    @reliancejio @jiocare Network connectivity of Jio has become very poor drastically in last few months. My 4G is working poorer than 2G. Can't even browse properly let alone watching videos. I'm in the middle of city yet no good network. Everyone is fed up like me. Do something!

    @reliancejio Yesterday only I purchased a jio sim but fed up with the plans and services. Jio has given so affordable plans rates in 2016,2017 but now it is too much.Not at all satisfied and also issue with the network.3rd class plans and also call drops.

    It has been a month, I have not received my refund yet. I have called customer care 50 times this past month without any resolution. With such pathetic service, @Airtel_Presence downfall is not far. I have anyway switched to @reliancejio & they have been amazing.

    @JioCare I am a postpaid user , Currently In Saudi Arabia. but my local sim doesn't have any network. I am unable to do banking transactions, meanwhile my associates who have airtel don't have the same problem

    @JioCare - Pathetic experience . Internet is down since last 2 days.. Raised SR but team seems not bothered..They go on rescheduling appointments at their comfort…Wrote to customer care they seems more hopeless on giving time lines which never meet.. SR00001EYXQ1
