    @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months I haven't used my cellular data.Lodged complaint many time but seems no response from ur side.u so call urself best service provider. just thinking to port my sim to @reliancejio

    @JioCare Sales executive promised 1 day installation. It's been 6 days and nothing has happened. When is the engineer coming? Give me the exact date and time. Is my full refund processed? Service is not active. You only made fake commitments to make the sale.

    @JioCare @bhairavmehta_ if you're using a vpn and getting slow speeds try checking if it has a kill switch like cyberforget does to prevent traffic leaks when it disconnects

    @reliancejio Hi Mr Anuj Jain I am highly disappointed with the services I have paid for new air fiber it’s been 3 days but nobody even tried to contact me ,I am trying to area maneger but not giving proper response poor service

    In the name of 4-5G R-Jio is looting people. I live in Sofipora (Zainapora) Shopian, 200 of customers have similar complaints. It has been 6 months since we discovered issues with the Internet over here. No overhaul. No efficacy. Terrible speed issues. Drug of hope. @reliancejio

    Shocking experience with Jio AirFiber. Since installation, the internet has not worked even once. My phone, laptop, and PC can't connect at all. I paid for a service that I've never been able to use. Is this the quality Jio promises? #JioAirFiber #Jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio Your AirFiber service is becoming extremely frustrating. It goes down again and again, making it impossible to work or use the internet reliably. Customers are paying for uninterrupted service, not repeated outages. Please fix this permanently instead of providing temporary solutions. #JioAirFiber #Jio
