    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    @JioCare I've called every single day, but none of your customer care executives can offer a resolution - they just escalate it. Who is actually accountable in these cases? I don't believe you have no technicians available. This is blatant disregard for your customers. I'm appalled!

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio I got message temporarily issue what a fun last seven days ever day 5-12 hours outage is going on today also 3 hours gone no restoration and calling customer it says switch on off your router wait 30 minutes there is no issues you are making nice joke

    @JioCare Apology is one thing, what about the reduction on my bill by a prorated credit for the 5 days(23-24th June and 10th July till now) my internet was completely down this cycle? Do you want to to take this up to the consumer court?

    @JioCare @RelianceJio Order NO0001EC0EV0 - Installation 5 July, promises broken since then. Waterproof **** missing (deadline 8 July). Speed crashed 26.5 Mbps to 2.74 Mbps. Technician unavailable. Demanding FULL REFUND of Rs 2221.46 within 48 hours or escalating to Consumer Court

    From past half an hour trying to connect to jio customer care but unable to connect due to the poor connectivity and customer service of jio. A pre feed is message appeared every to click on the number when clicking it got cancelled and unable to connect @jio_fiber @JioCare
