    @JioCare Because some guy who he called didn't allow it as according to him router was working fine. Now he left saying it's an issue on the backend and there's nothing more he can do. While I am left with a speed of 3 MBPS whereas I paid for 30.

    @JioCare How is that going to be of any used cause your engineer has already told me that “the issue is on the backend, and he has done everything he could." Secondly it's been 10 days since I've been complaining don't you think I should be compensated for these lost days.

    Exposing @JioCare . Have been constant reaching out to the support team and no response. They will first start with generic solutions like restart your router, reset your router etc thinking all consumer are illiterate and idiots.
