@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare We are experiencing 2G network in the time of 4g World, we are going to switch to Airtel network which has more than 5 mbps speed. Ur speed never goes in mbps in downloading and uploading anything.I request you to send your team to me to check this issue. 9304334674

@JioCare top-up plan was charged from myjio app, but no recharge of top-up was done. Later it is shown it is for international call. No such thing is written in my jio app. It is very much misleading information to the customer
