@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

You know what @airtelindia it is pathetic to claim unlimited calls (as u charge for customer cares of banks wtc..) when only @reliancejio is providing it.

Every time I connect with your customer service I get a fake commitment and fake time line. Please improve your service quality. It was not expected from a brand like Jio. Now I can't blindly trust Jio like before. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
