Over 2 days without internet has disrupted my work. Is this the level of service customers should expect? Who will compensate for this downtime?

Now it’s almost a year that I am chasing for this. Now I have to move to consumer court for the same so that I can get resolution for this in legal terms.

Vishal Agarwal is a new guy assigned, but he has not contacted me. Not fix the problem. This is so terrible and disgusting, no Customer Care, no service provision. I’m suffering badly.
