  @JioCare @JioCare It’s already been more than 3 days without service. Your engineer visited on 22 July and confirmed the issue is on your network side, not at my home. I was informed the service would be restored within 24 hours, but there has been no resolution.(1/2)

  Monsoon is a seasonal event, not an unforeseen one. Service continuity should account for it. I expect response the extended outage and service credits for the affected period. Calls dropping, & even 2-minute video won't play without buffering.will this be resolved? @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Still Internet is not working Yesterday I posted compliant No postive result. If internet is not works for whole day or more what is regulation for this @TRAI? Why not to extend the validity?

  @JioCare my internet is down for almost last 10 out of 15 days. Raised 3/4 service requests and everytime it crashes after a day. Rest all connections in my building are working fine. service request was marked resolved when no one visited or called. SR00003BVK4F
