Neither @JioCare work nor @Airtel_Presence in India or they are just for cities because as soon as u are out from main city their network start crying, although they advertise to cover the mountains as well and @DoT_India dnt even care of al this, these giants r jst aftr money!

@airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Your broadband service is worst service a customer can expect. Even BSNL linemen of 90s were more responsive to customers needs than Airtel technical team Finally ordeal ends with discontinuation today. Hoping for a better service from @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence I had sent a complaint using my registered email ID, 13 days ago. Still no acknowledgement/response from your side. Such a pathetic customer support after being a long-time customer with a good recharge history. Thinking to migrate to @reliancejio or @ViVodaidea
