@JioCare Jio really tops everywhere. It even topped in providing the worst service ever. First they made false promises for selling the connection. Once I received the connection, they stopped picking up calls and replying on whatsapp.

@Airtel_Presence placed a plan upgrade on 22nd Aug. representative promised the service will be upgraded in 24hrs. Its been more than a week and no action has been taken. Cant even contact anyone. Next luck is @reliancejio

@JioCare If you have taken money from me to provide a service for certain period of time. It's a promise, it's an obligation & it's your responsibility to do so. Simply rescheduling the service request won't make this better. So please do it ASAP.
