@JioCare broadband is down for 48hours. Lodged complaint, no solution. We are facing this issue every week. WFH is impacted both us. All in all it seems like Jio is just interested in recharge& not retention. U call 5times in a day to recharge & 0 to fix the issue. @jiocare

@Airtel_Presence, Even after 7 days, I don't have network, unable to make/receive any calls, unable to receive any OTPs. You've lost a 12 year old customer. @JioCare, I have dropped a request to port my number. Huge expectations from you. Already a happy customer of JioFiber.
