@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@reliancejio @JioCare We have single reliance tower in my village Majithi in Muzaffarpur district in Bihar. Most of the time this tower is closed by the caretaker , since everything is online these days many people are facing the issue please look into it ASAP.
