@JioCare network is very bad in my area even not able to play youtube . Even nit getting 5kbps speed very bad jaipur is metro city doesn't deserve this services my whole family give more then 3000 in month to jio but not getting satisfaction

Worst issue handling @JioCare @reliancejio I have ever seen. Complaint made on Last Sunday with no. SR0000137JII for JioFiber for Connection-+911417963695 and receiving message for rescheduling for Engineer visit but no resolution..Really irritating

Airtel literally starts calling you day and night if you tweet you wish to Port your number from @airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @reliancejio but that's only to waste more of your time & do nothing about the issue. Again am expecting calls from them but I am not wasting my time.

@JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.
