    @MridulDwivedi97 @reliancejio Check ur Jio wifi device... If it is 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz ..u can check on MyJio app..2.4 has less speeds..even i faced this problem before... contact customer care and ask them to change device ..then they will install 5ghz

    @reliancejio Worst service . Net not working from last 7 days. Even after complaining several times at call center no one s following the issue. Everyday they give new reasons. No engineer visit, even though that was scheduled.

    @JioCare I switched from @HathwayBrdband because of response and resolution issue. After payment you guys have now sent installation message that it will be done ok 27th of June 😡
