    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals I had jio postpaid which I ported to another network due to network issue.. I had paid 1500 additional amont on my bill for Amazon Prime.. But when I ported my network.. You also stopped my prime for which I had paid an additional amount.. Tbc..

    @reliancejio @JioCare Agent nonsense talk. I recvd a call from Jio agent to port (i app. for postpd port online). Since i am not at home i asked him to call tommw mrg. This small thing he didn't understand and forcing to provide him OTP and rude talks. Pls chk Agent 9694867881

    @JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare I had paid Rs 8072 for Jio Fiber on 6th August 2020. Today even after installing half-incomplete, internet and jio tv still not started. can you help? Is this the way to welcome your new customers? This is all very sad.

    @JioCare Hope we have been able to provide you with a resolution on service request SR0000178KDA For above complaint neither any technician visited nor problem solved and complaint closed by self very unsatisfied and unprofessional approach by such a big company.

If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber service request (SR00002MBBUO) was cancelled without any engineer visit. My internet faces daily network congestion after 6 PM and the issue is still unresolved. Please arrange an engineer visit urgently.

    @JioCare really what a wonderful experience you are providing. Wow I can't imagine what different experience would have been given. if this was a monthly billed customer. You are just taking a customer for granted who has already paid in advance.
