    @JioCare My Jio Gigafiber Landline has been off for the last 15 days,When they talk about customer care, they say that they can do it in 24 hours, but today it has been more than 15 days.There is no answer from them,And not only this,Complaint is closed without solution.

    @JioCare I requested for cancellation 2 times but it is not processed. For ticket was created but then suspended and yesterday executive says request for cancellation is created but I didn't get request I'd and I can't see in myjio app. Pathetic service

    @reliancejio but we can definitely give pathetic customer service. So I was left with no choice but to cancel the installation. So you have lost a customer already and I know it won't make any difference to the company.

    @JioCare I requested to cancel jio fiber connection. First time they suspend without resolution. Yesterday representative says generated but didn't get request I'd in SMS or myjio app. Representative was unprofessional. Please do needful
