    @JioCare Dear This issue will not resolved yet the construction work finished, so its my humble request to you please arrange a new airfibre connection instead of this and settle the recharge amount. I will pay the extra if left.

    @JioCare Pickup is complete. The only issue now is refund. Jio’s stand keeps changing: first ₹599 was a security deposit, now they claim there was no deposit at all. That contradiction is the problem. I have the MyJio PDF, 198 recording, and engineer acknowledgment. NCH: 9207343
