@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

I only use twitter and barely any Facebook & Instagram & my 150 GB per day data remained 60% unused everyday but since last few days by 2pm @reliancejio sends SMS that 50% data is used and by 7pm 90% used ! Even the network is deteriorating! Duh! @JioCare

@JioCare One day I called your customer they said some error and apologized and asked me bank account details to transfer the money the request id- SR000013U2N3. Its been 6 days till reply. Are you going to refund my money or not? @consumerforum_

@JioCare Since past one week my mobile net and jiofi net both are not even able to browse something. Customer care gave no satisfactory reply. Please do something about it as I am now planning of switching to other network as my other sim's net is working perfectly fine.
