The stores here are almost always overcrowded—perhaps because many users are facing network-related issues. All dues have been cleared. The number I want to convert was part of a family add-on plan, and any remaining dues on the primary account will also be cleared. Looking for a simple and hassle-free migration process. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
