    @JioCare Hello Jio Support, my mobile data is draining unusually fast. Even with normal usage, my 3GB daily data gets exhausted within just 2–3 hours. Please check my connection, investigate why my data is being consumed so quickly, and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber UR technician Bhavin took the otp yesterday saying he does not have adapter currently and will come back at 6 pm and replace it. I called him and again told me he will come in the morning today Now he denied visiting PLEASE SEND SOMEONE 2 VISIT FIX THE ISSUE

    @JioCare @TusharPania Just see their response I had been facing the issue since 4th and these shameless one's are keeping on delaying it. And those bullshit helpline number doesnt let me talk to an agent . Just DM me once so i can let you know the whole issue

    @JioCare service request for non functional Internet logged for a 11am-12noon service visit still showing awaiting engineer assignment. Can an engineer be assigned so the service request could be attended? AI bots can’t handle all service issues

    @JioCare Almost 42 hours since there is no internet. I haven't heard from either a technician or your escalation team. It's making it worse. I have never thought of this experience from Jio. I need an immediate escalation and call from the nodal officer or the escalation team @JioCare

    @JioCare I am unable to register a complaint as it say there has been network issues with jio fiber in your area wadala for last 7 days.I am not even able to talk with any representative or jioairfiber
