@HathwayBrdband @JioCare @reliancejio I had been Harassed by your customer care. I had told I am not in Mumbai. But everyday they are calling me like useless. As if I am the only customer to them. Shame on Hathway’s and Jio is also useless System inspite of DND I’m getting calls.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had been complaining from past 1 year regarding the Sales call I had been receiving. As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

@JioCare your network has suddenly disappeared in my area since yesterday 6pm for all Jio users(400066). Not receiving any phone calls or internet inside the house. Work is affected by this. Please give a timeline for resolution, WFH is not possible without phone.

@JioCare you are sending repeated text for feedback and when I try to share some, it never submits as it doesn’t want a negative feedback 🤔. Here’s my feedback: “Jio doesn’t support MMS and that is bad; moreover, in my area Jio has poor data speeds and no fiber”. Fix it plz!!

I have @reliancejio fiber but unable to send even text msg.Too slow internet speed. No benefit of C. care and mails to them. I am feeling forced to switch to @airtelindia. Jio convinced to get fiber for enhanced speed but now unable to text with 4G.

@reliancejio @sulabh_lamba Why is Jio network connection so poor and unresponsive ? I have got fake assurance for almost 2 years that you guys are working for improvement of the network and I wasted lots of money doing recharge for Jio . Time to switch to Vi @ViCustomerCare
