    @JioCare Installed Jio Fiber, and it's been nothing short of disappointment. It stops working every other day, and despite numerous requests to call a technician, we just keep receiving an SMS which says technician has already arrived, although no one's ever visited. Very poor.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your staff commits to an installation time and does not turn up. It was scheduled for Yesterday none turned up. Today none answer the call. If this is going to be the service response I’d rather cancel my booking.

    @JioCare Hi, You guys are providing pathetic service. It has been 15 dats since I raised cancellation request for Jio Fiber. Infact my device pickup was scheduled thrice but it didn't get picked up any time. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
