    Such a pathetic service from the start. I wanted to get Jioair fiber service, I logged the request yesterday, no one contacted me till now , basically no worried about new customer. It's been more than a day, nothing from Jio. This scares me more now @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare Residents of Bakhira Sant Kabir Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) have been facing a complete internet outage since 11:00 AM today. Mobile data is extremely not working at all. Kindly look into the issue and restore the service as soon as possible. #Jio #NetworkIssue

    Customer care seems to have misguided me, they said if I recharge international roaming plan ,I don't need to recharge domestic plan. But now jio app says "Please recharge before number gets disconnected??? @reliancejio

    @JioCare You charge extra for 5G, yet the coverage is only 4G; on top of paying premium charges, the network quality is terrible.
