    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare why your network cut and zero network with power cut... you don't have genset to keep your services up... your charges are high but service is very poor.

    Highly disappointed with the service of jio fiber. I registered my complaint day before yesterday till now my complaint has not been resolved yet it has been more than 24 hrs as they say complaint will be solved with in 24 hrs @JioCare please look into this as soon as possible 😡

    @JioCare Order Number NO0000I066I4 was scheduled on 17-07-2021 at 15:00:00 for installation. Installation has not taken place at my location & I am not able to cancel installation also. Kindly cancel my order and issue refund full amount at earliest.

    @JioCare Hi, I have applied for a Jio fiber connection order no. NO0000HZWVM1 , it has been many days since application and no installation has been done till date, the installation person is not at all professional, is this the way to treat new customers?

    @JioCare 3. after that it starts downloading (please see the screenshot attached). This problem I don't face when I am on 699 and above plan. Please see to it as soon as possible, as you have applied some restrictions with the new software update in the moderm. Thank You. Regards

    I'm been your Geo phone customer for four months, but I'm been in touch with your authorized dealers five times, but the problem is that the Geo phone hangs at least three times how to use this continuous i don't know 😕@jiophone @JioCare @reliancejio
