    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare The promised refund timeline has already been crossed. tell me the exact date when my refund will be credited. follow-ups have given no solution. If issue is not resolved I will escalate it to the Consumer Court. This has completely eroded my trust in Jio. @TRAI @JioCare

    i am facing slow Internet issue and reported to your team from past 10 days i first contacted to your team on 7th and till now no help 2 times engineer visited and went back but no help everyone seems unaware and rude . @reliancejio @RIL_Updates JIO AIRFIBER is worthless

    @JioCare @reliancejio Nil after sale support. One you purchase the plan, neither agent nor the company will respond. All customer service channels including mail, IVR, WA handled by robots. Never seen such a pathetic customer service.
