    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare My last 5 calls in last month to your call centre was disconnected by agent. It seems your agent doesnt want to talk to customer anymore.. I'm sure I'm not alone. It's seems like a behavioral issue. I'm planning to covert to prepay. Can you assist with the process.
