@AquariusPriya @reliancejio @JioCare Its really an example of bad service. They should have taken the prompt action. I have also Wrote an email to them after paying the amount due till that date, however, neither I have got confirmation of disconnection nor any official approached me, rather they charged me.

@yabhishekhd @reliancejio @jiocare We had our Internet disconnected due to fiber cut by local authorities.Due to deficiency of service we cancelled the connection as adviced of their manager Manu GB who said we will get refund of unused period .Jio is a fraud company and staff are cheats
