    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    Hi @JioCare , I am an old user of Jio fibre after which I opted for @Airtel_Presence fibre which disappointed me in terms of customer support. I tried to once again opt for jio but guess what? Your executive was supposed to schedule an appointment which didn't happen! Pathetic!

    I have Jio Airfibre at home but it always keep getting disconnected randomly at times. Its been 15 days now issue is not fixed. I'm switching to Airtel if this is not fixed asap. @jio_fiber @JioCare

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN What is happening with JioAirFiber? There has been no internet/Wi-Fi connectivity in my area for the last 2–3 days, and the issue is still unresolved. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a paid broadband service. Wifi no +91-5542357190

    @JioCare If the service was important enough to raise an SR, why was it put on hold without resolution? Please stop giving generic instructions and arrange a technician visit tonight and restore my JioFiber service urgently. #JioFiber #JioCare(2/2)

    Could TRAI please clarify why Airtel and Jio have increased their mobile tariff prices? We are paying more, but in my village, Jio 5G is still not available. If the prices are being increased, shouldn’t network coverage and service quality improve as well? @TRAI @reliancejio
