    @JioCare Hi, dis issue is nt related to 1 comp It has to be addressed all over India. People should get fair speed for amount paid. Many advertise like it's a true 4G network, but it's not true - it's all depend upon towers capability. Please upgrade towers or don't charge for high speed

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiocall app issue After no response from your team thru email&dm I dont have Volte Mobile So I used jiocall app to make outgoing calls but after making calls receiver gets call but after attending the call doesnt get connected instead my signal went off

    @JioCare today horrible signal strength is extremely poor in Bakalpur Mathura 281004. No body bothers. Repeated problem.

    @reliancejio I made a service request on 11/01 SR000018BO80.Even after two days my service request has not been attended. This is not expected fro team jio. In that case please terminate my jio fibre connection and give me my money back immediately. Pathetic service.

    @reliancejio Please ensure that , I am unable to connect call with other most of the time , though my network service is clearly shown. and also My net data going to be finished within a short time,till when I'm not in online. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Jio Care - pls do not mislead. I had shared the screen shot of the call record. Also are you aware that unless a call happened one cannot swipe that record in the phone and file a DND complaint using TRAI app. Jio doesn’t even know that? This is becoming a regular issue with Jio.
