    @Airtel_Presence Absolutely fraudulent level of service by denying the Google one membership by their team fraudulently deactivating the membership without my consent. Never go for @Airtel_Presence connection. @reliancejio Do let me know about the switchover process at the earliest

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been without a working JioFiber connection since last night. I raised a support request with the Jio customer support team yesterday. This morning, the assigned technician called me only to inform me that he had been sent to my old installation address

    @JioHotstar @JioCare The Jio-Hotstar benefit included in the '84-day unlimited recharge' plan has been discontinued, and I am now being asked to purchase a subscription. Why has the Jio-Hotstar service been stopped when there are still 45 days remaining on my 84-day plan?

    @JioCare despite me explicitly informing customer support that the issue was with my new connection address. The technician asked me to raise a fresh support request, which I did. The new Request ID is SR00003A0539.
