Worst customer service of @JioCare . They are just transferring calls and doing nothing I called them atleast 15 times to unblock my e-sim but they're just transferring calls to each other's.

@JioCare jiofiber executive cheated. Provided me all wrong information. He told me that will get free voucher in 3rd month but it is not so. Also opened a ticket but without any updates it is closed. Till now worst experience from jio. #JioFiber

Hi jio, I am not able to use my internet & calls because of poor network even when I am in my room i can't load google, that much internet is slow. When I called in customer care they said jio is improving network connectivity but still there is no improvement @TRAI @reliancejio
