    @JioCare Kindly don't mislead us more as it's been already visited mny engineer/ technician / instalation person & no one able to got ny remedy or convincing reply to us. Instead of active on social media kindly put ur eyes on ground lvl to resolve customer issues

    I’m using Jio True 5G, but the performance is extremely disappointing. At these speeds, even basic browsing, streaming & video calls are frustrating. @JioCare Please check the network in my area and provide a proper solution. Customers paying ₹1,000+ deserve better. #Jio5G #Jio

    @JioCare The same “temporary issue” reply has been repeated for 5+ months. Asara, Baghpat (250623) still has virtually ZERO Jio network, affecting nearly 40000 users. This is a prolonged outage, not a temporary issue. Plz stop repeating the same response and give a clear restoration date.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani not sure why a leading internet connection runs business without direct phone for customer care. Feelin bad be a jio customer for these many days. Internet is not working, raised ticket with 18th aug 10 to 11, to book appointment immediate no option reach

    No wifi connection at home for more than 24 hours. Red light blinking in set top box.Complaint lodged.Service request SR00003E1POJ lodged more than 24 hours back.Service engineer was supposed to visit at12pm- 1pm yesterday.But no one has turned up till now @JioCare @reliancejio
