ashok kumar (@ashokkumariitr) reported@JioCare The jio fibre services are down for half a day and all we get is bot responses from chat and phone. Taking money and not providing services is theft. Ideally you should refund the money for the period + hardships. Every Jio customer should file a consumer complaint.

Due to rain there are frequent power cuts. Jio shouldn't leave paying customers completely stranded without basic battery backup infrastructure.
