    @JioCare I informed your customer care to remove your Jionet connection on 20th of this month the service is stopped but your set up box and router are not being received they are not giving us any information about the money due especially I am not being given a chance to speak in telugu

    @JioCare I just raised the complaint on 29 may 2022, still the problem is not solved.i have 3 jio mobile numbers and now I think I should port the same to other service providers as we are just being cheated giving false commitment that problem will be solved.

    @JioCare 4th day and no sign of engineer to fix the STB , no even one call from them , Jio services has degraded drastically
