Dear Jio team, every time we complain, you reply “issue is being fixed” but on ground nobody is actually taking care of it. Same problem again and again. Customers are suffering while your team keeps giving copy-paste assurances. Shame on such service quality. @JioCare

@JioCare Hi, my parents (senior citizens) living in Kalyan Nagar (Bangalore) have been facing problems with their Jio home Internet every month. They have a monthly plan and every month on the last day, the Internet doesn't work. This has happened every month for over a year.

@JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber service in Chennai (West Mambalam). My relocation request raised on May 16, 2026 was cancelled without any intimation, and I have received no response to multiple emails so far. This level of service is unacceptable. #jiofiber
