@reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence As quoted by airtel- wise men say “Stay in a situation that serves you well”, still i gave jio service time to resolve the issue. But now its over and time to switch to Airtel. Moreover will port all 5 jio sim’s to airtel. #JIOSERVICESUCKS

@JioCare 4 days now. Still no solution for basic issue. I have taken annual plan of 999. It was around 11988 plus gst, Paid that. It is clearly mentioned you would give 15 OTT including Amazon prime. I have not got that. Pls check.

@JioCare My internet won't work with my patience it requires technician's that you would have sent yesterday. Still today nobody came. Regretting i paid for 3 month plan. Changing ISP after it. Pathetic service 💩💩

@JioCare No need, it's fixed. It lasts for 2 hrs There's a Jio outage today which i already mentioned in tweet.(locations) That screenshot consists 7 users signals, not in a single area May i know the frequent outages in various regions all over india

@JioCare In our locality BENGAL AMBUJA,CITY CENTRE, DURGAPUR, 713216(W.B) from last 6 month internet is not working after evening . It's a huge problem . We pay the full amount of plan amount , instead of getting good internet and voice quality we are getting very poor service .
