    @poteto @ChinuKabi there is a problem with @reliancejio. grok bot is not working when i connect my mac to jio hotspot or now the android app.

    @RashiBhandari14 @airtelindia @JioCare Same happening with me.. many times network drops to 4G.. it used to work fine a few months back

    I got worst experience with @reliancejio. My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

    ISSUE since 3 MONTH COMPLAINT RAISED 26 days back Kuch toh sharam karo Nikammo, @JioCare @reliancejio Ur network really sucks. Raised d complaint SRO0003DTOFP nothing improved. Y did u mark it as resolved? Wn u ll be resolving d issue? Say NO to JIO #unsatisfactory #annoying

    @JioCare What the irresponsible system u have to solve the issues,i should raise complaint and wait fews days to get back the connection,u simply reply with automated message no engineer available or no slots available,if u don't have sufficient engineers why r u providing service

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare @reliancejio Even getting the connection of air fiber is too tough and getting to talk with their customer representative is extremy impossible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio They cancel my complaint without any call and one of your employee is lying on call that your issue resolved without visit my home. Please look into this
