    @reliancejio @JioCare Recently i had 75 advance upcoming plans in my jio number, but suddenly all 119rs plans are removed from my jio number by you..is this how you treat with a customer..very very disappointed with it and after calling 198,they said they had no informed about it

    @reliancejio dear sir i am using jio services and experiencing lot of network fluctuation. When i tried to contact jio helpline service there is no way to connect customer support. This is horrible poor service.

    @JioCare Multiple user using services is not my problem it’s Jio’s responsibility to resolve. As I don’t see any improvement. What is the status of service request? Your services of no use if I can’t use internet in house.
