    I am from 713409. At home, Jio network is very poor—call drops, unclear voice, almost no internet. BSNL works better in the same location. At workplace (733134), Jio 5G works well Facing this since 2018 with no resolution Kindly take action. 9239000163 @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare, I’m facing a major billing issue with my Jio AirFiber. I paid ₹706 for my pending bill AND ₹1060 to upgrade to the 100 Mbps plan (Total ₹1700+). I also redeemed a ₹300 voucher. Despite all, my plan is still showing 30 Mbps and no benefits are reflected.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio air fibre 01723159193 is facing technical issues since last 10 days but no one bothered to care, moreover the customer support is feeling sorry but not providing a solution.. Pathetic service.. Going to switch to other service provider, being cheated.
