  It’s been 48 hours, and my Jio AirFiber is still dead. I can't even raise a ticket because the MyJio app and 198 are gated by useless AI chatbots. Cutting costs by replacing human support with endless bot loops is terrible customer service. Truth is @JioCare doesn't care.

  @JioCare Today is the 6th consecutive day of internet outage. What nonsense are you even talking? SR0003CGD7L is still open for the past 6 days. Even 3rd grade companies provide better service than Jio. Go hang your head in shame for not being able to resolve the issue for 6 days!!

  Hey @airtelindia , your team refuses responsibility and disappears before installation. At least @reliancejio waited until after the big fat wedding to slow down our internet. @Airtel_Presence has streamlined the process by failing before the service even begins. 👏

  Hi @JioCare, I still haven't received my refund for Request ID: LR00001DH34N. I no longer want the refund—I want the JioFiber Wi-Fi connection instead. Please arrange the installation at the earliest and resolve this issue.

  I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉 @JioCare

  My internet is not working for the last 14 days, I was in Nagpur from 15th July to 23rd July and now I am in Goa still not have network. I have tried every possible way to connect customer care but @reliancejio put AI to handle customer service What a pathetic service 🤦
