    @JioCare This is the worst customer service experience ever. I recharged it on 30th else I would have switched back to #Airtel tomorrow. It was a big mistake trusting on you guys. #themukeshambani ji can just push in money but he cannot change this behaviour of employees.

    @JioCare Hey we pay full cost of ur recharge then why everytime ur AIbot says ur in low network area and phone shows full network n ur net speed I literally tired of restarting my phone. If I pay full cost of ur recharge why ur service is not upto the mark.

    @Airtel_Presence There was no call from anyone. However +91 8388-806744 this number called me. He was literally threatening me as I have registered the complain. Now you see the height of your Support. @TRAI @reliancejio Thanks

    More than 24 hours have passed and still nobody came to fix my @reliancejio Fiber connection and im stuck without good internet I wonder how long will it take for somebody to come and check the problem and when will jio fiber be stable enough as a broadband with good service

    @JioCare i upgrade on the app for STB which was to be delivered today i call the technician after many attempts picked up and then you helpline as it has poor options to talk to someone, now she tells me i can only get it after my trial period and complaint needs to made
