    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, my brother's JioFiber has been down since yesterday (09/08) with red LOS light. His unresolved ticket was closed, which he has now managed to reopen. Could you pls look into this urgently? He is a student and needs the internet for his class. Thank U!

    @reliancejio This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects the pathetic level of service from Jio AirFiber. It has been 8 days since I placed the request, yet no one has visited to install the AirFiber connection or even bothered to call me.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @jio_fiber My Jio AirFiber service has been down, and the restoration time has now been extended again from 10 Aug 6:59 PM to 11 Aug 6:59 AM. This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. Please restore the service urgently and provide a clear resolution.

    @JioCare 6 days since facing a problem with jio but till now no visit happened, your engineers are rescheduling the time again and again as per convenience, and we are not aware about that also, because no message comes for that, now please remove your jio airfiber.

    @reliancejio What exactly is going on with your network? I’m a Rajasthan customer, yet your recorded call messages are suddenly in Gujarati. Incoming and outgoing calls — BOTH affected. This isn’t a “small issue.” Fix your language routing ASAP. @reliancejio #JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Such a worst service by jio really yesterday raised the complaint internet not working and still Engineer not scheduled after calling customer care they told after 6 pm Engineer will be there but still no call from Engineer

    @JioCare Where are the rains in hyderabad? From last 24hrs not a single drop. Fake excuses. We need to work and pausing the work more than 2hrs is not possible so immediately assign a engineer to fix it.

    @JioCare Service Request No.: SR00003DJIYP This is unacceptable for a broadband service. Please escalate this SR to the senior technical team and arrange an engineer visit on priority. I do not want another round of basic troubleshooting. Please prov status of SR00003DJIYP
