  @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

  @RelianceDigital @JioCare Utterly disappointing by Jio. I bought Jio Router on 9/6/2020 & warranty was 1 year on website. Battery is not working & they are not ready to replace. Svc cntr ppl saying as warranty on battery is 6 months & not ready to replace. Feel cheated!

  @JioCare Please help I have been trying to get a jio fiber connection at my home for months now. But their is no availability Absurd thing is that the connections are available at a distance of 100 m from my house on either sides. Please help 202001 Aligarh Uttar Pradesh

  From last 6 months, reliance jio services is not so good in bhachau ( 370140) kutch district gujrat. Even I can't get messages on whatsapp while using net. Plan to shift to airtel service. Its not only my problem it's problem of all jio users near me @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare i am getying rescheduled msg again and again frm jio frm last 4/5 days and my installaation but not getting thw service.. again changed till 7th may. no more intrstrd in jio. solv my problm today or refund my money.@JioCare #jiofiber @reliancejio
