Mohandoss T Kalathil (@Mohandosstk) reported@JioCare The engineers also don't bring proper equipment to check the fault and simply blame the voice service to be defunct. Running a diagnosis is not a big issue, which I even do myself. I need a resolution. Even the modem can be replaced and tried...but they don't do it.

This is the worst service I have ever received. I am definitely going to change my WiFi provider once my subscription ends.
