    @JioCare What the hell is covered?? I'm running behind your customercare for last 3 days... Multiple service requests are raised and nothing has resulted in resolution. Even yesterday they said it will be done by 1st hour today and it's still not done.. then what is the use of us promises

    @JioCare If your fibre connection is interrupted owing technical issues, should you not give credit to that period of interruption? Taken money for 30 days and provided service for less number of days. Is this ethical?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I removed my Jio Fiber connection on 1st August 2021 bit till now I didn't get my refund. And I'm not getting any response from your jio customer care department also. Please resolve my issue & initiate my refund ASAP. Attaching connection details in thread.

    @reliancejio With every passing year jio service and quality is getting poorer. From network issues to call drops to poor call quality everything is happening. If this continues than porting out will be the only solution left

    @JioCare By 'appreciating my patience' it's not giving 'my value of money' which is wasted by ur poor service. Ds jio dabba is useless since five days! In ds u should be more considered abt how not to waste customer's money. Appreciation will not help, resolving the fiber fault will help

    @JioCare WTF is this I haven't got the full refund for it as per the rules I have surrendered it before the trail pack end so I should receive full refund but I have only got partially refund. It's mean that you all are robbing customer such a rubbish service.

    been a week got ur network 079-35637802 The sales guy Saurang 8200407056 promised amazing speed doesn't answer. The engineer Rajesh 9173681213 sent a trainee Stuck with ur sleeping network n kids zoom class using #vodafone hotspot. Can u wake ur guys @JioCare @reliancejio
