I have tweeted the issue many times and even had a live conversation but they would say "due to various obstacles the network is unable to reach" ..in irl there's not even any obstacles even trees are not that dense.

Yet, Jio marked it as “Resolved” without actually resolving anything. Now you are again saying there is “limited network connectivity”

Real Live Update (@Sonu230601) reported@reliancejio @JioCare When I go to Settings → Applications, even the downloaded apps are showing as “Unavailable.” The STB is connected to the internet and the network shows Working fine, so this appears to be an STB activation/provisioning issue. resolve this issue as soon as possible. @JioCare
