    @JioCare And I would also like to escalate on couple of support executives, Pooja, who told me that the call had connected to the Calcutta line, and Prosun M, who I spoke to on WhatsApp chat. Jio is providing a really bad customer support.

    @JioCare I have DM all the details ..bank confirmation message that the amount has been credited to your account . Reference # , transaction ID etc..Don't play these games with the customer, If you have a policy of nt refunding amount no matter what .let me know .
