Even after expiry of so many days amount is not refunded by @JioCare Even complaint has been sent 5 times to Kapoor Guliani (Authorised as per TRAI) Even complaining too many times to @TRAI This is called One Man Show and Indians are in capture of loot by @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Took 5 mins to get an option to talk to customer care executive and then call was on hold for another 8 mins mins and then call disconnected. Worst IVR system ever. Wanted to know about #JioFiber but it seems don't need any customers that's why keeping hard.
