    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.

    What’s happening with Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19? The coverage has become so poor that even a normal phone call keeps breaking up. A reliable mobile network shouldn’t be this difficult to use. Please look into this issue. @JioCare

    My internet is not working but u ppl r saying it will take Abt 2 days to resort d service. R u 4 real so what m i suppose to do not work my job . Sit n write a Mail to that can't work nrlet not working jio busy bringing ipo but can't resort interest service soon @JioCare

    @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber connection keeps disconnecting every few minutes. It works briefly and suddenly drops again. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please look into this issue urgently and provide a permanent solution. #JioAirFiber #Jio
