    The issue is solved with a great help from the @ACTFibernet technician (Mr. Madhan V). He travelled a long distance to assist on my urgent requirement. @JioCare your engineer hasn't done anything but closed the ticket already. But I don't want to prolong this conversation longer.

    @Airtel_Presence I guess ur engineers are still sleeping. Its been a week now and only my broadband internet is not working. U think i will be paying you bills for such services? Emailed so many times to give me a call back, yet not received! Pathetic services airtel! @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @Siba_TNIE @reliancejio @JioCare When i was in TCS kolkata,Bbsr 2018-21 had a horrid time with jio and that too in prominent areas of both cities.They dont have any proper grievance redressal mechanism.Only tokenism.
