    @JioCare The technician did not come today. It is now auto scheduled for Sunday. Kindly terminate the connection. There is no justification for taking 4 days to fix an issue

    @JioCare I have replied and I don't know what you guys did at the back end but I have got a pathetic email detailing steps via which I can change my plan. Why is it so damn difficult to understand the issue. I paid 842 for a special offer that you guys had emailed me under which (1/2)

    @JioCare Shocking service from @reliancejio. My internet has been completely down for 9 days. Every day I am promised a 24-hour resolution ETA, only for it to be pushed again. Even escalations to the Appellate Authority have yielded no action. Please intervene immediately.

    @JioCare Placed an order for a new Jio Sim through Myjio App and paid the plan amount. Still shows processing even after 48 hours. Kindly cancel the order if you are unable to deliver the Sim. I would get an @Airtel_Presence sim instead of waiting endlessly without any updates.

    @JioCare I have a humble request for everyone: please do not purchase Jio or JioFiber services. The company has committed fraud against us. They have still not issued a refund of ₹8,07 Does the Ambani family run on customer care refunds?

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has not been working for 3 days. Previous complaint is on hold. Unable to raise a new complaint. Called customer service, they cannot do either. Pls help. Urgently need internet.
