    @JioCare @JioCare Day 11 and my #JioFiber is still down. Your engineer fixed it, but the connection failed again within an hour. Since 20 July, I’ve only received excuses and delays. Restore my service immediately and provide a refund/validity extension for the entire downtime.

    @JioCare Engineeer is saying he is not permitted to replace with new wire. He ask to take new connection or shift your connection? Is this tje service Jio offering? 3 days passed no broken wire replacement? Hopelss and pathetic experience.
