@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Hey @JioCare , Please stabilize you 5G Network and before rolling out it for commercial usage in Chennai. It is completely unreliable and Signal drops every now and then. It takes almost 30 secs to Mobile data to turn on. The upload speed is worst (1/2)

@JioCare @TRAI This is gentel reminder about our previous complaint dtd 23.01.23 The problem is continuously daily time 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm.Internet speed totally stopped and we can not access any sites twitter,FB,youtube,WhatsApp,Banking app....etc We already share location
