    @JioCare shame on u . Ten days facing issue in calls dialling. U guys told rectified today again similar issue. U call 198 each one transfer call to the others without informing internally. U want to repeat multiple times . Are u govt organisation? Return back my prepaid money

    @JioCare No, but the engineer who visited mentioned that it will be resolved in the next 1 hour and definitely by 12noon. If this is how to service requests are being managed, I better switch to other internet service providers.I always thought that because of its service Jio has an edge

    @JioCare I have a jio phone number 9810984820, I have come to melbourne and decided to buy IR pack from jio app. I am not able to make or receive phone calls and I am also not able to mlsend or receive sms on my number as my IR plan shows as queued. Can you help?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @kiranthomas2000 Poor service. Yesterday I had visited Chapru Nagar Nagpur Jio Store for data getting over fast . The team mate has not given proper answer. I will not suggest anyone to take jio sim Not Jio Fiber Why you people are cheating

    @JioCare The problem is not limited to any particular website or app. Mobile internet is essentially not working in my village. Calling is also extremely difficult — calls often fail, voice is unclear, calls drop, and many incoming calls do not reach my phone at all.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Full 5G signal, but internet and calls are not working. Calls either don’t connect or have severe voice breaks. What’s the point of 5G? Sharing my location coordinates. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare I sometimes receive the missed-call SMS several hours later. This has been a long-standing network issue affecting multiple Jio users across our village, not just my phone or SIM. I have already confirmed that the same phone and SIM work normally in Sikar city.
