    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet is very very slow in my area,Even call is not connecting many time.If by luck it is connecting then voice is breaking.This issue is present from past 7 days.WFH is not possible with jio service provider. Area pin -845416

    @JioCare Reported issue resolved today morning. That issue may be related to ISP side. So, request to team kindly assured uninterested service during coming days. For now, you can close raised service request from your side. I hope I will not facing such kind of bad experience with Jio.

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Dear team, I reside in an area with pin code 762101, In my area there is very limited connectivity of the network and in spite of repeated complaints , no body is paying any heed to us . Many students and persons work in online mode.please help us

    @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g connection in Nabadwip, nadia is completely disgusting,even we can't do any work, OTT streaming etc, .. manage it, and solve this problem as soon as possible.
