@AJIOLife it’s been more than 7 working days, please clear the refund asap. I have mailed the details n number of times and the some of the customer care executives says it has been given and some says it is still in process. Kindly take strict action @myntra @reliancejio

@JioCare I didn't get any invitation or 5g signal on my phone . When will I receive 5g on my phone? Otherwise I have to port to airtel 5g which is available in my area .
@JioCare How many times raising complaint by your team pls tell me. If it is only a goal for jio then tell me I will raise complaint on daily basis. No response from your team. Why? I am asking you to your senior level but no one take a responsibility to resolve the issue
@reliancejio I have DMed the details. But it's NOT just internet connectivity issue - it's poor call quality, frequent call drops, inability to make calls without dialling multiple times. Your team just does a sham investigation and says we're updating our network continuously.

Are you Waiting to use 5g of @reliancejio ? Use it at your own risk! @JioCare and the whole team is a useless junk of people. It’s over a month of my complaint and I only receive an automated email and an apology text. Such a shameless team this company has
