    @JioCare I had paid Rs 8072 for Jio Fiber on 6th August 2020. Today even after installing half-incomplete, internet and jio tv still not started. can you help? Is this the way to welcome your new customers? This is all very sad.

    Today upon calling the @JioCare customer care again for the same issue they said it will take 3-4 days more for the engineer to visit to which i told them that if the visit is not made in 3-4 days i will move to the consumer court. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

    @JioCare Wi-Fi is not working properly from day 1 and your worker also didn’t activated guide us properly how to set it. Please resolve this problem asap.

    Your engineer came after so many follow up at 4:00 PM. and don't know what he did but internet started working. But since today morning it is not working again. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio (2/3)

    @GuptaShradha29 @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber I too am facing the same issue in Jaipur, even after arranging a call from a friend who is registered fiber customer the customer care was no help instead they cut the call in middle.

    We have to appear in some online exam and my brother is working from home and due to irresponsible behavior of such prestige company, we are to suffer alot. Please take this matter on priority as this is the matter of service deficiency. @reliancejio @JioCare (3/3)

    @JioCare I am facing problem 2ith my JIO FIBRE connection since yesterday. I have tried to contact by every available mean but nobody is there to respond Pathetic service. Don,'t ask me to DM the message as the same was sent yesterday, today.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear team one your engineer has removed or deactivated my set top box wire. I have called several times to resolves this issue but he is asking to 10-15 days at-least to solve. I have recharged today morning and my recharge is for 15 days is lapsed. #help

    @JioCare Hello I’m a customer of reliance, almost 10 days ago I bought 10 mobile phones with jio exclusive plans,the store told me about the unlocking plan that i will get 999rs on each phone via upi all process had done,but still I didn’t get my money,reliance making fool..

    @JioCare @amazonIN I have paid 1500 rs annual fees for Prime renewal however my prime membership got stopped as soon as I ported my phone... Jio is saying Amazon will help and your call centre are saying Jio will help @consumerforum_ plz help my rights are being exploited

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

    @Airtel_Presence Just got 2 know wires have been cut down & 2 restore them back, will take 1-2 day atleast. Now d ? arises, when d companies r facing these type of regular cuts & d area also get shabby with wires hanging around in street ! y don't use underground connections like PNG! @JioCare

    @reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he won’t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.

    Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_internet speed is extremely slow, and network connectivity has been very poor for a long time. We are paying for 5G services but not receiving the quality promised. Kindly look into the issue and improve the network in Rajgarh as soon as possible.
