I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Ensure the engineer completes installation before tomorrow 12 PM, or I'll be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

Since your support team is working so why not setup phone call togather discuss & resolve the situation on call to expedite refund release rather playing message passing, guessing game.
