    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare i lost my cell having 2 sims and I shown the police complaint to jio store to get the new sim. They did provided the sim but its been 5 days and still sim is inactive. I has taken 2 hrs for airtel to activate my 2nd sim. Shame on jio pathetic service. @VaibhavKhandre

    @JioCare @reliancejio currently, i am using JioFibre and i am having a plan of 30Mbps, But from last few days, i am facing the speed issue and currently the speed is 4.2 mbps. Please do look after this matter asap

    @JioCare your customer care people dnt know anything about services & your engineer only committed to visit site from morning, then stopped taking our call. Please remember we are paying for your service. Should we wait for some intelligent to support us or cancel the connection.

    @reliancejio what rubbish is jio network doing. can't make a call or receive a call since 2 days now . Complaint registered still nothing. Still not sorted out what is to be done . Cab anything be more unprofessional than this .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today At the time of booking, Executive said the slot is available for connection. Now the installation team is saying no slots are there for connection. On top of that your Executive are saying to Cancel now after the payment has been done. NO0000HB96YL
