    @reliancejio what kind of useless service you provided us, last 3 years we are continuously complained you regarding our internet & network but you people are not at all listening our words. If you unable to provide the services ODISHA, KANTILO, NAYAGARH 752078.same on ur service

    @JioCare @reliancejio What is the replacement charge for a Jio Fibre adapter? Your service technician visiting my place is mentioning a different price than your call centre. How is the customer supposed to trust the technician?

    @JioCare I have shared details over private message. No engineer ever visited. If this is the case then people will not stick to the service definitely.

    @JioCare has a funny way of handling complaints. First they make it utterly impossible to raise a service request. But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.

    Worst broadband experience ever. I paid for an 18-month JioFiber connection, but the service has been down for over 48 hours. No engineer visit, no proper support, no accountability. Customers deserve better. Resolve this immediately or issue a refund. @JioCare

    Hello jio i had ordered a sim through my jio app on date 30.07.2026. But, till now I didn’t receive the sim as 48 hrs. completed already. Is this type of jio serving their service? Very disappointing. I didn’t expect this. @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare

    This is a loophole because, in a family pack, not everyone’s recharge expires on the same day. Airtel doesn’t compensate for the remaining prepaid balance either, which is unfair. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn @reliancejio will you help on this

    Jio AirFiber is already installed and working in my village Aheva (Sidhauli). Now that it has a fault, the Jio टेक्नीशियन is refusing to fix it, falsely claiming that Jio has ordered not to serve villages. Is this Jio's official policy for rural India? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I bought a new Jio Bharat Phone. Facing frequent issue - During calls, the other person’s voice cuts out. Sometimes works, sometimes no sound at all. Even visited the service centre but issue not resolved. #JioBharat #JioCare
