@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio terrible service from jio stores. looks like they don't want business. made several visits over the past week to take a new SIM, but every time a new excuse 1) card reader not working, 2) biometric reader not working... finally, go take from vodafone or airtel!

@JioCare @Ravinderkp2007 please handle it appropriately immediately notify the Monthly payment is being taken but the problem could not be solved, I have been watching for 5 years, have provided all the details with the letter Unable to find the answers or fix it currently 50 days.

@JioCare You are just good at replying to tag. At- Kechhobahal, dist-balangir with jio users of atleast 500, jio signal is drastically weak. Users search for network to make a call or to browse net,; you can't do all net stuff with ease sitting at home. No single tower in or gram panchat

@reliancejio @JioCare I would like to tell everyone that jio fiber postpaid is not a postpaid it's actually prepaid service in the name of postpaid with little bit different benifit. Beacuse they charged you 1 month advance rental when u book any 3,6,12 month plan.
