    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent:Paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber on 7Aug (UPI Ref:621901080229,Order No:NO0001F2PNRO). Payment is deducted, but support claims no booking exists against my number. Kindly schedule installation immediately or process a full refund ASAP. DM for details.

    But their #AI is well trained to cut off your #services if the bill is paid a minute late to cut off the connection. But #customer experience is the last thing they have even looked at taking care of. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre

    @JioCare However, after I raised the issue, Jio checked my account and confirmed that I had recently made a successful payment. Jio then raised service request SR00003EMHJZ to restore my existing service. 2/4

    @reliancejio I just had a conference call with Naveen Kaushik and the engineer, Shubham. The engineer has refused to come. Please take immediate action and resolve my problem.

    @JioCare Just check your chats and see the number of opportunities that have been allowed to no ownership or resolve. It has just be illicit one way communication with no urgency of getting the customer issues resolve... How many more times do I need to do this
