@JioCare Your standard response is that network upgrade is underway near to our billing address. It is nearing two years. There is still no improvement. Why ask for feedback when you are incompetent enough not to upgrade the network.

More than 10 order placed for @reliancejio postpaid sim card, then their executive calls to inform that we don't offer postpaid. They actually called to get otp for delivery which never happened, then they want otp for cancelling the order. Pathetic service @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare it's very sad to inform you that I'm going to switch my network to jio as your service is extremely bad bad internet service . Poor call quality and if my plan was expiring after 2days why my speed is being restricted before the expiry date.
