  @JioCare Link not working (invalid/expired). Issue ongoing since 17 Apr with no proper service. If engineer visit is scheduled, share exact date, time & contact. Speed still 1–15 Mbps vs 100 Mbps plan. Resolve urgently or I proceed with consumer complaint. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Extremely disappointing service from you . Paying for a 150 Mbps plan but barely getting 2 Mbps in my area. This goes beyond “network fluctuation” — it’s unacceptable service quality. Kindly resolve this urgently or take accountability for misleading commitment
