    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber service is absolutely terrible. My connection keeps having issues, and engineers either don’t show up or don’t answer calls. Yesterday, the engineer ignored 15–20 calls. Customer care promised a priority fix, but instead booked me for Aug 10

    Jio fiber since 10 days. Your cc kept on telling technician visit by tomorrow, since the day of complaint. Today is 7th day since the complaint raised, called your customer care more than 5 times. No action and no technician visit till date. Worst customer service. @JioCare

    @JioCare Issue is not resolved only the request is closed issue remains the same and no one checks the DM. Fix this issue as soon as possible otherwise I'll going to consumer court now regarding disappointed with services after paying for them.

    @JioCare Nelson, pls make sure this issue to be resolved ASAP even if rather complete refund they can take a cut 10-20% if required I need this issue to be settled today or by these weekend no matter what
