    @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

    @JioCare Jio router has green light and in speedtest it is around 30 mbps. But no website is getting opened. The issue is reported on the jio care toll free number. The executive is not ready to register complaint and telling that everything is ok. She cannot send technician.

    @JioCare Who is going to compensate for the loss of validity on my AirFiber plan due to this outage? No internet service, but my plan validity keeps getting reduced. This is unfair for customers. Please address this issue urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely no network in our society. Regency Astra, Baner, Pune. Worst possible service in prime location of Pune. Please look into this matter and repair the network services in this area.

    @JioCare I am not able to raise connection disconnection request. Not on chat, not on call. Call auto disconnects saying.. issues in your area. Sent email multiple times, no response. Please tell me how to raise disconnection request. This is frustrating. @DoT_India @JM_Scindia

    @JioCare The great @JioCare only gives false assurances and does nothing except avoid and ignore customers. For almost a week, there has been no internet service, no proper support, and no accountability.
