@DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😡😡

Dear All After installation I did not receive any good experience of jio gigafibre however in night or day during confrence it shows reconnecting I think worst thing is this it's only irritate during conference I am a doctor Pls support @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_gigafiber

@JioCare I already have a jio sim but internet speed is slow at times and after 10pm everyday speed reduces even if my data is left. So, first try to improve your services @JioCare @jio. I am thinking of porting to airtel

@reliancejio WORST every service from so called @reliancejio. The 4G speed is in kbps you are planning for 5G. Shame on you for providing such worst services. I wasted 3K rupees by recharging with an annual plan. I want to withdraw the recharge and refund.

@JioCare Contact Number is 9916404249 Issue is excess billing, which i tried to clarify with 7 different Cust Ex last week but no one was able to clarify. Yesterday, i was told that there os nothing due Nd now, connection is suspended due to non payment of that extra part of bill.
