    @reliancejio @JioCare Not able to access (very poor speed )internet with Jiofi since last one week. Tried multiple times Jio Care option to register the complaint but after troubleshooting session it couldn't connect me with customer care executive, pls do the needful.

    @JioCare I already have a jio sim but internet speed is slow at times and after 10pm everyday speed reduces even if my data is left. So, first try to improve your services @JioCare @jio. I am thinking of porting to airtel

    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😡😡

    Dear @reliancejio , since last 10 days jio has been a very bad service in my area. Network comes & goes. What shall i do w/ this type of network? If i start 2 do something important; it goes nill. Keep d 5G aside, meanwhile plz work properly on 4g coverage. Its a urgent request.
