    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    I once called @reliancejio to complain about slow internet in my area and their robot said- "We checked, the internet speed is slow in your area, we'll fix it in 3-4 MONTHS" That was 6 months ago btw, it's still **** and I switched to Airtel. Who are also **** btw.

    @JioCare Impossible to reach the call center agent They’ve deployed a voice bot which is good for nothing just like their service team They’ve all the time to call and take advance money for relocation but can’t call - #terribleservice
