    Dear @reliancejio Is it normal that you close service requests without bothering to inform your customer who is waiting for your engineer to visit? My service request was closed because of availability of equipment. @JioCare @ShieldVoC

    @JioCare Finally, the services have been restored and the issue is resolved. Humble request to @JioCare to setup a process of two-way communication and customer should not wait for an update. Please call them when there is a delay.

    @JioCare I very much sad to having with jio. because there is lot of network issues in pin code 212405 . I'm unable to surf brouser and even talk on phone also while having in room so if possible please solve network problem..
