    @JioCare @infokar same problem here. me with group of 10 peoples tried to Port out to other network also because of this network problem but these @JioCare called us and promised to give us the best network. it's already been 2 years and still we need to go on the terrace for that best network.

    @reliancejio In my area in Aurangabad vodaphone @ViCustomerCare has very poor connectivity not only for data but calling also Now after porting into jio for download I gets avg 1-2.5 mbps speed

    @reliancejio Dont worry it will be come down soon. As you have pathetic network service. I have ported to airtel, for the same reason. And you customer care doesn't care as well. 2 saal se complaint karke thak gya tha. Gaand marao tum bklodo
