    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare Your service very poor in 4g network in Rajpura area Punjab, not only area many locations i found its not good service still you ppl talking 5g implementation without proper connectivity of current 4g going down day by day

    @JioCare customer since 2016. Currently 3 jio prepaid connections are active in my home. We have been experiencing poor indoor coverage & worst upload speed; for years. Even after multiple complaints, no improvement @JioCare

    @JioCare @iamtheksn I had opted for a pick up for my trial router and your agent didnt come to pick up. For that you charge a penalty to the Customer & despite refunding 1500 you people are initiating 500. @airtelindia see this is what jio is
