@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare Have been facing issue of Live channels videos freezing with only audio, for last 15 days. This happens to all live channels within jiotv+ app. Everytime, I have to uninstall jiotv+ app and reinstall to get this issue resolved but reappear again after one or two days.
