    @JioCare I have raised the complain for my #jiofibre on 12th July 2026. I was told the service engineer will come on 17th July. Then it was rescheduled for 14th. Now it is rescheduled for 16th. Is this your service standard.

    @reliancejio since 15 day jio fiber not working in surat my area I have logged complaint serval time but not attached by engineer During call to support they said there is no slot available We want to know if jio not able to provide service then why it running @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare The date has now been postponed to 18th July when I clicked on reschedule without allowing me to select any time slot and date. Now should I wait for 6 days without internet? That's purely a pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio

    3 days and still no resolution @JioCare Shame on you and your incompetent engineers. Ambanis are running a scam. Everytime there is an issue, no service is provided for 4 to 5 days but they still get paid for the internet. Pls take this as a request to close my connection.

    @JioCare @JioCare Requested multiple times CLOSE my connection & refund my money send lots of emails as well no response as such this is last request I will not be liable for any payment and claim my refund of the unused days coz your your service down and my security deposit @DoT_India
