  @JioCare Paid for jiofibre 3 months connection. All procedure followed & as per sales person, connection will be ready to use within next two hours. Now they are not responding to call & customer care also not responding. Feeling cheated. Pls let me know cancellation procedure.

  @JioCare @TechnTrolls Check your DM shared 10+ Sim card numbers which are affected and unable to use Jio services Voice call and internet cause your Jio towers wire cut down by electricity dept. as you haven't paid electricity bill and payment to the land owner.

  @reliancejio You are providing worst network in our area.we are even not able to make calls. earlier it was good but for last 4-5 months it has become worst. We are getting network when we go on roof. We called customer care but no solution till now.
