    @reliancejio - please help cancelling order ID NO00015GBS9D as no one from support knows the process. I have been on countless calls but they just seem to be unaware and the person who was supposed to deliver the sim has his phone switched off since ages. Unable to contact.

    @JioCare Even after 8 hrs from reaching out to u guys online, still issue perists. Getting an updated msg that technician visit is scheduled for 2pm??? WTH IS THIS?? You keep extending ETA without any update? Been more than 3/4 days without internet, what's happening?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio network vanishes the exact second power cuts hit my area, restoring only when electricity returns. Due to rain there are frequent power cuts. Jio shouldn't leave paying customers completely stranded without basic battery backup infrastructure.
