@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Jiofibre field personnel intentionally not providing service instead misleading customer to install new @JioCare fibre. When calling customer care they are citing company policies. Is it jio policy to recruit such scamster then deny any responsibility?

Hi @reliancejio when some one tries to contact me its saying that my phone is switched off. I have to use airplane mode multiple times to receive or make any calls. Please resolve the issue asap
