    @JioCare It seems you ppl are enforcing to people to use Fiber this is not fair at all if anyone is interested to install it he can but by cheating it's so much shameful act by jio because u decreased n made it worst then 2g while we are paying for 4g. Our data goes in vain everyday

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare We had raised a service request for repairing the jio connection. For past 5 days there is no jio tv + and jio internet. No proper response from Jio care, purswalkkam branch, Chennai. Horrible service and no proper service executive. Previously 10 days without internet.

    @reliancejio appalling service for jio fiber. I scheduled a relocation of my jio fiber to my new address,but because it's not a new connection/no💰 for you guys so you don't care. My appointment keeps getting rescheduled without my consent.Who the hell is the customer- you or me?

    @reliancejio Hi Team, I have taken internet plan of 3+1 months but service has been stopped saying that over due. But I have used 3 months only for one month referral I have already redeemed the voucher as per Jio representative instruction. Please help me to resolve the issue.
