As I had registered for DND from past 1 year. But JIO had very bad third class customer support. No resolution uptill now. I had walked in the JIO stores but no use.

After review (@Dayman4hhh) reported@reliancejio @JioCare My wifi has been down for the third day now. service request was raised and technician didn’t even show up. escalated the issue yesterday and an appointment for this morning was set. Nobody showed up. Service automatically got rescheduled again.
