    @reliancejio @JioCare Taking payment in advanced and not providing service in time is highly irresponsible behaviour. I have ordered a prepaid SIM card on 11th June but it’s still not delivered. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber. As a 100 Mbps subscriber, I'm getting only 10–20 Mbps every day for the last 10–12 days. Daily complaints get the same response: "outage" and a new timeline, but no actual fix. Paying for 100 Mbps regularly.

    @JioCare @Sanju_nema Worst services by jio… no resolve in time @jagograhakjago please see to it.. They also charge for the days there is disruption. Every time new network is installed in the area they mess up with existing connections.
