However, the engineer explicitly denied restoring the service and refused to address the fault. SR00003CEZHB. Level 1 failed to address.

Their DM simply repeated that my 3300 GB quota is exhausted and asked me to buy more data—even though my ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Unlimited.” I’m still working through a mobile hotspot. Restore the service or refund me.
