    @JioCare @reliancejio dear team one your engineer has removed or deactivated my set top box wire. I have called several times to resolves this issue but he is asking to 10-15 days at-least to solve. I have recharged today morning and my recharge is for 15 days is lapsed. #help

    @JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Are you planning to compensate for downtime? My services are totally down from 3rd March, 2023 and I have reminded too many times to resolve it but nothing happened except false commitments (see recent tweets). Now planning to approach consumer forum.

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

    @JioCare : New Jio SIM isn't getting activated, SR No. SR000037CKFF was raised for the issue- new SIM which you couldn't activate in good 7 days. How much time you need to activate anew sim-seems a week isn't enough? Should I try another service provider- they can do it in 1 day?

    Dear @JioCare, Since this afternoon, the Jio internet service has been extremely slow in Bhimpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Only 2 signal bars are showing out of 5 bars, resulting in poor net connectivity, frequent interruptions. Affected Jio No's 9437525041, 9861229449, 9337197434

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Paid my bill. Subscription shows ACTIVE in MyJio, but JioHotstar says I have no subscription and asks me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar. Hotstar blames Jio. Multiple complaints, zero solution. Pathetic customer service.
