    @reliancejio @JioCare Team, I want to disconnect my Jio Fiber connection & get the refund of my security deposit amount. The helpline number provided ar not working, I have also sent an email for this.

    @JioCare I raised a request for installation of Setup box, customer care is not helping instead giving false promise and no help, when i asked about it all they had to say was sorry for inconvenience we do not have information with us nor we have systems to help me out

    @JioCare Have called your customer care at least 4 times and they keep saying 24 hrs since last 4 days .. it’s gone beyond 100 hrs .. get it installed immediately !!!!

    @JioCare I am staying at Kusum Niwas, near utkheda road, Professor colony, Raver Jalgoan. 425508. But this is nothing to do with the network If I put the sim card in my phone it's working fine. The JioFi device is what creating issue, it's in warranty.

    @JioCare I am feeling bad as my decision of switching to Jio network is an big mistake as the network coverage is very very poor, hardly 1-2 signal bars only come and data speeds are also very very low. Hope you will take some corrective actions once after you see my message.

    @JioCare My dad's Jio Phone is not working, and I'm trying for a new one since two months and I can't find one! Jio sim being 4g I can't even put it in 2g phone ! I just got fed up with this waiting! Please get me one Jio Phone ! Else I'll port to @airtelindia 🙏
