    @JioCare Mr. Sagar Deshmukh's number is +91 88798 88281, he did speak to me but only after me escalating through Twitter and raising a fresh service request but he was remorseless for his conduct. I have been without internet for almost 2 days, thanks to speedy services by Jio.

    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    @msn1906 Waiting 15 days for basic voice connectivity even after paying for a “Priority” plan completely defeats the purpose of premium service 😬 If work is getting impacted this badly, it might honestly be worth considering @JioCare instead.
