    @reliancejio I raised a complaint on June 20th, but it is not resolved till now. Another complaint I have raised for deactivation - has not been resolved till now. Is this how to give server?

    @JioCare Why is that scheduled for tomorrow when I mentioned it's already been quite a few days since the outage. You take 4 days to address an urgent complaint?

    @Singla16Neeraj @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worstest customer service,have been reporting issue with my jio fiber past 1+ week and raised 3 service request . 2 of them have been closed without even resolution . Now a third one is opened, Emailed and escalated but still none of them bothers to get it rectified .

    @reliancejio @JioCare Forget about launching new things and focus on what you have and doesn't operate. Post sales support sucks. It's been 4 days and none of your team cares to fix it.

    @JioCare #jiofiber. Have issues with jio fiber but not able to connect to costumer care. Quick chat help doesn’t do any justice too. Kindly assist. 1800 number not connecting too.
