    @reliancejio reliance Jio hotspot is a cheating device. In the very beginning, reliance claimed that it will support to 23/32 devices but I am sorry to say that it does not support even one device. On complaint C care did not take complaint due to their network expansion in India

    Whole Kharghar is suffering with same issue. Please don't ask to go to mobile service center to show it. @JioCare @DoT_India - need your interference to get the expedited resolution.

    @JioCare Hi guys, I am trying to reach to customer care help at 1800-896-9999&1860-893-3333 ... Everytime it says to wait for being connected to advisor but nobody picks call for help. I’d taken d Internet connection of Jio on the mobile no. 9029220102 but nw I wnt to disconnect

    @JioTalks ,@reliancejio I had shared my location on this location your network is very weak and every day your network cut-off at day time please do something for this area people otherwise we will switch to another network you have a month if you won't do network update

    @JioCare @JioCare U don't serious about ur service. I complaining from more than 6 months but ur answer is " We are Expanding Our Network " but I didn't received good network in my home area and the work area. I wasted my money in in Jio.

    @JioCare I was talking to one of your customer care representative, even then was unable to talk to them properly. Call doesn't drop however voice is not audiable.

    My Jio number isn’t showing full network. I have tried airplane mode too but it isn’t working. Current location is Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. @reliancejio @RelJio4g @JioCare please help.

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Not even 1 point net runs in my house. Even the net is not running to see WhatsApp's DP. It has been over 1 year. So far, the internet problem has not been solved here. It was supposed to be solved in 90 days but still runs worse than net 2G.

    @reliancejio @JioCare plz improve ur network at Karanjade in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. Jio connectivity is so pathetic that unable make calls/use internet here. Requesting u to plz look into this matter n resolve it asap else we will be forced to port our numbers to other cellulars.

    I dont know whats the issue or whats with the congestion and all. All i want is enough speed so that i can play youtube in atleast 240p. Although i am paying for 4g but that little i can bear and i hope this tweet will get posted. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The engineer didn't reach. On calling customer care, the same tape recorder scripted assurance is being given without any timelines. The issue still persists harrassing the customer in the end. What kind of support is this @JioCare

    Chennai - past few days Jio network works very poor. Its not even working at 2g speed but swallowed the amount for 4g services. Let's move away from Jio services.And, no use of customer Supports.Absolute junk. @JioCare @reliancejio
