@JioCare Late resolution is a form of harrasment and against basic consumer rights. As a prepaid user not getting services beyond 24 hrs. There must be a compensation in the form of plan validity extention.

@JioCare Calling was ok and internet was sometime working and sometimes not. My complain is about your executive explaining me that the data and call written is for a week not for a day. I got it for 7 days. My other friends using airtel service was very good. @airtelindia

@airtelindia sometime I fail to make my payment for postpaid number and you people start calling everyday with different numbers but atleast look at the service and quality of internet you are offering and why someone should pay 600-700 per month and @reliancejio is far better

@reliancejio @reliancejio internet services, u r one of the worst service provider. Raised a complaint yesterday 29 July 22 afternoon and the customer service guys have rescheduled of attending the complaint to 6th aug 22. Do u ppl have any sense in doing so. I want to switch back to Airtel.
