  @JioCare Such a pathetic service! I've been trying to cancel jiofibre connection since 15days with no resolution whatsoever. My account is being suspended temporarily and then services are resumed after an hour and i have to call and raise the request again. Such a disappointment

  @JioCare Mate i would love to have jio fiber connection in my house but you dont provide service in lucknow cantt even airtel don't provide service here. We have to take connection from BSNL, we serve in army but jio and airtel don't serve us. Internet connection here is very poor.

  @JioCare As per the SR, the issue will be resolved by 28th. This means I need to wait for an issue to get resolved from 4th (when I first raised the case) till 28th.. is this new normal?
