    @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months I haven't used my cellular data.Lodged complaint many time but seems no response from ur side.u so call urself best service provider. just thinking to port my sim to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare i m facing data speed issue regularly. Called your customer care, they answered that due to "peak hours" i m facing the issue. I m not getting internet access in my home

    @JioCare I completed Jio Fiber registration and payment 4 days ago, but there's still no installation update via call, SMS, or email. My case was escalated yesterday, yet no response. Is this the service customers receive after payment? Please resolve this today. #CustomerService

    @JioCare Jio service is the one of most pathetic service in india. I bought a SIM via Jio app on 26June and it is not delivered yet. Dear Customer, Service request no SR000039ULVR has been raised in your account. Pls deliver SIM at the earliest. I paid 299/-

    @JioCare What an irresponsible reply In customer care service You shud be RESPONSIBLE nd not sorry Its been more than 46 hours of no service from you side, and no one visits When contacted ur engineer say he will not come Nd then you keep rescheduling with a time gap of over 24 hrs

    @JioCare Jio stb is defective send new stb to my home show only 480p input and plz contact over phone iu will understand issue on phone not on message I am frustrated to sending messages to jio but my issue not resolve

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. No one from customer care seems able to fix this simple issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    @JioCare The refund request has been in process since June 3 See your msg below. Customer, Refund has been initiated for your JioFiber Order no NO0001DMW7E4 and will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days. Why does it take so long to make refund?

    @JioCare @reliancejio itni lowest internet speed 5g hone k baad bhi maine 2g ya 3g k time bhi nhi dekhi thi jo main pichle one & half week se dekh rha hu. Poor service...
