    @reliancejio @JioCare Repeated excuses around “audit” and “unavailability” have caused severe frustration and mental distress. I no longer require the service and request a full refund to the original UPI immediately, along with the refund tracking/reference details. 2/x

    After installation no ghost/shadow wud ever cpme to attend to problems. I hv to struggle daily as no mechanic turns up to repair the @JioCare ..wifi does not come in all corners of even same room❗Another room has no wifi absolutely. @PMOIndia Nothing works.

    @dave95370 @JioCare Hey, I’ve been facing the same issues. In my case, ive experienced that ag this point, they don’t even care. @JioCare is not bothered on solving the issue, they’ll just give you a default reply here and nothing concrete will happen. It’s so frustrating.

    @JioCare Don’t you already have a system in place to retrieve all details from the order number? Why do you need all the details from the customer? In these few days I’ve already known the way to respond to issues and don’t want to waste my time sending you these details

    Hey @JioCare, internet's been down since Aug 24 (SR: SR00003EYY8R). Complaint filed Aug 25, service promised Aug 26, and now a message says it'll take until Aug 31 to fix?! ​That’s a full week of dead service paid out of pocket. Please escalate and resolve this ASAP! @TRAI.
