I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

cheet raval (@cheetraval123) reported@JioCare 3 days without Jio Fiber. Complaint raised on 1 June, multiple engineer slots missed, and today the assigned engineer said he doesn't even handle Jio Fiber. Customer care keeps blaming "weather" despite clear conditions.
