    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @JioCare We have never recived any resolution and our 2nd connection stopped working for last 24 hours .We had created ticket but no one turned up.

    @JioCare Even after 06.08.24 you are still unaware of my matter? All informations are available to you through DM, emails but you never see your DM or emails. On 11.02.25 your Habiba informed on X that my matter is resolved & since then I am asking that how it is resolved but no reply

    @JioCare Hello, i am here to raise a complaint regarding our jio air fiber connection which has been getting disconnected frequently. We need to remove all the connections keep it aside for sometime and connect again to get the internet back this is happening many times in a day.
