    @JioCare @reliancejio I really dont know whom to tag here. But I have been a jio fiber customer since more than a year. Since last 11 days my internet is not working, have called you guys more than 5 times a day. Everyone has been giving me the assurance that it will be resolved

    @JioCare he asked me to download kyc quick support app from Google Play Store and was asking to give remote access I denied to give access. Then he abused me and disconnected the call.
