    @reliancejio Jio fiber internet down for 36 hours. No resolution on your end. @jiocare not providing solution. Please look into this immediately. Otherwise need refund. Don't cheat customers. SR0000380833.

    @JioCare I am facing a serious issue with my Jio AirFiber connection. Service Request No. SR000037T8O5 has been pending for 4 days. The assigned engineer keeps rescheduling the visit and is allegedly demanding extra cash payment to come on-site. This is highly unprofessional.
