@reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

@reliancejio I want to transfer ownership of jio fiber connection from my brother's name to my name. Customer care people told me to disconnect the existing connection and apply for a new one. For this I will have to pay the installation charges again which makes no sense. 1/n
