    @JioCare I need the connection relocated today itself. If Jio cannot complete the installation today, please confirm so I can proceed with another service provider who is ready to provide an immediate connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even after calling customer care number a minimum of 10-12 times. No update on a resolution of my problem. Such a pathetic customer service. I would give zero rating

    @JioCare Day 9. No service. No accountability. 216+ hours of outage, countless follow-ups, Consumer Grievance No. 9506181, yet nothing except copy-paste responses. At what point does Jio stop apologizing and start taking responsibility?

    Facing an issue with my Jio prepaid SIM, deactivated due to long non-recharge. Customer care says I must visit Tamil Nadu (original circle) within 20 days to reactivate, but I now live in Maharashtra. This is impractical. @JioCare should address this policy.

    @JioCare very pathetic service; I am awaiting for update on change of ownership of my Jio sim from last 15-20 days; I tried to know the status by calling customer care, through chat and email, but results is zero; I am not getting mobile signal from last 7 days and have no clue.

    Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation from Mysore to Ranchi. Equipment picked up 2 weeks ago.Ranchi team refusing relocation, forcing me to buy a new connection & lying that my money is lost. Daily fake commitment SMS received. Pathetic service! Order ref no LR000015NFL8 @JioCare
