@JioCare Pathetic service by jio store as i visited Nangloi n Vikaspuri. 1st store given me the token n say visit agn on aftr 2:45PM 2nd str staff said There's system issue so we can't provide u a new sim card. My no is nt working n my work hampered due to this. Jio no.9999985847

@JioCare Hi , Not receiving internet/tv since 1/11/21. Service request SR000017DAGY since then. Multiple calls, not resolved yet. Will it take forever? Will you extend the exp. date of the plan by same number of days you fail to provide service?
