@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

On every complaint, I get a reply that, many users are using at the same time and also in the same location, But what is my problem ?

@JioCare They were clearly instructed to come with Covid report and he comes with one month old report. On top of it your sales executive does not pick up phone. I don't think it will work out so kindly cancel subscription and refund the amount.
