@mynameisbhat This kept on happening with me all the time! The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port yours to @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio internet not working since the past 4 days, every time cc on chat or call give false promises of res within 4 hrs and nothing. Was supposed to get a technician visit today 6-8pm conveniently changed without informing and cc ppl put you on a never ending hold

I never saw a Company which threatens me to give a cancelation request after complaining about the Internet issue, I request all not to buy this because if you raise any complaint your family might not be safe by the calls you get from them. @JioCare

@reliancejio Y'all keep sending hundreds of texts as reminders for recharge, a week before the recharge comes to an end but can't provide proper network coverage, neither have advisors to reply to your queries. The whole day I've been struggling with your 2g network speeds.
