    Disgusted by @airtelindia & @Airtel_Presence treating costumers like their slaves. No intention to find out the problem or hear out what a customer had to say even after giving a contact number as they requested. No wonder other providers like @reliancejio is doing much better.

    When I raised the issue for refund, I was told that I can activate only one them. And once that is expired, I can activate other plan. Now the first plan is about to expire in few days. I am not able to see the other plan in my recharge section. @JioCare

    @reliancejio The condition of Jio network at my home is so poor that I can hardly download any image from whatsapp. I think it will be better If I switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare You worked on all service requests and closed then with having the issue open.. so @JioCare resolves service request as customer asked for it by leaving issue unresolved

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice However, @JioCare retention department is very prompt!!!! I'm getting constant calls from them and almost all agents are literally begging to give jio more chances! You need to understand if customers don't get proper service then they will leave you.
