    @reliancejio what kind of useless service you provided us, last 3 years we are continuously complained you regarding our internet & network but you people are not at all listening our words. If you unable to provide the services ODISHA, KANTILO, NAYAGARH 752078.same on ur service

    @jiocare Sweety, thank you for the update. I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle

    @JioCare @reliancejio My broadband WIFI is not working for 2.5 days. Every 12hrs sms says that service will be restored in 12hrs. Be rest assured. No one is answering calls,only chatbots are online. Unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet down since evening. Fiber customer paying 1899 + GSt each month. How I am supposed to work from home. This need immediate fix. Please resolve it immediately

    @TRAI Yes.. I am using @reliancejio the network indoor goes single bar... not able to make calls indoor...you think about videos???. In low network area service provider have to take efforts and cover indoor as well... awaiting soon..

    @JioCare I am from raebareli uttar pradesh In my city your network is very poor also on work place address village saidanpur post khagipur sanadwa network is very very poor
