  @JioCare This is a CONSTANT issue. After my last complaint it worked for 20 days; now for 5 days I’m getting 400 Kbps–7 Mbps on 30 Mbps. JioFiber worked flawlessly for 3 years, AirFiber has issues since day 1. I am Exhausted! Please people don’t buy this

  @JioCare Dipesh, this is an involuntary disconnection due to Jio's total failure to provide service after removing local poles (SR00003BPF29). Per TRAI guidelines, non-refundable clauses apply to voluntary churn, not permanent service default on Jio's end.

  @JioCare Kavita, i understand actively working but it's 2+ months returning equipment but refund issue is open. It should have been done in 14 days. I have medical emergency in my family cause of which I terminated service to release refund & cut cost. It has defeated purpose 1/2
