    I have complained many times on @reliancejio but the result is zero, I think you gys are not serious towards your customer. There is no connectivity till 14 to 16 hours in a day, seems to have to take airtel service now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio can I get a new fiber connection? As the customer service provided by @Airtel_Presence is worse and it made the experience hell.

    @JioCare have installed jio fiber about ten days back. Service is pathetic , customer care doesn't work at all, says not available. We thought Jio would work well but we are very disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare @amishra865 Don’t do that! @amishra865 Jio services are bad! My fibre is down and it has been 3 days - no resolution at all. Engineers are a waster totally - sorry to say but that’s how it is. I am planning to switch to another provider with better services in place.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Jio Fiber - 1179630018, showing a blinking red light since last night, complained on customer care but no response, no technical staff came to recitify the problem. Considering this an era of WFH, this is highly problematic. Kindly see asap
