    After this tweet, @JioCare rescheduled the appointment one day prior to the original appointment of 4 days later. But it has postponed the appointment twice since evening. Pathetic service. A new connection takes a couple of hours but fixing an issue takes 4 days. JioFibre.

    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare pathetic service my internet is not working since29th evening still not restored multiple complains donot give connections if u cannot provide service now they say pls recharge your subs ends in one day seriously who will give me credit of unused days

    @JioCare Surprised company like jio unable to identify the problem all you do is send sms with false assurances of restoration of internet services. we only get sms due to technical reason internet services will be restored in xyz hours Even that time is passed
