    One of the worst decision of my life to switch to airtel from jio, no internet at all nor 5G nor 4G works at my house, even a single video buffers, @TRAI should have a condition where i can revert back to old network earlier then 3 months of waiting @airtelindia @JioCare ..

    @JioCare The engineer visit has been rescheduled 2–3 times every single day. Each time the scheduled slot passes, the app simply assigns a new visit time instead of resolving the issue. This endless cycle of delays is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Please re-read my tweet. The issue isn't that the team didn't reach—the issue is that they brought used, unsealed equipment from another site and refused fresh stock. ​I need a brand-new, factory-sealed kit for installation under Order ID NO0001ETAJOY.

    @JioCare I can't share the broken cable. Your engineers were visited several times but they could do nothing. And said they cannot repair it, it needs spacialist of cable. So I know it well as I collapsed my payment during not running period of fiber so would be again.

    I’ve called customer care 6 times, but no one has provided a resolution. Every time I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was kept on hold for several minutes and then the call was disconnected. Is this the customer service expected from Jio? @JioCare @reliancejio
