@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani How one can identify only Adhar Card as proof, while we have many of other govrn documents. I requested to reissue my JIO card and found No one had clear understanding of required documents. Pathetic Service ever.

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani - facing lots of issues for calls through jio. Most of the calls are either getting dropped/ also when someone calls unable to hear them. Kindly resolve this issue before you start losing customers
