  @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

  @JioCare Sorry to say but youre unable to understand my issue & are responding roats. My problem is with a repeatedly logging out Google play downloaded Jiotv+ app on my smart tv & not my STB. I prefer using the app on tv instead of STB for convenience which you seem to work against

  @JioCare Could you please urgently check and update me on the status of my refund? I can see that the refund is still not completed. It has already been delayed, and I’m not sure what is causing the issue. Please look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest.

  @JioCare Jio Airfibre is a scam. Please don’t purchase it. First few days it works fine then there is issue with speed and at last they disconnect the internet completely and when you call for support, they ask you to wait indefinitely
