Dear @reliancejio , It's been 6 to 7 years since your service was introduced in Odisha. And this is the 21st Century, In the age of 5G, your 4G services are still very poor in my village. I have already applied many times for a Jio tower in our Village but there is no response.

@JioCare I am really frustrated with the jiofiber customer care service.I have applied for jio fiber router pick up and payment refund process since 14th September -22. Till date not picked up .may be Jiofiber Bangalore team do not want refund customer Money. Acc -299736138228.
