    @JioCare this my id 299952336549 I'm just fed up with Jio fiber service. First in trail period only, worst network speed is provided and when I raised a complaint regarding the issue, no one came to my house and request was closed saying visit is done and everything is fine.

    @JioCare your guys only expected us to keep our concern in private, not to expose them in public, only wanted to buy time. No value for customer time and money. Thinking to switch again from #jio to #airtel. Thanks Jio for your incompetency in resolving network issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your customer support doesn't have any answer how without my permission it is getting rescheduled. And on mail, it is written that you have requested. Neither I'm getting calls from your engineer nor I'm calling them. I'm really frustrated.

    @JioCare called cust care on 1800 889 9999 4 times. every time somebody says hello and call gets disconnected. i am facing internet speed issues and frequent disconnection. who can help in resolving this?
