    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    @JioCare am tired of complaining regarding network issues at my location. Customer care people just disconnect the call half way. I haven't come across such a poor customer service ever. Please suggest how much time will it take to port to @vodafone

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.
