@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

Facing internet issue with jio fiber since Tuesday, raised the complaints but closed without solving it. Got the call from service guy, saying coming in half an hour which never come, when tried to reach , neither pick the call nor giving the callback. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The service guy has been requesting them like crazy and they say they won't do it. In the first day they even ask for extra money when I said I did a bill for that too. He said "we can't give you bill, just do not take the connection"

Hi @JioCare my fiber service is down from last 8 hour. I have complaint on jio care and they promised me to resolve the issue within 2 hour. But till now my issue is not resolved and also the customer support executive using slang words. Can you help me to out of this??

@JioCare please jio Don't increase your plan charge I am using jio sim from last 5 years and I am facing the slow internet problem from last 5 years but I have not port to vi as I still hope to get fix but problem is not resolved

@reliancejio I want to change my Jio broadband plan from 999 to 399 but jio customer care is saying it is not possible but when I have taken this connection that time sales person said I can change the broadband plan any time . Kindly help to change my plan ASAP.

@JioCare I did this for 4 years now don't wanna go through this drama again because it seems like an endless loop. The only solution to get rid of this loop is the sim port.
