@JioCare That is ok.. just wanted to know the delay of your service , the area not a village, it is a developed area, very near to a large IT park in India, and even more people requesting for it. I was getting same reply for more than 3 years

@JioCare I received a message 15 mins ago that services are resumed in my area. I really don't appreciate your approach towards customers. The engineer was supposed to change the set top box. He didn't. He assured us to call if problem persist. I called him at 5 but he denied to come.
