    @JioCare My Jio Fiber Connection order NO0000GKZTJI. No service engineer came to install the router at the stipulated date and time. If you can't I stall the router, give me my money back.

    @reliancejio Very bad in service, team is not following any rule after installation. My one connection has cancelled within trial period, and they are not able to pickup my device after 15 days also. This is how they are giving service.

    @JioCare sorry to write this but your services are worst I have ever seen. I have complained for JiO Fiber on 24 feb. but no resolution and ticket got closed with comments that issue resolved.

    @JioCare Previously a tweet a day being followed by me. Now, 2-3 tweets a day will be started. Choice is yours. Let everybody know how hungry you are for customer's hard earned money. Have you ever said 'we re working, allow us some time' while taking money for new connection?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceDigital I had made postpaid payment last night. Yet, there is no data on my phone till now. And as always, I am chasing your customer care to get value for money I paid. Surprising that even your IVR gives incorrect bill payment details.
