@JioCare such a pathetic service just received a call from jio regarding my previous bill cause I had ported and the lady on the phone started shouting at me and the good part was I had no message earlier that my bill was pending or where should I pay it or how much should I pay

Its surprising that #Artificalntelligence as customer support technology is so bad and all the telecom, broadband companies have started using as default option. @JioCare is one such example, where i am trying to open a ticket for non functioning router and its not able to do so.
