    Overall point is, even though, it was clearly mentioned in the app Itself, it was my mistake to not have waited for enough time, even though a clear time line is mentioned in the app itself. This is really bad! I don't expect this from a company like @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare You can keep that amt as charity as I don't want to use your ****! Services anymore because you don't have that commitment to provide good services to the customer, so it's better not to use your services anymore and will guide the other people not to use your services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare twice recharged my father’s mobile number still voice calls not active, customer care is not providing any options to talk to them other than ivrs. chatbot also used but of no use ….

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst Customer care experience. My internet and OTT not working from 4 days. Requested center care so many times to send person but no person visited. It seems Jio is overloaded and Time to change service provider. Thanks Jio.
