    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @HathwayBrdband I have a HATHWAY broadband connection which doesn't work. Evry day down time is 4H. Your cstmer service sucks auto closing the request without a fix. @reliancejio @JioCare thanks for providing uninterrupted mobile internet waiting for jio fibre.

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR000015T18M - Classic case of perfect sales & ****** after sales service. The engg visited my house after 28 hrs of report, noticed fiber cut & then said wl b back in 30 mins after installing new connection nearby. He has re-sched my case for tomorrow.

    @JioCare I have tried to apply port in thru my jio app. but no body appears to help porting out of airtel and coming to jio. Airtel is not giving porting code giving different excuse. Recently I opted for jio fiber network and the staff assure to help but no help after payment.
