  @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

  @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.

  @reliancejio @reliancejioCare The Jio network at my location has become extremely poor. Calls frequently fail or disconnect, and the mobile data is also very unstable. Please check the network coverage in my area and resolve the issue urgently. #Jio #JioNetwork

  @JioCare I have been hearing the same assurances for 30 days. ‘System restriction’ cannot be a reason for repeatedly delaying my service. Please provide a confirmed engineer visit date and time instead of another assurance. My issue is still unresolved, and I need an actual resolution.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Terrible service JioFiber.Waited the entire day, cancelling imp appts just to b home for the technician. Now, at night we’re told they can’t make it. If u can’t honour an appointment, at least inform customers in advance. Extremely disappointing
