    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    I time to say Bye-Bye @JioCare . I complained abt the network in June. Jio said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? no more assurances.

    @JioCare The internet is down since morning and there is simply no way to connect with your executives on chat/call. The system has raised a ticket and visit is scheduled for 16th Aug. Are you guys serious? Or feel that the customers are at your whims and fancy

    @JioCare @jio_fiber JioFiber connection with JioFixedVoice Number +914035565499. This was cancelled and its been more than 14 days now. No one is replying to my emails sent to Jio fiber care and Jio Fiber customer care number IVR doesn't connect. Its so frustrating. Please help.

    @JioCare @JioCare Physical examination of your connection has nothing to check. Engineer will say as always all setup working well nothing to do. But this problem is in your DNS server side issue not in physical wire connection.

    @JioCare @JioCare Dipesh, since my money has already been invested for this connection, every day of delay is a loss for me. It is frustrating to pay upfront and not have active service. Can you please provide an exact timeframe for resolution? Order Ref: NO0001F0671M
