    @JioCare Like the time you were there to "help" when Fiber went down. I was asked to wait 7-10 days to get my fiber connection running !! And you had the audacity to say that you will not give any extra days or my money back for the days i lost bec of @JioCare @reliancejio 's negligence

    @reliancejio Hi, I raised request for a new connection 4 days ago, till now there is no concrete update from representatives. They mention there is a technical issue but dont mention anything on SLA or actual issue. Can you provide any contact where I can lodge a complaint?

    @JioCare Sending a computer generated msg isn't enough to resolve the issue. It needs to be personally analysed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have booked a new Jio Fiber connection after cancelling the previous one due to technical issue from Jio team. But this new connection is also not installed as there is no fibre optic cassete available. I am struggling from last 5 days to get connection.
