    @JioCare @JioCare Could you please provide an estimated timeframe for resolving this issue? Additionally, kindly provide a genuine customer helpline number where I can directly communicate with your team. The Jio Fiber installation process typically takes only an hour.

To check the latest status, reschedule the engineer visit or cancel the visit (if no longer required) via MyJio app, No support from Jio,even no way to connect support also..????

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please look at my previous post and do something,Be it jio air fibre or jio sim nothing works when there's no current,I think we have to port to airtel,Recently everyone ported to airtel here,airtel network is phenomenal here...Jio is poor very poor...

    Very disappointed with @JioCare service. It's been 6 days since I raised a service request, and no service engineer has visited or resolved the issue. Repeated follow-ups have not helped. This level of customer support is unacceptable #JioAirFiber

    .@JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support experience. My JioAirFiber service has been down for 3 days, and Service Request #SR00002LG47M remains unresolved. Engineer visits are repeatedly rescheduled with no communication or accountability. Please resolve this urgently.

    @jio_fiber is probably the worst Internet company interms of service. I raised a relocation request one week ago and still zero updates they keep changing the appointment date and escalation request is as useless as relocation request. terrible service @JioCare @reliancejio
