    @reliancejio pathetic services of reliance jio . Poor network and data connectivity. Call centre provides lip Service only . Can you please resolve the issue and look at the connectivity. I am a loyal post paid customer for last many years. We deserve some care and consideration.

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working since 7 days. You are working on fixing but you are not able to solve. @consumercourtin please help they gave me 6 month connection and not giving the service.

    @JioCare It's been 2 days since I requested disconnection of my Jio AirFiber. Despite multiple DMs, there's been no action or update. This delay is unacceptable. Process my disconnection immediately. Stop ignoring customer requests.

    @JioCare Hi Team, They have again closed the 2nd ticket but no one has reached out to us. I wonder why there is no mechanism to check if they have provided the service before closing the incident. What am i supposed to do now?

    @JioCare Appointment schedule is missed again. Your pathetic service is just hopeless. And you are so arrogant that despite repeated reminders you're not even cancelling the booking and just making the customer suffer.

    Engineer came for 4 minutes but solved the problem he said to call customer again and tell them about problem @JioCare @reliancejio . Completely poor service from the engineer
