  @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst support, going to switch to another provider like airtel, youbroad or gtpl once my 6 months plan completes. No response it's been more than 10 days of my relocation request. And also charged me on top of my prepaid 6 months plan. Very bad!

  @JioCare In any case the connection should be cancelled and refund should be able to be processed. If not then they you collect money at starting itself and tag the device? It's clearly your mistake. Have DMd you, help in cancellation of the request and refund.(1/2)@jiocare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Booked SIM card online seeing your “fastest delivery” promise. It’s been 3 days & no update. Visited Vadakara branch in Kerala, but no clarity and waited long for clarity. Also no esim option while booking Is this really the “fastest service” you advertised?

  Every day, hundreds of @reliancejio users are forced to walk outside to get network coverage, complete their UPI payments, & return inside. This causes delays, long queues, and frustration for customers and staff. We have already emailed Jio but have not received any reply. (2/3)

  @reliancejio @JioCare My internet is not working since yesterday, the appointment got rescheduled from yesterday to today between 2 PM and 3 PM. It's already past 3, neither the issue is resolved nor is the technician answering the call. I'm reaching out to @nch1915 now
