    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare The engineer has already visited and checked my connection. He informed me that the external box from where my fiber line is coming is faulty. My WiFi has been down for almost 2 days. (1/2)

    @JioCare @JioCare Your response is not addressing my issue. I’m aware of the general “completed recharge cannot be refunded” rule. But Jio’s own official policy says a standard recharge can be cancelled within 3 hours. My ₹199 recharge is still QUEUED & UNUSED, and I attempted (1/2)

    @JioCare I am unable to verify iris app due to sms issue. I am able to send sms to other numbers, only for this app sms showing not delivered.

    @JioCare Okay, I am giving a maximum of 3 days for this issue to be resolved and my refund to be processed. If it is not done by then, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum (NCH).
