    @DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😡😡

    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    Horrible customer service @reliancejio made a erroneous annual recharge for smaller amount but one day later realized it does not give live tv options.. now I am told there is no process to revert the money or change to the new plan despite me wanting a higher monthly plan !
