@nirajvasavada @reliancejio So for an appt. of around 2k sq.ft., the single router is sufficient. In a house of two stories, we need a repeater to enhance the coverage. So iteal solution is to get an additional AP once the service provider installs its ONT (Optical Network Terminal) at our place. 2/2

@khushsundar @airtelindia Not only airtel..Even @JioCare is such a useless service provider.. Both of them are trying to monopoly indian telecommunication service..As there only small players as alternative, they stopped listening to customers problem.

@nirajvasavada @reliancejio Any service provider would give you connection , coverage is subjective based on your area and civil structure. Ideally it can give workable coverage max upto 2 BHK 1200 sq feet / 700 to 800 sq ft carpet area. If it's more than that you may install repeater to get full coverage

We wanted to install #JioFiber. The person came, on our asking “will this give WiFi to entire home?” He said their Engineer will know. But engineer will only come to reply after u install jiofiber !!! Isn’t it a customer’s right to know details before enrolling ???? @reliancejio

@JioCare My network was perfectly fine few months back. Recently i have been facing poor internet speeds at my home. Situation is getting worse day by day. Web pages are not even loading now. If this is the situation, there is no option other than port out.
