    @JioCare Lawda we know when to recharge bsdk don’t annoy us, rather focus on signal dropping issues, poor network on jio air fiber.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago Thats what I'm asking, what technical reason? Engineer is straight away saying that I don't visit on relocation requests and only come for new connection. Engineer denying for service is technical reason?

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is a serious security lapse. My number has been reassigned to another person, who now has access to OTPs and can potentially misuse accounts linked to it. Customer privacy and security should never be compromised for operational convenience.

    @JioCare SR00002LG10M was raised for my WiFi issue and an engineer was assigned. Despite multiple follow-ups with the engineer and support team, no one has turned up. My work is being impacted due to no internet. Please resolve this urgently, latest by tomorrow.
