    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Ticket opened on May 18 and still no resolution. Entire weekend wasted waiting for an engineer visit that never happened. Multiple follow-ups, zero accountability and no proper update. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service.

    @JioCare Namaskaram, I have started Online Port In request from Vodafone to Jio. No communication from sim delivery boy . Toll Free Customer Care executive failed to help. What shall I Do ?

    @JioCare - Absolutely unacceptable behavior from @JioCare. My postpaid services have been barred despite me clearing the entire outstanding bill. When I contacted customer care, I was shockingly told that my services will NOT be restored unless I set up an AutoPay mandate.

    @JioCare Right after you raised the service request I got a message saying "You will receive an update by 2026-05-24T17:59:11." But no update yet. Does Jio follow timelines? If not then why do you mention them?

    @JioCare Last 6 days i am chasing fix my issue but you are unable to close this, please cancel my connection and refund my recharge because tum logo ke bas ki nhi hai issue resolve karana. @airtelnews Please help here to share your wifi plan i want to switch with you.
