@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@JioCare i need solution my jio fiber was closed for 3 days please help i could not use at all for 3 days and if we do not recharge even for 1 day then you stop service when we don't use then you get 3 days more Please give 3 more days to my account

@JioCare Thanks, but still no one contacted me. it's getting really difficult to manage my work without internet. Please confirm this can be resolved or atleast i can switch to other service providers. I can afford more delay. Hope you understand.
