    @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

    @reliancejio @JioCare my complaint number was SR000030UD13 filled on 10 march 9.40 pm and should be resolved by with in 30 days. The complaint was closed on the same day by giving the above cause to me. Even after so many days issue didn't solved. And plz don't ask number via dm.

    @JioCare. I raised a support request, and an engineer visit was scheduled. Instead of resolving the issue, the engineer called me asking for money, claiming he isn't a Jio employee and won't fix it . Is this an authorized practice, or is Jio allowing customers to be exploited?
