@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI since 15 days internet is not working properly I complaint 2-3 times in customer care they always told me it will resolve in within a 4 hours I am requesting you because I am cannot use my data properly and some place of kankar there network problem

@reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

@reliancejio very pathetic services of reliance jio. Even though I have postpaid number I am doing prepaid recharge on it. Because they were not able to attach any plan with it. Now they are not able to update my credit. I have raised complaint multiple times.

@JioCare Hi Team, no one has visited on 11th April to fix the issue. The customer service team has missed 3 slots for fiber network repair and 6 consecutive slots for Jio STB installation. @reliancejio

@JioCare Jio Fiber connectivity goes down every week here in Agartala. It is really difficult to continue WFH situation with Jio Fiber , as reliability is not there at all. For example: today it is Monday morning and connectivity is down again.

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio at my location jio network is not as per 4g speed i got speed like 15kb ..i dont think why i join to jio 4g is it a joke for 4g network. A new tower installed but not solve speed issue yet. I and my family mamebers left jio in upcoming time.

@Airtel_Presence this pretty much sucks though. we talk big about Digital India, but to not be able to remotely transfer a number from one person to another, providing all the necessary documents, is asking for improvements in the process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare hope you up your game.
