    @_cpsharma @reliancejio @JioCare They will never come , I am telling you, jio fibre is the worst DTH service provider better you ask for refund , that also they will refuse, you can raise complaint with national consumer forum and switch to tata sky, bit expensive but far better service

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is unacceptable. My JioFiber has been down for 24+ hours. I raised a complaint, an engineer visited and confirmed it is an area-level outage. Since then, despite 10–15+ follow-ups, there has been NO restoration, NO engineer visit, NO meaningful update

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , did you even check the records and escalations that I made or just making false commitments for reimbursement. What records did you even check. I have made escalation here as well as on your customer care too but still you people say No delay?

    @reliancejio How many times will JioCare send the same acknowledgement without actually fixing the problem? I have repeatedly reported a serious JioFiber connectivity issue. Multiple websites/apps like Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, X etc. do NOT work on my JioFiber Wi-Fi,
