    @JioCare Hello. There is not point in attempting calling me multiple times when I barely have just one bar in the signal, because even if by some miracle I am able to attend the call - I can’t hear you speak!!!

    @JioCare 3. Despite multiple complaints, your team continues to immediately close service requests by citing a "temporary outage," which is inaccurate given the weeks-long duration of this issue. Furthermore, a technician previously visited my home, confirmed the indoor speed degradation.

    @JioCare it was scheduled today as well but neither your technician visited nor he picked my calls. you guys just don't understand customer's problem. It's been more than 48 hrs my wifi is not working but you don't care.

    @JioCare I have been attending your calls but your network shows ONE bar in the signal and I am not able to hear or speak to whoever is on the other end. I don’t know how many more times I have to say the same thing.

    @reliancejio My JioFiber complaint SR00003EUCTB has been pending since 23 Aug. Today is 30 Aug, and 7 days have passed with no resolution. Very poor service and no proper response. Please resolve this issue urgently and provide an immediate update.

    @BSNL_GJ Your network is very poor at my area, otherwise I definitely port my SIM from @reliancejio to BSNL. JIO and BSNL both are same here. Manorath residency,sayli road, Silvassa 396230
