    I am jio POS lite user, during loading money on wallet money is deducted from my UPI account but it's not showing on wallet balance waiting for refund from 7 days it is not refunded yet.very bad support by jio Please look over in this issue @JioCare @reliancejio

    3 days more than 10 agents and still no solution from @JioCare @reliancejio . Disappointing. I cannot use my banking system as my Jio sim number has no network due to IR pack is in upcoming plan. Not a single Jio agents knows how to activate it. Such a shame!

    @reliancejio last few months in my office area jio network not shown, we are here 600+ employees all hv jio sim, due to this already portability to other network.pls rectify it.
