@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@reliancejio Your network speed is very slow, inorder to watch a 1 sec vdo have to wait for 10 sec buffering. Along with dropped calls and voice not getting connected after call and such issues. In Mangalore everywhere it's the same with your network, especially at airport area.

@JioCare For what you are trying to connect ? You haven't understood the issue ? You are selling 199 by saying 28 days validity. But it's expired in 15 days. It's not happening one time. It's happening from long time. You people are just doing frauds openly.

@reliancejio @JioCare on DM i have been told that there is coverage issue in my area. That means I have to shift to another operator ? @DoT_India in this digital era and being in Capital city Delhi, still network coverage issue, not acceptable.
