So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visitee the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issue

It’s been ~2 months since payment and still: ❌ No installation ❌ No call ❌ No timeline “Service in process” is not a solution. Request immediate installation or a full refund.
