    @JioCare complaints and have been waiting for 20 days, but there is still no resolution. The network issue in my area continues. The local team handling complaints is extrely inefficient and unresponsive. Please review ad replace the staff responsible for this area if necessary.

    @JioHotstar @JioCare Your system says SR00003885PX is resolved, but nobody called me, nobody visited, and the issue is still pending. Fake resolution updates are not customer support.

    This is not the first time , several times have happened 🙏🏻 worst experience from @JioCare I didn't expect this from your side 💔 I recharged for 11 rupees data pack for 1 hour unlimited data but it does not reflect to my current number 👎🏻 jio care is not considering properly!!!

    @JioFiber @JioCare The prolonged outage is severely affecting my work and daily activities. This level of service is unacceptable. Requesting immediate intervention and escalation from the concerned authorities. Kindly provide a concrete resolution timeline instead of automated responses.(2/2)

    @reliancejio Please find complaint number - SR000038EDDH Today we made 3 calls to customer care, each of them had same version as below - We are escalating this to higher level - Engineer assignment is confirmed and he will visit at X time !

    Absolute worst experience with @reliancejio and @JioCare. You are heavily advertising this "Free 18-Month Google Gemini Pro" offer worth ₹35,100 to push ₹349+ 5G recharges, but the offer is COMPLETELY BROKEN. It is nothing but a marketing gimmick to bait customers.

    Hi @JioCare I initiated a port-in request to Jio and completed payment on June 12th. Activation was scheduled for today, yet I have not received the SIM card till now. Tired of calling customer care. Please help!

    absolutely horrible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . My wifi is not working from past 3 days and there is no support or help i have gotten. No one from support team is responding.
