    @reliancejio @JioCare If you have not sufficient resource to resolve the query then why you not shut down the service. I am taking follow up from last 4 days there is no anyone to resolve the issue.

    It's a really bad internet provide from @reliancejio @JioCare . In our area Jaynagar (847226) madhubani district. I ported my number from voda to Jio but Expection becomes Zero.

    @reliancejio many of telicom derpartment providing internet service and they always solve our problems and they never says that the number of customers using internet service at same time so, you face the bufring but you @reliancejio you says this word alway since 3 yr
