    @JioCare 4 days and no solution. What a pathetic service. Why is it taking more than 4 days to solve a basic problem. What am I supposed to do now? Permanently close the Jio account?

    @JioCare Never have I ever seen an IP service taking 24 hours to resolve 1 simple request. This is pathetic tbh & with this I need to reconsider my options. @airtelindia would serve me best I guess.

    @JioCare I have already booked slot as per my convenience and slot timings provided from you but the time has already been passed..it was scheduled for 10-11 AM today but no response has came from your side only rescheduling without informing me.. Resolved issue else I will cut connection

    Jio AirFiber has been down since last Wednesday. 20+ calls, multiple tickets and promises of resolution, but still no internet. This happens 2–3 times every month. Very poor service! @reliancejio
