    @reliancejio Is the pathetic in terms of customer care..and executive are like bunch of illiterate grp.. From last week I called several time to resolve the issue..but there 24 hr never come, and it's seems my worst decision to port from Airtel to Jio..

    Such a bad experience with jio networking so upset.@reliancejio It has Poor internet connection in sion area. This networks even can't play videos on youtube if u increase quality from 240p to 360p its buffering. Please try to improve your network i wasn't expecting this from jio

    @Airtel_Presence I have registered a complaint for weak internet speed Reference no 90746933. My location is attached. Complaint was registered on 28 July , they told me to resolve issue within 4 days. Now thinking about switching to @JioCare. Monthly bill 1000Rs.@rsprasad .

    @reliancejio I'm facing poor internet speed. Already told Jio chat 10 days ago, no improvement. Called 18008899999 call is disconnected by executive while continuing discussion. I have recording of call. It's totally pathetic!

    @reliancejio @JioCare with me my entire #family is not satisfied with the service. Time to take a decision. #Jio4G is all scam. Only in premium location like #Mumbai airport or 5 star hotel I am getting good speed. Nahi to always thakela.

    @reliancejio I am facing issue of internet speed from April 01, same conveyed to Jio chat, no update till now. Tried to call customer care, asked 10 questions to me, replied calmly, suddenly during call customer care disconnected connection. No one is booking my complaint!! Jio👎

    Sadly, @VodafoneIN is going @reliancejio way in my area. It takes 2-3 hours of power outage and their signal is gone. No support, no solution. Only fake promises and robot replies. @airtelindia keeping it alive. Thankfully. #MumbaiRains

    I'm unable to work without the internet. Our JioFiber expires on the Aug 8th. How am I suppose to recover the loss for not having access to JioFiber for the remaining days before I recharge it. This is causing major inconvenience. Please help! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Y r u hell bent on asking my address and bio data? I'm already a jio user, satisfied 50% of what @Airtel_Presence is, well airtel is not even a tsp anymore its a hair cutting salon rather but u need to improve ur data speeds too, calling is super i must agree but data is way slow

    A person named Asif Siddiqi contacted me as jio representative and asked me to change my existing jio plan from 699 to 999 and took Rs 2500 from me. Now he is not picking my phone. My existing jio Landline no is 79699678 and regd mobile no is 9810221342. Kindly help @reliancejio

    Earlier the customer rep mentioned that it'll take 48hours. After 48 hours I followed up and they said 24 hours. And after 24 hours they are saying 7 days. There is no proper response. All you need to do is send an engineer to the address I provided. @reliancejio @JioCare
