  @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

  I didn't get signal I tried calling @reliancejio cstmr care consecutively for 5 times I opted for Tamil but they were speaking Hindi I asked to transfer d call but they aborted the call after putting it on hold all the time really frustrating Im planing to switch to @airtelindia

  @egalitarian23 @reliancejio Yeah that's the another way to look at it but boasting of speed is a nonsense. I too see people sometimes fighting over stupid thing as how much speed they get. The reality is even with 4K most don't need speed over 30 Mbps but heavy download addicts need it. Upload is concern.

  @reliancejio @JioCare The cellular network is just bad. Calls dropping and whenever I am calling it showing busy even though that person is right in front of me and has a 4 tower network. Something is really wrong.

  @JioCare worst customer care. They are calling me for past 3 days because my recharge ended 5 day ago. They are telling me that we will disband your sim then i told the sim will get disband after 90 days. But she is telling on 25 feb we will disband & recharge by evening today.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @getsimpl My transaction for 470.82 on myjio app transaction failed but money debited Worst App When anybody by chance forgot to pay 100 call when customer needed support then no support worst app.
