@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare I tried to reach local service team but they keep on delaying the installation process as it was scheduled on 2/7/2022 at 4pm. No installation process has been initiated yet and the service team is not providing any updates. So I want to cancel my order and need refund.

@JioCare Thanks for pathetic customer service. I have now switched back to Airtel, this time its fibre. Jio engineer called me after 4 days I raised the concern. Its now been 2 days since I moved to Airtel.

@JioCare I've ordered for new Jio-Fiber connection on 1 July, 2022. The service team reached my location and done all the requirements (reg process and payment) and told me that the installation process will be done within 24 hours but till now there is no updates available.
