Your own team admitted the antenna needs relocation, yet nothing has been done. Raised complaints on 31 July (SR00003D31QJ & SR00003CSFV5), assured resolution in 24 hours. On 3 August, both were marked "CLOSED" without any actual fix — feels like a straight-up scam. Legal notice already sent. If this isn't resolved, next stop is the Consumer Commission and TRAI. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #ConsumerRights
