    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why there has been no action or response for the network outage in my area? Absolutely third class customer service. Our cellphone signals are completely dead. 0 support from airtel. At least @reliancejio works and they even ack and call back.

    @JioCare I had a talk with your advisor, and they clearly told ‘There is no such policy’. So I have decided to lodge a legal consumer forum complaint for this loophole from such a big company. We are billed full amount yet not refunded / extended for disrupted days.
