    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare I have recharged with ₹899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps

    @JioCare I haven't received any call from the technical team since I have raised this issue on X so I don't think any of your team is doing something on this as I am still facing the same issue.

    @JioCare I know how you highlight and what you highlight. You guys only share installation complaints, which customers can request the same themselves, but you well never escalate the actual concerns raised by customers to the appropriate authorities. I need an acknowledgement or reference number confirming that this issue has been escalated to a higher level. This will help me proceed with legal action directly instead of repeatedly raising the same concern with your Nodal Officer team.

    @JioCare Recharged my monthly plan on 22nd April Internet down since 24th April 15 days since no internet. Scheduled an engineer visit 10 times. Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?
