    @JioCare Worst service. Worst customer care support. If you are unable to privide the service than why you are installing jio fibre connection.If you are not capable just stop making public fool.

    Mera Area Mei na 4g network 🛜 chlta h sahi se yaha tak ki simple call 🤙 tak bhi sahi se nhi ho paati h network ki bhaut issue h koi bhi company ka nhi chlta h Therefore, please fix it as soon as possible. If a new tower is installed, be it of any company @reliancejio

    @JioCare This level of service is extremely disappointing. My office work and daily activities are badly affected because of this continuous outage. Customers deserve better support and timely resolution.

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)

    @JioCare Already you guys gave the confirmation that my order is cancelled then why voucher. Pls refund me the money to my source account and stop scamming people. I want to cancel the order and want a refund to my source account. to all the people out there, beware from jio fibre scam.
