    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @reliancejio I just had a very scarry experience with JIO customer care executive. Regret porting my number to jio. I now realise the diffrnce between airtel and jio. Third such incident were thugs like attitude. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Please assure me safety/privacy of my number n all

    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai Again it's mentioned 5 PM to 6 PM today for engineer to visit my house... No one called me yet.. Not sure who Gowtham K is.. He is the one assigned.. But he never calls back and closes the ticket... @jiocare doesn't concern about public!!! 1
