    At the time of booking agent says customer will receive full refund if service discontinued in 1 month . I raise a disconnected request in just 10 days then why i am getting refund 1500/- when i paid 2500/- as security deposit ? What kind of care is this @JioCare ?

    Struggling with Airtel for last 3 month for fixing Internet issue in the heart of Metro city. Being a consumer for past 16 years, Airtel has no value of customer's pain. Moving to Jio with target of disconnecting 100 dissatisfied AIRTEL users per month @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare we have applied for jio fiber on 15th Jan 2022 but we can't get our installation yet. We have called 10 times in customer care but no any appropriate reply. Due to this our online classes is interrupted. Have a look @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare It's been 4 days since I logged a complaint regarding the internet issues. no action is being taken on it. The ticket just gets marked as resolved without any confirmation from end user.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Sir extremely disappointed with Jio services in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon (W), Mumbai area. Many customers are complaining. Network down daily from 11.30am for few hours since last month or so. Complaints to Jio store & customer care futile. Kindly help..
