    @JioCare pathetic service, jiofiber service outage for more than 4 hours ....IF I delayed one minute to recharge my jiofiber on last day then my service is no longer available until I recharge..4 hrs outage, will jio provide compensation to customer for unexpected downtime?

    @JioCare Service request no. SR000018YGTA remain unresolved as the issue of frequent disconnection of internet still persist. The frequent disconnection of internet is now a month old, cause severe hardship but technicians are in a hurry to close the request without resolution.
