@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@reliancejio @JioCare Extremely unhappy with the process of customer care. My Jio Fiber is working excruciatingly slow and when I called customer care the phone lasted 25+ mins as they were trying to find the problem in the backend. And still not resolved. Speed 2.3mbps

Had bought jio fiber for 3 months plan on which I was said to get 1 month free for 3+1 offer and 1 month free through referral.. But after completion of 3 month I was charged for those 2 month as well(which was supposed to be free)no proper solution is been provided @reliancejio.

@JioCare @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia Both Jio's network and Xiaomi's mobile phone are of very poor quality. Customer care service is also worse than that of both. Customers keep on misleading. Bought MI 11X mobile for ₹ 29000, problem with calling sensor from day one.
