@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare @reliancejio I have been a JioFiber customer since January. On March 11th my internet services went down. It wasn't fixed until March 26th. How a company your size can take more than 2 weeks to fix a problem in Chennai, I will never understand. (1/n)

@JioCare @reliancejio I also mailed them, and received absolutely no response at all. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic and embarassing. I am extremely disappointed and want my services cancelled. I will not continue patronizing a company that does not care. (4/n)

@reliancejio In the tatijhariya village of Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand, your network is zero for the last 6 months. People have to talk on their roofs and a lot of people are worried about this problem. please do something

@JioCare such pathetic service the network shuts down customer care told me , it will take 8 hours for the network to be restored. This is March end and all office work pending due to this bad network issue.
