When your only USP is cheap price you cannot provide quality product/service. Best example being #RelianceJio @JioCare @reliancejio Slow Internet / call drops are some of its best features

@JioCare @reliancejio Every month you need on time payment for recharge not even a single minute you give us now I'm suffering network disconnection and my work is held, will you bare the losses? It's not SIM CARD NETWORK I'm talking about FIBER, WIRED. That's why I went for it.

@JioCare how you guys are managing customs with such horrible skill agent who doesn't have skill to talk and . As per Jio norms Jio care is working 24X7 . i do have recording of one of your agent Mr. Khalil. There is no senior who is available. No propper resolution or response.

@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fiber connection is down for the past 1hour, I'm facing issues in my professional life due to this. I'm not at all pleased, I was told that this will never get disconnected but This is the 2nd time I'm facing issues with Jio fiber in just 3 months. VB

I must say @JioCare is worst serving network. I have decided to switch @airtelindia after getting suffered from outstanding services to of @JioCare . I advise everyone to switch to another network who r using useless jio network.

@JioCare this is causing me serious problems and the customer service is saying the same sentences on loop. I can't wait for 2 more hours in the night just to be disappointed again. I want a resolution ASAP.

@JioCare My JioFiber is not working since 10hrs. I have called customer care 4 times, everytime I called they asked me to wait for 2hrs and after 2hrs when I call again they ask to wait again for 2hrs. They refuse to escalate the call to their supervisor.
