@reliancejio at least bring 49/- plan back for poor farmers of different parts of country where you have provided JioPhone. They only need calling plan no data required, not much IUC minutes required.

@JioCare I have jionet in my building which I access through wifi using aka. however, it works only with 2 gb daily data limit. Beyond that, it doesn't work despite having data voucher of 6gb. And I have to resort to cellular 4g data which is somewhat slower. Please see into it

@TejinderSsodhi @JioCare I asked Jio Fiber for the close my connection but they are least bothered about customer. When it was new connection they were standing right after my house door and when I asked them the closure they are not ready to give security back and close my Jio Fiber account.

@JioCare It’s 18:41 pm and Jio technicians have not reached. To avoid customers, this guy, Mangesh has switched off his phone. Looks like, management of Jio is simply spineless! This guy started from Jio service centre 2 weeks ago and has not been able to travel 5 kms in 14 days

@JioCare jio has started looting us, I did recharge of 121 on 30th march and it is lapsed inspite of it should qued after existing 121 plan. Solve this issue and return the amount and stop this type of loot. I have sent direct msg on ur reliancejio also but no reply
