@JioCare 2 Jio Fibre employees are available at my home for installation by the name Prakash and Ravindra Singh, both unable to resolve the issue and said that- Kindly register new request. What is this ? See the behavior. Now I am going to complaint in police.

@JioCare our broadband connection not working and the service engineer visited yesterday and said will take by evening.. but till today nothing progressed. Why do u charge if things won't happen from ur end of time. If we fail to pay even for an hour u won't provide internet.
