@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio 2 days back a fire took place on the electric pole in Sewak Park Dwarka Mor Delhi. All cable of service providers burnt. Airtel people started the work and fixed the connection but JIO is sleeping.All JIO customers are suffering. Immediate action required.

.@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.
