@JioCare @reliancejio Now Jio customer care agent will talk to the customer rudely. I don't want to keep such a sim in which instead of giving information, it disconnects the call. There are 6 Jio users in my house, whom I will now port and will also remove 2 Jio Fiber.

@JioCare why now most of of the website is not opening abd also many app is not working. And same is running when I switch to vi internet. Kya ho rakha h ajkl. Kindly look into this matter in urgent and now please don't ask the name of website or app.

@JioCare I had DM the details, but I am getting some illogical solutions to do. Whole village is not getting signals, How re inserting the sim will solve the problem. Be mature, try to resolve it with some maturity. Since September last year, I am requesting for this issue.

Pathetic service by #jio fiber.First I got 9th Feb slot to relocate my connection. Today (9th) got update that it would be done in 24 hrs and now got email saying new appointment has been booked for 12th Feb. I could've gotten new airtel connection in just 2 days. @reliancejio

@JioCare Thanks for your prompt response in DM, I am wondering whether I did a mistake by reporting the area with no network coverage (as you guys have been helping me to check my phone settings and simply ignoring the fact that there's no network for EVERYONE in that area) Thanks anyway!
