    @reliancejio @JioCare but after connecting customer care they say there is no such transactions details at there end. They must check once in backend system logs. It's such a poor engineering that transaction is doen at payment gateway and system throwing such error i don't have

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare so I taken new connections and after 10 days of new connections I started facing I connected to support many time they only raise tickets but no solution its been more than 10 days and still no solution and they closed my complaint with resolving

    @JioCare ye tumhare bas ka nahi tum jio aur dusron ko unke hall par chhod do. same repetitive exercise. messaged personally too. they answered that they have not found any issue. uske baad jio app ka link bhej diya ki usme sar khapao. that it is jio service.

    Post that considering it’s disconnected , I took up another connection with @reliancejio which was offering better service . For my shock after 2 months I get a bill of 2000 rs mentioning the charges and amazon prime subscription charges.

    @JioCare That day, signal was too low. Network is very bad at my place. Getting speed of 20-100 kbps in 4G.
