And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Somil Jain (@SomilJain1505) reported@JioCare @jio_fiber I can also see the visit update, but I believe you have overlooked the timing. The engineer did not even arrive by 5:00 PM in the evening, so how can we reasonably expect the issue to be addressed by 7:30 PM?
