    In Daula Rajpura village of Secunderabad, Uttar Pradesh, Jio SIM is not working, no calling, no internet. Consumers are worried. Till now 600 SIMs have been ported to other companies but the problem is not being solved @reliancejio @JioCare 6396171545

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI No improvement, no technical personal checked issue still there only false assurance given by Jio. Earlier DoT used to escalate it don't know what has happened these days.

    @JioCare No refund received yet and u have also blocked the option to call customer care from our registered number. Such a worst behaviour from a reputed brand. @_MukeshAmbani sir if it was your daughter would you be okay with a company causing them so mental stress for almost a month?

    Another eye opener post: I cancelled my @jio_fiber connection request on 17th April. So far I had to call @jio_fiber customer care several times to take update on my refund. They keep telling a new date of my refund. Please be careful guys. @reliancejio

    @JioCare AirFiber down since April 15. No Wi-Fi broadcast. Multiple complaints raised. Missed technician visit + no proper support on calls. Completely blocked for work. Fix this immediately or provide resolution timeline today. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio has worst service in sector 90, Gurgaon. I’ve applied for a wifi connection 10days back. Till now there is no update on that. I’ve paid them, done with the kyc. And now I’m just waiting till now. @reliancegroup . This is unacceptable for you. WORST service ever.
