    @JioCare For the last forty eight hours I am trying to contact your service centre due to the malfunction of jio fibre set up box but there is no response. I have tried your WhatsApp number too but all the time they say that all our advisors are busy. This is a very poor service

    @JioCare Ha ha ha. Whole day has passed and no resolution. Please google the meaning of PRIORITY. Also talk to the engineer who rescheduled the visit without my consent. My whole day wasted and caused me a loss of 6k. Do u have the capacity as a company to compensate that.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jiobroadband How much time it takes to turn on the jio broadband wifi. Let me tell you infinity. Wait for last 20 minutes still not connected. Worst experience ever

    @JioCare Visit on the engineer was scheduled today at 19:00 hours and suddenly cancelled this is no way of treating the customer I will go to consumer court for resolution

    @JioCare Poor customer services applied for jio fiber connection 100mbps plan getting speed of 10-20 Mbps eng. said you can't get more than this the. Applied for cancellation on 15th May and device collected on 22 May but still not get refund as they do not respond on email call
