    @JioCare Ma'am, it's been almost 15 days since my last complaint, but my issue is still unresolved. I have been following up for the last 2 months with no resolution. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @gkd123in @JioCare We have to ocoured same issue. I raised higher complaint many times but district level officer refused to solution. He said , we are unable to process 5G connectivity in your area. Also 5 -7 village atleast 4G connectivity are not available, almost 4800 jio users. Result 0

    @JioCare I had issue, Field service person came and took my good device replaced with refurbished device since they only had such device. Later found issue for which person replaced device was regional hub of jiofiber's issue. So i had no. 2 rating device wasn't my fault. 2/3

    @JioCare @JioCare today is also wasted and didn’t got any resolution from my issue. I already told your employee who called that your system cancels the request in the end and still she told to wait it will get resolved today. But at the end it was the same. When will i get solution?

    My JioFiber has been down for 6+ days. SR00003AF4MZ. The assigned engineer keeps rescheduling instead of fixing the issue. My work is severely affected & this is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately or I'll escalate this to the consumer & telecom authorities #JioFiber @JioCare
