    Taking full payment for Jio AirFiber and still getting “Connected without Internet” for hours is ridiculous. Fix your service quality instead of just selling connections. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm in the DM since Saturday still it's not getting resolved just repeating one line service request is raised we are working on it but not getting any resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare Still no resolution. Repeatedly getting “appointment rescheduled” updates, but network issue continues. SR000035CGAJ is still unresolved despite multiple escalations. Please share confirmed engineer visit & resolution timeline.

    @JioCare is the worst customer care service. Had ordered an jio air fiber connection. Made the payment and It's already been a week now. No one from the installation team is taking responsibility. It's too worst.
