    Hello @JioCare , @reliancejio Frist your air fiber is pathetic. I have purchased ( ₹1063) the pack for 100 Mbps but I am getting speed 0.016 Mbps. And your jio air fiber have coverage issue for 5GHz and 2.5GHz this is a service request number - SR00003ER0CL.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber is down from last 7-8hrs. Your self diagnostic says everything is fine. But everything is not fine. Non of the devices at home are connecting to the internet. Pls look into it at a priority. Thank you.

    @JioCare Ur own MyJio diagnostics are showing Inside hme connectivity Service fault detected generated a new Connectivity Alarm.This confirms that there is an actual connectivity fault.Plz investigate n resolve it instead of closing my complaints without a proper technical visit.”
