    @reliancejio @JioCare i m facing data speed issue regularly. Called your customer care, they answered that due to "peak hours" i m facing the issue. I m not getting internet access in my home

    @reliancejio your customer care executive has been very rude to me. I was vocally abused by them and later on said that we wont help you out. We don't help our postpaid customer and specifically you. @TRAI can we take some action against the service provider.

    @JioCare Since 3 days I am getting this lame copy paste answer. Fake assurances are given, but fact is it’s been 3 days all ready and our services are down. To add it it we are told a technican will come within hours and it’s become days now. To say it’s pathetic is an understatement.

    @Airtel_Presence hi. I have complained about bad network reception from airtel in my location. I was assured it will be fixed very soon. It more than 4 months. Still no response. If its not possible let us know we can switch to @reliancejio.
