  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection is frequently down, speeds are very slow, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Please resolve this urgently.

  @Siddharth_lol @JioCare @reliancejio My friend was also facing similar issue. He simply broken the JioFibre box hanging outside on a electric pole. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.

  Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare
