    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio Terrible network in my area! Constant disconnects, no internet, & it shows "no service" every few mins. I reached an agent but it dropped due to your bad network. Now I'm blocked for 30 mins because it claims "query resolved". Fix ASAP! Pin: 325216

    @JioCare @reliancejio Grievance Number 9559453 was updated on July 27, where they Jio stated me to share the claim details on email. However, due to their technical problems i wasnt able to get details and yet they have not reverted on email. Kindly look into this. @consaff

    @JioCare What the hell is going on? My JioFiber internet was down for two weeks last month, and now it hasn't been working for the past three days this month. Do you think we pay for this service just for fun? If an issue comes up, it should be resolved within a single day.taking weeks

    @JioCare @gauravvija43886 You guys are absolutely **** I made the post and you did not bother to respond also. Taking 5 days to issue esim and neither your support is better. Making false claims that you’re resolving my issue asap does not make your customer service better by any means.

    @JioCare JioFiber complaint 13 August SR00002NEE0A was resolved only on 19 August after an unacceptable delay. Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.
