    @JioCare it's been observed that whenever load shedding is done in our area(Khanda Colony, New Panvel West-410206) . Jio network also goes down. Dont the towers are having Power backup?? causing lots of problem-all are dependent on network in this pandemic for office and school

    @reliancejio @JioCare why do u say tht the first month is complimentary for all new connections and post the payment send me an invoice saying that the refund for the device is 500 n monthly internet is 1000 & I will get this full refund only if I cancel the plan in first month

    @haimadeshpande @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio 100 Rs per month main itna hi milega !! Issue is not JIO or Vodafone issue is unrealistic rate.. ppls buy 50K iphone but want 100 Rs per month plan.. I am not saying for you but in general I have seen ppls even not ready to pay 50 rs per month extra & buy new phone every year..

    @reliancejio network down in the area (400005) for more than 2 weeks now. Unable to make calls, no internet. Filed a complaint about a week back with @JioCare. Not fixed yet.

    @JioCare Complaint no SR000011ZCTM still not attended to .. Apparently there is a fibre cut and it was supposed to be rectified by 6.30 pm yesterday. That commitment was given by ur technical support.... Pathetic service ... No high level persons in ur company answerable is it ?

    Hey @reliancejio since morning I am not able to connect my Internet (Mobile Date as well as JioFi). It's showing LTE symbol but nothing happening in background. I am tweeting this with @VodafoneIN network.

    @JioCare Are you looking into customer issues. I raised many complaints. But none of them resolved. Jio was the best network. But it became worst network. Not sure when it fails. Purely abnormal behaviour of network. Do you want me change the network.
