    @reliancejio @JioCare Bad service from the provider where there own personnel just of the note not to come for resolution and insisting that he is alone and unable to do the work singularly.Where he insisting to sale jio fibre also just bcs he doesnt want come.😑👎 SR -00002MXJ4Q

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, my refund request for the period when my JioFiber service was completely non-functional has been ignored. No response, no update, and no action despite repeated complaints. Is this how you treat your customers?

    Dear @JioCare, I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been trying to permanently disconnect my Jio AirFiber connection, but there is no proper option available to do so. I have already emailed JioCare regarding this issue, yet no action has been taken. 1/2

    @JioCare fails to provide resolution to the jio fiber internet problem from last 3 days. They are just keep on increasing the time line by every 12 hours.

    Regarding Customer service @reliancejio is far better than @airtelindia Requesting them to shift my WiFi connection to the adjacent building but they never came. They are least bother about customer's inconvenience. Have to surrender the connection and shift @reliancejio
