@JioCare I already have a jio sim but internet speed is slow at times and after 10pm everyday speed reduces even if my data is left. So, first try to improve your services @JioCare @jio. I am thinking of porting to airtel

@DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😡😡

@reliancejio We hardly get assistance from @JioCare . I hv reported them long back that ur services in Village -Shivlahiya P.O. Campierganj Dist. Gorakhpur ( UP) has lost its efficacy due to very slow internet speed . It is universal phenomenon in my village .

Without Internet access I am getting the message from #Jio your 100% data quota has been reached. Data limi 2gb per day. Yesterday I did called 2 times jio help care but they don't provide any solution. Nadeem refused to file the complainant and was arguing. @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare wife switched to jio for better connectivity. Jio has poorest network in locality & degrading day by day, we hardly get one bar. Let alone internet, calling is proving herculean task. Please address this issue at the earliest. - Frustrated customer.
