    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Applied for relocation on 28 May (Ref ID: CO0001SIYSTN) in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Request was accepted but no engineer has visited till date. (1/3)

    @JioCare JioAirFiber is almost unusable at my location (735224). Poor speed, weak signal, and many websites don't load. Support has been giving the same "temporary issue" response for 20+ days. Please resolve this.

    @JioCare @JioMart_Support @JioMart Your moron pick up agent took my return but filed return of some other product.. I didn't receive any refund for the product that I've returned. Later the original product's return got cancelled. Shame on you and your support

    Dear Jio Team, ​Regarding Service Request SR00002LGNCO. My JioFiber internet has been completely down since 30th May. ​You have scheduled an appointment for today (03-Jun-2026) between 16:30 - 17:30. Please note: If your engineer cannot completely fix this issue during today's visit, please consider this my official request to disconnect the connection permanently and send someone to collect your device. ​I expect this to be resolved today without further delays. ​#JioFiber #JioSupport @JioCare

    Hello @JioCare,The ₹349 recharge plan advertised 5TB cloud storage, but I have not received the benefit even after successful recharge. This is misleading if customers have to chase support to get the promised offer.Please resolve this issue and activate the 5TB storage
