  @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio what a worst service of you I lost my sim card somewhere then I go your jio office for replacement they say we have a no sim card to replacement . Then they said wait 2 days I said ok but they denied me every day to replacement my sim card.

  @JioCare Contact no. - 8909107947 Dheerendra singh this is the contact number but from one week my not getting any solution from jio care. I have registered my complaint many times to customer care. This is ridiculous.

  3/3 - Is there anyone really working in @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice ? All the employees that i encountered are ****. I have jiofibre installed in mumbai and delhi. And the process was super smooth. And then came bihar, no work can be done without a haraasing the customer.
