    @JioCare it's been 1 year since I recharged my jio number, I suspect it may be deactivated and given to another customer. But I want to know the number status as it was linked with government IDs and bank accounts

    @JioCare Thisis non sense. I have Jio AirFiber, not cable broadband connection. What local cable operators are you referring to? Please stop sending generic replies & review SR00003A0NZV properly. My complaint is that my AirFiber has been down since 2 July & no engineer has been assigned.

    What's ur problem @JioCare my wifi is not working from yesterday & after complaining multiple times you ppl haven't assigned me an engineer. My service id is 5223399315. Your assigned engineer is not picking up my calls & when I raised query again I saw no response.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio There is constant network issue and voice brake in phone call at my location. Complaint also lodged but no solution. Firstly, it is almost impossible to call to customer care due to complex IVR menu and after call pick by them, no response by them and no solution.

    Dear @JioCare, for months our area loses the entire Jio network whenever power goes out. No calls, no internet, and frequent call drops. Please fix this permanently. If not resolved, I'll escalate the matter to @TRAI and consumer authorities. #Jio
