  @JioCare Thanks for that but why disrupt my connection always? I pay bills all on time. The guy I saw did something with the box repairing a different connection and my internet went away. When I asked him to check he started arguing that without complaint being assigned to him he won't.

  @JioCare Order placed for JioFiber on Aug 2. No executive assigned yet. Tried contacting customer support but it’s an AI bot which does not really answer the query. Tweeted on Aug 12. Was asked for details but issue hasn’t been resolved. When exactly will it be installed.

  @TRAI yes it is....@reliancejio @reliancejiocare My 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan is still giving me just 16–23 Mbps. My service request was reopened with a promised resolution but nothing has been fixed. Complaints keep getting closed/reopened without any actual resolution.

  @JioCare @reliancejio myself and reschedule it to 6–7 PM. Even during the second committed slot, no engineer arrived again. This is now the 3rd/4th time I have faced the same kind of service issue since taking JioFiber.
