@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare I don't think you guys are working on it. This is false and deceiving. I don't see any movement as to what you say, the other 3 replies have been the same. It doesn't take 24 hrs to solve a problem of internet. Unfortunate to say the least.

@JioCare Let’s see what would be the definition of the earliest. If the issue dosnt get resolved in 24 hours I am definitely shifting to airtel and then would take up the matter with the respective forums. But like I said the sales team of yours are a very big definition of fraud.
