    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare @reliancejio i switched from prepaid to postpaid jiofiber connection. Booking done 3 days ago but not installed yet. Internet service is down since yesterday now and i am just chasing engineer and supervisor but no luck. Giving nonsense excuses, issue not resolved yet

    Most times I wonder did I do the right thing by sticking to #jio This was supposed to get sorted on 30th June ! Service Request Number SR00001BVIZL for your JioFiber appointment engineer is on 30-06-2022 : 16:30:00. @JioCare doesn’t Seem to care anymore !! @reliancejio

    @JioCare such apathetic service.I have asked to close the trial pack for jiofiber and the amount is not refunded since 3 months. Please check the records whe I have raised the disconnection request.Kindly do needful

    @JioCare His 1st visit was on 01-07-2022 10:00 AM. He was informed about issue same day at 5:00 PM but he didn't come. Since then I'm trying to connect with him. I believe I've shared enough details with you. Please resolve the issue.

    @JioCare i had problems in jio fibres connection since 5 days , i regularly complaint to jio cust. care no but they said everyday that Engineer will be coming within 24 hrs. But nobody comes last 5 days.I think i remove jio fibre connection for they had not responsible team .
