    @JioCare @reliancejio Guys Don't opt for Jiofiber ...they will not cancel your subscription neither they will refund your security deposit...they are scammers

    @reliancejio @JioCare from 2 days JioFiber is not working at Worli seaface. Every time they just send sms we are restoring network. Don’t expect such unprofessional service from Jio.

    Just ported my number from Jio to other operator, got a computer call saying "Jio ne free call di thi, 200rs/GB data ko sasta kraya h, Iss order ko abhi cancel kre... Blah..blah" Kya mtlb rula hee dega kya bhai @JioCare 🥹🫣

    @JioCare This is an update on Service Request number SR00001GSRVS. We have found no issue with our network connectivity in your area. It is possible that the issue is with your mobile handset for which we request you to visit the manufacturer's Service Centre and get your handset checked.

    @JioCare How can a organization like #Jio could be soo irresponsible in handling the customer's complaint, its been more than 1 month that the issue is pending and about 1 week than the expected date of resolution. Its surprising too see such poor service.
