    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

    @JioCare Its been more than 7 days...it's happening..the download speed is less than 1MBPS. Further, If you charge all India same rate for internet, why the service will be different and so the download limit ??

    @DoT_India @TRAI pls make a not of it . It is an Issue that many are facing but @JioCare is not sorted out . Everytime they say wait for a while it will be sorted out but no one is care about the issue ..

    I have recently switched to JioFibre and since then my tv(Samsung smart tv) is not working, though it's working fine with other network. When asked for help I have been suggested to change TV set! Is this the quality of customer care? @reliancejio @JioCare @anilambani
