Hello @reliancejio, Our area isn't submerged in floods at all, neither are our near abouts. It's been 10days now, Jio service is disgusting as hell, can't even surf properly, the speed is similar to 0.00KB/s. As you can't provide service, should we port to other network? @JioCare

Dear @ViCustomerCare, If my problem is not resolved within 24 to 48 hrs, then I have only one option - port my no to @reliancejio @JioCare, beacuse they really have best customer service at present!
