@JioCare The jio customer care representative has clearly stated that the recharge on which they are reporting is not the mobile number of Rajasthan jio. Number 91 in Rajasthan does not start. The correct mobile number is #9887878787. Request a refund immediately.

@JioCare What **** is this,when delayed ? We notice from our records that bill payments for your Jio Number 9971792535 have been delayed in the past resulting in overdue charges. To avoid overdue charges or suspension of services, kindly make your bill payment before 12-03-2021 .

Hi @JioCare I registered a complaint to resolved my problem,not to bother. why you leaked my no., I am getting so many fraud calls. Everyone asking to visit home to check the connection. Please do it fast and resolve it asap, getting trouble since yesterday. #fiber #jiofiber

Going by the replies and my checks seems like there is a JioFiber outage in Delhi-NCR. Seems like SEV1 issue. @reliancejio @JioCare Please atleast inform users that how much time it will take to fix if you can't take call. Even companies like Excitel does that.
