@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

There is something which is majorly wrong with the jio network in andheri corporate park jb nagar the network literally sucks in this locality it will so worst I was knowing it I guess time to switch to other service provider @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio You are the worst broadband provider in India , even local providers are providing better service than yours, the customer support service is taking days to respond to our queries and after that they are saying it is not fixable.

@JioCare Is this customer care number 18008899999 for non jio numbers ? If so, why does it asks me to call another for Jio fiber queries and disconnected? when I dial the number for JioFiber-18008969999, it says the number is invalid.The best customer service from @reliancejio
