    @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

    After payment, Jio AirFiber service is completely unresponsive — no proper support, delays, and no clarity on refund. This is happening in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and I am personally facing it. @JioCare this is not acceptable. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare This issue has been persisting for the past two months, yet you show absolutely no concern. There is another network tower right next to your Jio tower, and their 5G service is fully available—all the problems seem to lie with Jio! 😡

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago No body called, why do you collect alternate numbers if you can't confirm with customer before marking it "customer not available". The whole day past by waiting for the engineer and talking to your incompetent customer care service providers. There is no chain of escalation.

    @JioCare is one of the most incompetent customer service out there. I raised a service request a month back, which was supposed to be completed by April 6. And @JioCare is still asking me to wait more.

    @JioCare Your network services the worst I am facing problems sense 3 to 4 months you should fix your 5g network services if you can't solve the problem what are you taking money for and I can change my SIM to other sim

    @JioCare I am facing very poor JioFiber internet speed for more than 1 month. Complaint SR00003481E1 was closed without any engineer visit and the issue is still unresolved. This is unacceptable. Kindly reopen the request and arrange an engineer visit urgently.
