    @JioCare Request to expedite the process as the last time it was down for more than 2 weeks and there is a limit to remain patient. If you can generate a report of the downtime duration since i took the connection, you will be shocked

    Very pathetic service by @reliancejio JioFiber has been down for 2 days. Complaint already raised, but no technician has visited. Customer care keeps me on hold and disconnects the call. Extremely disappointing service. Please resolve this urgently. @jiocare
