I wonder how long will it take for somebody to come and check the problem and when will jio fiber be stable enough as a broadband with good service

.@JioCare this is the third day and we still don’t have any service (Jio Fibre). It’s been only a week or so since we installed it. What a disappointment. Is this the best you can do?
