@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir , I got a jio recharged with a lower plan by mistake and then immediately called @jiocare to upgrade or cancel that order. They refused and asked wait for 3 months or pay full again for upgraded plan. Are we moving slowly towards JIO monopoly??

I wanted to gift this to someone on birthday. You guys ruined it! @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio I didn't know Jio is so I professional. I'm never gonna use your service ever, and would recommend the same to my friends and family. No communication. Pathetic service
