    @JioCare Daily internet outages have become a routine issue. Multiple complaints, multiple technician visits, but no permanent resolution. Very poor service and lack of accountability. Customers deserve better. Resolve this issue urgently. #JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare When I asked to Vimal that we dint know, it's your problem. I pay Rs. 1200/- for new cable of Tata sky. Take appropriate action against Mohit and Vimal. So that we can established our faith on Jio brand

    @JioCare what’s up with your customer support system? Why does the call either keep looping through automated options or straight up disconnect before connecting to a real customer care executive? Been trying repeatedly and it’s genuinely impossible to talk to an actual human.

    Relocated AirFiber 2 months ago, but your KYC agent assigned an old ODU instead of a UPC unit. Now speeds are capped to 100Mbps & drop in peak hours. Technicians say only fix is to cancel & pay ₹1200 for a new connection. Why should I pay for YOUR mistake? Fix it! @JioCare

    @JioCare I tried many times on Jio's app, tried many times on WhatsApp and tried many times by calling Jio Care but they don't give any option to deactivate the account or cancel the plan anywhere, so why don't you give this your any platform ?

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Subscription active in MyJio, bill paid, yet JioHotstar says "No Subscription" and asks me to pay again. Support teams keep blaming each other. No resolution, no accountability, no service. Paying customer, zero access. Unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @BSNL_OR all the three companies are requested to please make a tower jointly in gupteswar peeth in koraput dist orissa for the benefit of lakhs of devotees. All are facing problem as no network. Pl help people .
