@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare frequently observed that the internet speed is lower than 15 mbps for plan of 30 mbps... Very difficult to raise complaint on the helpline... Executives kepps on telling do this do that instead of registering the complaint.....????

@JioCare @reliancejio I had called few minutes before now to enquire about something on your general helpline. Executive had ended up the call without even asking me and without proper resolution in between of conversation. Seems like Jio don't need customers anymore.
