@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare Hi Team for cancellation of Order-NO0000N3KCFP,service request(SR 00001EBWS8) was raised on 03-Oct and timelines provided were 06-Oct-22 &now your team raised another request and new timelines 07-Oct-22. What is the reason to create duplicate or this is just to buy more time.

@JioCare What do you mean by "soon". I have been working from home and still working on mobile hotspot because your service is slow. Disgusting. Have been Jio user since 2017 but never encountered such incident before.

@JioCare Again the standard answer even after almost 36 hrs and 2 time engineer visit has not been fulfilled, and fiber customer support kiest keep on forwarding the issue on priority to the back end team. Really not so pleasant experience!! And this is hampering my work!!
