I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Engineer visits keep getting auto-rescheduled, and no one takes responsibility. Extremely frustrating & unacceptable service. @reliancejio
