@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

I was promised resolution by 7pm which did not happen, customer support is full of fake promises, Engineers do not have time to visit, Their Seniors do not care that is @reliancejio @JioCare so its better I cancel my connection. Good Bye Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare i ported my BSNL number to Jio. My BSNL sim got de-activated this morning around 5-6AM and my new JIO sim got signal around the same time. But i am unable to perform tele-verification as IVR on 1977 is not taking any inputs. Can you help?
