    @DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😡😡

    @JioCare very poor internet connectivity in the area. No response even after filing complains over the course of time. Address : bargadia Ghat road fatehgarh.

    Dear All After installation I did not receive any good experience of jio gigafibre however in night or day during confrence it shows reconnecting I think worst thing is this it's only irritate during conference I am a doctor Pls support @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_gigafiber

    @reliancejio shows full network but internet not working properly....Some time it gives good server and some time it becomes poor.... Due to server problem I m getting too irritate .So plz resolve this issues @JioCare

    @JioCare I already have a jio sim but internet speed is slow at times and after 10pm everyday speed reduces even if my data is left. So, first try to improve your services @JioCare @jio. I am thinking of porting to airtel

    @JioCare Where no problem solved. 15 minutes on bla bla of nonsense by customer support. After that no action taken for customer issue. Buffering issue in spite of 100 mbps speed.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Received my AirFiber bill. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan & usually pay ~₹1K, but this time I’ve been charged 2053. Support mentioned OTT charges, but I am not using any JioFiber OTT set-top box or OTT services. Please review this incorrect billing and resolve ASAP.
