    @JioCare Facing severe network issues at my location (24.824081, 88.025814, Malda, WB). Indoor coverage is very poor—calls break & don’t connect properly. 4G speed is extremely slow and 5G unstable. Multiple complaints raised but no fix yet. Need urgent resolution. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Your apology will not solve the dead internet problem. In spite of escalating and creating an escalation SR no engg at least called up and assured, this is putting users into anxious and traumatic state with this medicore service #GTvsMI

    @JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

    @ganesdukka @JioCare Ganesh even in here your issue will not be resolved. They will open ticket and close it after 12 hours and this will happen in loop where each and every social media handlers reply same above thing

    @JioCare Your escalation system is so robust that, your senior escalation members don't know whom it got escalated to, who picked up, when they will exactly visit the site and whether they are really going to fix the problem. Hence rescheduled #GTvsMI
