    @JioCare Correct. Nothing being done or you are not letting us know except saying we are working on the issue!! I don't think it takes 3+ months to put up another tower. It should be matter of week at the most!! If you can enable switched off tower, that is best. We had good coverage

    I have been using @reliancejio fiber from 3-4 months now, and i had to relocate it new address, the relocation with jio fiber, even after a week they didn't shift my connection after multiple escalations, and their technician has asked me to cancel and connection and get (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio On 30th my connection is migrated to postpaid I have paid 706 in advance and got a validity from first June to 30 June on 8th i got a all from Jio HQ not to cancel and finally 9th i got installation today they uninstall, fraud company

    Dear @JioCare ,@reliancejio I'm unable to use Mobile data while in a call. This is a big problem. Whenever i am on a call i have to cut the call to open a link or send a whatsapp message. I already complained to your customer care but no change in problem

    @JioCare pathetic service. One small issue is taking more than 2 weeks to resolve. Epected to receive resolution by 9th June but till now no update. Don't ask to share details in DM, let's have the discussion here so people can see you guys are doing nothing just giving fake hope

    Seems no one knows how to resolve issue @reliancejio. @JioCare has closed the ticket multiple times without resolving the issue which is been open since more than a month. Pathetic #CustomerService

    My mobile no. 9691070447 I am your customer of last 4 years, I had registered request for Jio broadband 1 month ago, but till today my connection has not been relocated to the new address. Please get my connection relocation done as soon as possible. @reliancejio @JioCare
