    @JioCare Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    @JioCare Harshit, u see that issue has been escalated from last 3 months, I don't see. All these earliest resolved pep talk ain't sending refund in my account. I have been royally fooled that's for sure. If u r honest than in 1-2 days prove by transferring refund in my account.

    Our village has upto 1000 jio users we can't even make a phone call @JioCare @DoT_India please take necessary action in such unprofessional staffs, they directly denied to fix problem.

    @JioCare Despite numerous complaints over several years, no action has been taken. Additionally, the telecaller support executives consistently make false promises and provide misleading guidance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my fibre Internet is down since morning and I scheduled a request for 6-7 pm; the engineer still hasn’t come.. all my efforts to contact has been in vain, no option to contact the engineer as well AI doesn’t do the work that well, please get me human

    @JioCare SIM not yet delivered, if you are not interested, cancel porting request and refund full amount paid asap. Your services are very poor.
