    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, my internet is down for the last 3 days. Despite a router replacement, the connection is still buffering constantly. I didn't get any solution till now, poor wifi and service. Please fix this permanently!#JioFiber #JioDown

    @JioCare The 5g network at my location is pathetic. It barely works like 4g. I can't do a basic video call to my family. Tell me what is the definition of 5g and the speed I can expect. Your myjio app says enjoy 5g issue resolved. And by what standards you charge that much

    @JioCare Please provide tentative date because i didn’t get any call or request no yet. And 1800 896 9999 not working for me it just says “you’re cancellation request completed thank you calling to jio have good day”

    @JioCare Funny how every “resolution timeline” you give just expires without any actual resolution. Since 11th April, it’s the same story-empty promises and zero accountability. If you can’t fix the issue within your own deadlines, what exactly is the point of raising a service request?

    Hi @JioCare @JioPaymentsBank, your helpline 1800 890 7070 has only IVR/virtual assistant and no option to talk to a human agent. I am facing repeated transaction failures (error RE068) and can’t get any real support. Please provide a way to connect to a live agent and resolve.

    @JioCare Booked a port to Jio via online mode, completed payment & self KYC on 18 April. It’s 23 April now no update on delivery. Tried calling support multiple times, but it’s just endless "please wait" followed by disconnections or vague assurances. Really disappointing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber installation has been put on hold without my request. This is incorrect and is causing unnecessary delay. Please remove the hold and arrange installation at the earliest, preferably today. Kindly address this issue urgently.
