    @JioCare shifted pre-paid connection from Airtel yesterday, i have 2GB per day plan. Now it is 12.16 in the midnight and not added 2GB to my account and jio connection is dead slow. This is pathetic, @airtelindia promptly used to add data at 00 hrs. @reliancejio is pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i am behind the customer care and the service technician for two days to relocate the router from a room to room. But no response from service technician from madipakkam-600091. Upset because of them

    @JioCare @iamatulkansal and @JioCare even after looping in the CEO of the company if the customer care does not respond quickly it speaks volumes about your low quality of services and how little you care about customer comfort!!!

    It's been a 15 days no engineer has visited the area if you are not able to provide service it's okk there are others who will provide better services @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup There is zero reliance on reliance group #5G #WiFi

    Hello Team Jio, yesterday i called your customer care staff and told him that i have not received my Refund even after 21 days from the date of deduction of money i.e. 14th July 2021, I was shocked to hear he is asking me to wait for another "21" Days. @Uppolice,@JioCare

    @JioCare first you guys gave free sim and service even without asking and now after paying also denying the package benefit for 2hrs without any early notice or information why data wont work for two hrs from 12am to 2am? Airtel is now much better @Airtel_Presence
