  @JioCare @reliancejio The mobile network signal and internet services in this area are actually always poor. Today, the network signal is almost unavailable, and mobile data is barely usable. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

  @JioCare @jio_fiber What do you expect customers to do—take leave from work and wait at home all day for a technician? My internet has already been down for over 24 hours, my Sunday was wasted, and now I’m expected to miss work too. Please arrange the visit after 6 PM provide a practical solution.

  @JioCare Is it going to take 10 days for such a small installation? You haven't even provided a support number where I can speak to someone. Your engineer doesn't answer calls. This has been a very disappointing experience with Jio. It feels like you only collect the payment

  Losing my patience with Jio Support. I think its time consider another internet service provider. @JioCare. I was assured that issue will be resolved by 08:17PM today & it is not resolved. Now i was told to wait 24hours.

  Hey @JioCare @reliancejio i booked an appointment for jio fiber installation but somehow after the initial payment you guys are not installing my connection neither you are allowing me to cancel the same. This is not done and really disappointed with this service

  @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio If a company takes payment for a service they fail to install or provide, and refuses to refund you, consumer courts in India can order a full refund, compensation for mental harassment, and litigation costs. If no refund i shall be filing a legal case now
