    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @JioCare All complaints are closed automatically without attending the problem.. till now I have rescheduled around 20 times and all are closed without a visit... And the message shows the engineer visit completed

    @JioCare Frequent disconnections and slow speed are also concerns. App does not allow to create Service request. Call center no one picks up. What is all this

    @reliancejio @JioCare @Pluxee_india My jio app says 0 convenience fees but charged 821.16 for a 799 plan. Why should I even use a network and telecommunication card if I have to pay extra amount every time.

    @cool_1998tgn @VerdeSelvans @reliancejio Yes, but it’s in a similar range, around 150 Mbps, with proper network coverage. There are some places near me where we don’t even get Jio’s network.

    Amazing how @JioCare can send appointment confirmations and “we’re looking into it” messages, but somehow an actual engineer never arrives. 5 days of bad internet and zero accountability. Customer support feels like an endless loop with no exit. Resolve SR0000357VZH.
