Hi @ViCustomerCare again same issue. I have not used any data or calls.. Got billed for international roaming for this.. This is happening month on month. Then charged extra for service tax. I am too frustrated with your services. @reliancejio @airtelindia please help

@reliancejio They are not helping me at all. I think it's my fault that I believed in JIO Network and ported into JIO from other network. Really, JIO's Customer Care Service is pathetic. They don't know anything and can't solve any problem.

@reliancejio @JioCare my jiofiber internet has been down since 30 hours. I even gave a service request and no technician has contacted me. I live in royapuram Chennai. This is very unacceptable. Please correct it or discontinue my services. I need to move to @airtelindia asap

@JioCare 2. @JioCare . Anyhow got connected. Later two days same issue , I planned to upgrade my plan to 100mbps. As my jiofiber was in due , I have upgraded my plan to 100mbps( paid 825+). Today I got shocked by seeing the speed of the connection. Download speed 0.83ms, 4.5ms
