@JioCare Hi, Ref : Fwd: Service Request number SR0000164KO9 has been logged I have logged complaint for not jio fiber on 7th August 2021. But till now nobody has attended my problem. I have taken jio fiber since last couple of days only. This kind of poor service is not expected.

@JioCare Still facing same issue, there is a faulty cable your technician do not understand to replace it. Is it a huge cost to you.?? They want me to live with joints in the cable. And network frequently going down.

Worst customer experience with @JioCare. I was complaining about internet outage for my jio fiber(+4479638669) and call gets disconnected while speaking before resolution is arrived.Strongly recommend not to go for Jio fiber @jagograhakjago @complaint_india
