@JioCare Service request raised for service down as engineer came to fix something and disturbed existing connection. When called customer care was told that engineer availability is tomorrow morning. So i am left without connection for no fault of mine. Sr request: SR00001183ZS

@JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

So it all started with an bad network from @airtelindia at my place for with I raised a complaint as well as opted for porting for other network which is @reliancejio . A guy from airtel customer care called and said sir give us 48hrs to check on it and I will revert back but

@JioCare Such a pathetic service by JIO fiber. Today is third consecutive day we have no internet. Feeling like we are staying in remote area though we are part of metropolitan city Mumbai. In the name of restoration, 3rd day without internet. This shows you have poor engineers.

@JioMart @reliancejio Finally I tried on the website again but making payment via MyJio UPI and thankfully the order got placed. After so many months wth this random issue, now I know that the issue is with JioMart servers not processing orders for payments being made using some credit cards or any.😒
