@JioCare Hi, thia is regarding my jio fiber connection and false commitment given by 3 of your customer care executives. Yesterday noon onwards i dnt have internet ,for which i called your customer care dept. And got the info that today before 10 am it will get resolved.

@reliancejio: We got jiofiber connection in our building for 5 flats a month back and within 40 days the connection is out and we have complained but the resolution is being rescheduled every day! This is not the kind of customer service we expect. Location is : Bankura, WB
