hi @JioCare i am not able to connect to jio customer care there is no network in my area for 2 days still now total cross showing happening on network please correct network soon otherwise i will have to port to other provider

Since couple of days we facing network issue in our area. Tried reaching out to @JioCare but for that we need network connectivity. Unable to call anyone, calls getting failed. We have reported this issue multiple times but no work done yet.

If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber team is Worst team I never seen, they don't respond 2 ur complaints, they don't give service properly and don't respond to your complaints immediately, And primarily the behaviour of reliance staff is worst compared to all other institutions....
