  @JioCare My Jio network is down for the past 2 weeks regarding this I spoke to customer care person they told its a temporary problem soon it will normalized. But still my network is down, kindly check this issue and solve this ASAP #jio or @JioCare need to compensate my money

  @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

  @JioCare I will switch to jio fiber today only if you gurantee that i will be able to play games in Kolkata server. I am from jammu and Kashmir and i can’t play games on Kolkata server on Airtel fiber. If you gurantee that it wont be a problem on jio i ll switch

  @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber service is absolutely terrible. My connection keeps having issues, and engineers either don’t show up or don’t answer calls. Yesterday, the engineer ignored 15–20 calls. Customer care promised a priority fix, but instead booked me for Aug 10

  Just wanted to know if BSNL has better internet or not. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.

  @reliancejio Hello @JioCare is there any update on this network issue ? It's been more than 18 weeks since you promised to install or modify a new tower in our area.. One of your technicians mentioned that it will be done in 3 months. And today we just had 2 hrs power cut and even the tweets are not loading here..

  Jio fiber since 10 days. Your cc kept on telling technician visit by tomorrow, since the day of complaint. Today is 7th day since the complaint raised, called your customer care more than 5 times. No action and no technician visit till date. Worst customer service. @JioCare
