    @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months I haven't used my cellular data.Lodged complaint many time but seems no response from ur side.u so call urself best service provider. just thinking to port my sim to @reliancejio

    @JioCare we are facing intermittent connectivity issue for village manegaon satara district patan taluka maharashtra state. Can we rectify it . There was a construction for tower going on near Gudhe but its going on from long.Can we expedite it some how

    @reliancejio @JioCare i m facing data speed issue regularly. Called your customer care, they answered that due to "peak hours" i m facing the issue. I m not getting internet access in my home

    @JioCare @JioCare Great to see how Jio is fooling people and not even acknowledging the fact that their executives are closing the service requests without giving any explanation or any support. The issue is not resolved but the tickets gets closed, no calls from Jio.

    @sushil1x13 @reliancejio @NeetaAmbani_ril connectivity issues if they crop up in the future: 1. Kindly restart the Jio HGW router by removing the adaptor pin from behind and plugging the same again. Wait for 1 minute till the LED in front of Jio Home Gateway (Router) is stable 2. Ensure that there is no power (2/3)

    For almost a week or so, @reliancejio wifi has not been working in my area. Absolute horrible service.

    @reliancejio is the worst either in mobile or fiber. No response even if you visit a store. From past 48hrs my wifi is not working and cables are damaged due to rain. Rain stopped 36hrs ago and still no one to repair it. @ACTFibernet resolved within hours for my other connection

    @JioCare Then I reach out to a friend working with jio and said to me that company have left no option for consumer to cancel their subscription. As a consumer it is my right to opt-out from service and I want jio team to really take this very seriously
