  @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

  @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

  Whenever there is a power outage, all Jio services, including calling and internet, stop working completely. no permanent solution has been provided. The issue was fixed for a short period, but now it has started happening again I can no longer tolerate this @TRAI @reliancejio

  @JioCare Dear @JioCare, I have already raised a complaint regarding the refund for the period my JioFiber remained non-functional last month. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response and no action from your team. This level of customer support is completely unacceptable.

  Terrible service from @JioCare and @reliancejio. My JioFiber internet has been down for the last 4 days. Every time I raise a complaint, it gets closed without resolving the issue. When I contact customer support, they simply say that no service engineer is available in my area

  Regarding Customer service @reliancejio is far better than @airtelindia Requesting them to shift my WiFi connection to the adjacent building but they never came. They are least bother about customer's inconvenience. Have to surrender the connection and shift @reliancejio

  @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customer without providing a service. They have problem which are fixed since many months and now expecting customer to pay bill and even can't port to another vendor.

  Service Request No: SR00003AVTZZ Cancellation request done on 10th July and that’s closed on 11th July. Why the refund is not credited still now? I requested multiple times. Why @JioCare is harassing their customers and why there was no accountability? @_MukeshAmbani
