@JioCare Tried so many channels of Jio Care supports to resolve the problem of not receiving SMS on my phone. Funny part every one had different story to tell. In spite of having valid plan screenshots uploaded one said you don’t have, other asked for top up but none resolved.

@reliancejio “Poor Customer Service “ I have applied for a connection on 29.04.26 foot installation of Jio Home and Mr Jitender Lal 89505-04415 was assigned to follow up for necessary documentation and installation. He called and advised that it can be installed only after 2 days
