    @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed. My JioFiber cancellation requests (SR00003A9H7T & SR000039V1YD) were closed twice without collecting the router & STB. As a result, my refund is stuck. Customer Care and Appellate Authority have failed to resolve this.Please intervene

    @JioCare its a lie to callout that u understood my query.. jio STP installed on April 8th, after paying 2222 , assumed will get 3m+1m plan but got only service till july 7 which is 90 days not 97. why do u make all jio services soo cumbersome to understand and implement. vry bad service

    @JioCare Hi Team, Wi-Fi router has been down for 7 days. SR 'SR00003ADZ43' already raised, but no engineer visit. Assigned engineers are not responding on calls, and the visit keeps getting rescheduled.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, Another service request is not solution The previous service request timeline has already expired with no update. Your official SMS dated 26 Jun promised refund within 7 business days, but still haven't received it. Please resolve issue instead of raising new ticket

    @JioCare ++ query is abt missing service for fourth month which is for 30 days not 23D, as we r only concerned abt first payment made on jio STP installation day. kindly look into my acct and advise accordingly.

    @JioCare I've sent multiple screenshots via DM. Everyone in my family using Jio is facing the same network issue. The network disconnects automatically, and all websites and apps keep buffering. I've complained many times, but the issue is still not resolved. Is this acceptable? @JioCare

    @JioCare But it's not two days and again it's not working how I don't understand last week I complaint it took 7 days to repair and now again it's not working @jio_fiber @JioCare and in a metro city like Mumbai it takes 7 days to find a thechican then what the meaning to choose jio
