    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup still stb not installed, suffering since 22nd july, on 26th 2 people came with stb, installed and then took it back stating that they are facing some issue installing, it was working fine, complaint status got resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence I have 2 airtel numbers going to port to #VI or @reliancejio after suspension of #49 plan .. This is a very bad move kindly take it back.

    Today I called @JioCare and asked the customer care executive to transfer the call to the senior and he replied that they are taught not to transfer the calls to the senior. Is this the etiquette @reliancejio is providing to its employees?? Very disrespectful 😠🤬

    @airtelindia Worst company never solve issue .... An Org who can't provide good internet speed in DELHI NCR Region .... forget about the whole country.. @reliancejio 1.5 month s complain karte karte pls port my all 3 postpaid no to jio...at least you people provide good internet speed

    @JioCare I recharged for 98 and still have miserable speed for no reason.I can't reach a customer support executive no matter what. Do you even have real people working for you ?!!

    @JioCare I have activated OTT subscription voucher but still the apps are not working and when tried to contact customer support the executive didn't said it will not work and disconnected the call.....extremely Pathetic customer support
