But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

This is horrible explaining each time again and again to a cc exec who refuses to listen. Cancelling should not be treated as a crime!

But got only ₹500 as refundable amount. customer care person telling me that ₹1000 was charged for installation in 2020. What pathetic and disappointing service @JioCare

Multiple DMs to this account have been ignored. Now at the current time instead of fixing the cellular dead zone at my workplace now there is a cellular dead zone at my home also.
