    @JioCare @reliancejio 1-May-2026 Jio fiber is down in Sector 1, Rohtak, Haryana since last 3 hours. Calls go unanswered, and complaints don’t even get registered. What’s the point of having a support system if it doesn’t support at all?

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Frustrated with Reliance Jio AirFiber—slow speeds, repeated outages, and no proper customer support only IVR loops since 6 months. If this continues, switching providers ASAP. Enough is enough.

Your app makes a mistake, asking me to pay your subscription that I've already paid for before, and now you ignore my mails, cut my calls. You tell me there is not refund process.
