    @JioCare , I don't know why customer support is so lazy. They reply to DM after 10-12 hours. Pathetic service. Plus Jio care is full of liars. I did file one complaint with them and i got different answers from each customer care representative. Liars.#pathetic.

    @JioCare Your senior will not ask you why you have forwarded without knowing issue? Are you think that they are paying to you to just forward? Do you think that your seniors are more intelligent or knowledge? If no then you are right and if yes you are wrong. What is the status ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I am getting worst service from Jio. Wifi router takes hours to restart. Internet gets disconnected in between and needs router restart. Don't have customer line to support. Troubleshoot and chat options are pathetic.

    @JioCare red flashing light on router for #JioFiber. Mobile number associated with account is from my company, not me personally. Can't use automated assist services to resolve. Can share address - need internet fixed ASAP. Help appreciated.

    @JioCare kindly inform me what the issue is ? Why is my number being terminated? 95426-00000. There is no explanation, no message, no email regarding the same. It just stops all of a sudden and it is the third time it is happening. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Today any issue in International roaming in Hong Kong. no network, all of sudden stopped. Same happened with all of my friends who us using JIO
