@JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

I registered my complaint on 3rd Aug & was guaranteed resolution by 4th Aug 5:30 PM yet no engineer visit has been done & customer care are asking for another 24 hours. Even they are not sure if the problem will be resolved or not. I have to attend High Court hearings! @JioCare

@reliancejio For 30mbps getting 27, cs exec says sir if it drops below 10 we will help, 30 is maximum you are supposed to get. Then Jio why are you saying 30mbps scheme ? say upto 30mbps

@JioCare I agree that I have received a call from your team and I missed picking that call. I tried reaching the same number, but call didn't connect. IVR is not working and you app is asking me to chat with the bot, which again doesn't have sufficient option to talk to. What to do ?
