    @reliancejio @JioCare i m facing data speed issue regularly. Called your customer care, they answered that due to "peak hours" i m facing the issue. I m not getting internet access in my home

    @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months I haven't used my cellular data.Lodged complaint many time but seems no response from ur side.u so call urself best service provider. just thinking to port my sim to @reliancejio

    My Jio Airfiber service is down for last night. Internet is not working. Service request requested today in the morning at 5:30. Engineer assigned, but got no response. Still having the internet issue. Worst experience with jio airfiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @x__rohit_0 @reliancejio @JioCare I have ported my Jio number, their network service is very poor, they charge full amount but they cheat in providing the network, they are thieves.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service staff is of the most pathetic people to deal with. I had ordered for my service request two days back. The guy came on a Sunday said an item has to be replaced, and since then it has been two days and the guy has not been responding to me.

    @JioCare First of all I do not understand why you are using a social media platform to deliver service, when your enterprise has already invested a hefty amount on IT infrastructure in the name of customer services.

    @reliancejio service is becoming worse day by day.They have failed to resolve my network complaint despite repeated complaints. It has been more than 1 month my 5g and 4g internet is not working ,and I have not received any response and not the solution. @JioCare

    @dkaiilash51 @JioCare Dear Customer, Service request no SR0000379BFT has been raised in your account. You will receive an update for this request by 02/06/2026 13:38. Till now automatically rescheduled 02 times, no technician has visited to check the issue. Please assist.

    For the past three weeks, my Jio internet service has either been down or highly intermittent. There has been no response to my service ticket(s), and they are automatically closed after a couple of days with the status marked as "resolved." 1/3 @JioCare @reliancejio
