    @HathwayBrdband @JioCare @reliancejio I had been Harassed by your customer care. I had told I am not in Mumbai. But everyday they are calling me like useless. As if I am the only customer to them. Shame on Hathway’s and Jio is also useless System inspite of DND I’m getting calls.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had been complaining from past 1 year regarding the Sales call I had been receiving. As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

    @JioCare I am an emergency medical service provider and just for stating the obvious if any patient dies due to you negligence then @reliancejio is responsible for that death and the subsequent losses. We provide services to cardiac patients and elderly patients but @JioCare is absent.

    @JioCare I’ve reported this issue 4 times. Only JioHotstar doesn’t work on my Jio AirFiber, while every other app works fine. Tried all troubleshooting steps. Jio Customer Support is fooling us instead of fixing the issue. @JioHotstar @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm facing issue in my jio fibre connection for the last 7 days. Complaint number SR00002N033G. I raised a consumer forum complaint docket number: 9869500. Can't talk to customer executive. Instead of pasting the SOP response please talk to technicians involved.

    Your technician does not have knowledge of wiring the connection, 3 people visited for changing the wire but still problem is unsolved, kindly look into this, this 4th day, without JioFiber connection @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Customer should be paid in advance for service but refund is not issued even after 45 days I waited all these days without complaining

    @JioCare @reliancejio Took payment for Jio Fiber Order: NO0001EXMQD4 in 1 day. 6 days later = NO installation, NO call, NO reply. Now no one is even picking up the phone. Worst service! Please refund my money IMMEDIATELY. #JioFiber #CustomerService
