    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @reliancejio I have raised a service request id SR00003A4FMP, got message that engineer is on the way. We were waiting at home. Then we got message that engineer couldn’t locate premises. Totally false, I am waiting for engineer, he didn’t call. Sorry bad service as well as false reason.

    @JioCare Not required anymore. It’s been already more than 3 weeks and the Lead hasn’t been generated till now ? Absolutely pathetic ! Cancel my order and start the refund process. I’m going with Airtel.

    @Pawan__Thakur @reliancejio @JioCare Absolutely right. Reliance’s service in Shimla is in a terrible state. They seem to be interested only in installing new connections, but when it comes to after-sales service and customer support, the experience is practically zero. Complaints are not resolved on time.

    @JioCare This has been an extremely frustrating experience with the ******* customer care team. I genuinely don't understand why your customer care team assumes that every customer contacting Jio support is a Hindi speaker. India is a diverse country, and many customers are more comfortable communicating in English or other regional languages. What is even more disappointing is that instead of transferring the call to an English-speaking executive or offering an alternative, your representatives simply disconnect the call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Jio's scale. Please ensure that your customer support executives are adequately trained or that calls are routed to agents who can communicate in the customer's preferred language. Disconnecting calls because an agent is unable or unwilling to converse in English reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect this issue to be addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
