    @JioCare @reliancejio - We are facing worst network in the Alkapur Township, Neknempur, Hyderabad -500089. In our Community it's worst we can't even make phone calls. W are able to survive with Wifi. Hope this will be fixed. Else will port to Airtel as Boosters are planned by it

    This is a warning to anyone planning to get Jio 5G postpaid number. After paying Jio will make u run around. Their staff who are supposed to deliver the sim won't answer the won't or will switch it off. Their broadband service is even worse. Biggest frauds! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Thanks for the response, but this isn't the first reschedule. I've been receiving the same "appointment rescheduled/on hold" messages every day since 27 June, without any actual resolution. Please stop the repeated rescheduling and complete my JioFiber relocation.

    @JioCare @JioCare Inspite of not using our airfibre data, large amount of data has disappeared and our monthly limit exhausted,, it shows 315 GB used on 6 July 26 which is not possible to use this much data with 1 tv and 3 mobiles.please connect to customer care representive

    @reliancejio , @JioCare is faster than the government service Jio's internet service goes down completely whenever it rains, faster than the electricity provided by the government. If you don't believe me, I will use other companies' networks and live stream your network speed.

    @JioCare #JioHome #JioFiber Order NO0001EHF2BE was paid upfront (₹2,824.92) after your sales executive guaranteed installation within 24 hours. It's now been 75+ hours with zero response from the installation or sales team. This is a complete failure of service. (1/2)
