    @JioCare it is very disappointing. Few months ago here jio came but there is no signal here from past 2-3 days due to some unknown reasn (people are saying that jio tower electricity bill is pending) . So please its a humble req solve this isue by today Add- Banspatan, berinaag

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fibre is not working for the last 3-4 days. Your customer support is so pathetic like your service that I am not able to speak to any customer care rep. Why should I wait for 3-4 days or a week for my jio fibre internet connection to be restored?

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The technician said the wire comes from a long distance and isn’t covered by company policy, and put my request “On Hold”. But Jio provided this connection in September. How is this my fault? Resolve it. SR00003F4G0L

    @JioCare No. This is pathetic service. Instead of providing the solution, you are telling me how to do all these things to track. Why can’t you get hold of technician of the previous request and make him come and fix this now. It’s been 2 days

    each time your local technician not came and reschedule service ,ye service nhi dena chahte hai to mera paisa wapas kr do to airltel me switch kr loo.Koi banda nhi aaya,ab visit rechedule kr diya MC.24 ghante baad ka time diya h,Uske baad fir wahi drama . @JioCare

    @JioCare Registered mobile number is 7011646395. Please talk here, so that other customers can also see the conversation unfold - your engineer lied to me that he is going for lunch and will be back. He never returned. And despite escalations, no one visited me. Happy rakshabandan to Jio!

    @reliancejio @reliancejio very poor service still the issue is not resolved. Employee not ready to come and visit once. Is the salary being paid to your employees or not. It's not working for 2 weeks getting money from us but not giving any facilities when internet not working

    @JioCare @reliancejio However, after switching to Airtel, I am not even receiving proper and stable 4G coverage. At times, the network signal even drops to 2G. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my ability to use mobile calls and internet services reliably.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with your so-called 5G service. The network is pathetic—frequent signal drops, poor speed and unreliable connectivity. We are paying for 5G but getting a service worse than 4G. Stop making big claims and fix the network issue immediately.#jio5G
