    @JioCare Already did it. It's not a resolution problem. Most OTT apps are working fine. @DisneyPlusHS and @PrimeVideoIN have these lines not on their main menu but whenever I play a video. Can this be a codec issue?

    @JioCare @JioStore_Apps @reliancejio why order Got canceled after 50 hours and after getting the message that it's out for delivery? I called the person 10 times and he didn't answer even once? What is this behavior? Why Reliance is so rude with customers????

    @JioCare Resolution time is totally unknown because of -> there is no direct connect with customer care. Please make availability of customer care support to understand the issue/problem of customer.

    @JioCare Very upset after seeing your response why I will not get the extended service your engineer team had not resolved the issue with in stipulated time and took 8 days to resolve
