Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

More focus on selling Wi-Fi, less on fixing basic mobile coverage? Fix your network.
