    @JioCare my jio wifi isn't working since morning, yesterday happened the same then we raised the ticket and it got repaired but today no one came to resolve the issue from Jio. Time slot was 1pm-2pm

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR0000364K4Z. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.
