I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Its been 36 hrs and my complaint is getting delayed. Are you going to give me extra 36hrs for the time my fibre is not working? You guys are the biggest thief.
