    @vp_offl @GodrejAppliance Pretty much every after-sales service is like this. When they want to sell something, they follow up every minute and come and install immediately, but when any issues arise after that then can't get anyone to come and fix it. @reliancejio, the internet is one.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare I raised an email complaint on 22 May regarding frequent internet disconnections affecting my VDI work system. Only auto-generated replies received, no actual resolution yet. Ping report already attached in email. Please escalate and resolve ASAP.

    @reliancejio a month back u raised a service request for rebate. Show me the details of that. One of the biggest companies and it’s taken u a month to do the needful. ???? @jagograhakjago they don’t have the workforce, or the digital workforce even. Please look into JIO.

    10+ days, Jio AirFiber fault still unresolved. Multiple follow-ups via helpline, WhatsApp, email & LinkedIn. MyJio app fails to schedule technician, SR link errors, and complaint was marked “Resolved” without fixing the issue or my consent. @JioCareDTH @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare • a confirmed installation date, • a clear explanation for the delay, • or a consistent status update. I am not seeking cancellation or refund. I genuinely require the connection and only expect transparent communication and timely service after payment.

    WTF with @JioCare i complained more than 10 -20 times since one month but no response network is getting worse day by day you can't call you can't use the internet why I am paying 349/month for 5G. They just know how to hike prices. @reliancejio

    @JioCare This issue is not only about me. Millions of poor families and elderly people in India do not need internet, yet they are forced to buy expensive recharge plans just to keep calling active. Affordable calling-only plans are necessary for common people.
