    @Rosh64079638 @JioCare Better surrender the connection and get a connection from the other good service providers. I already raised a surrender request. Even that is also not getting processed.

    @JioCare It's been almost two week when I applied for jio fiber. I've done my payment on 25th Dec,and till now I'm calling my appointed engineer, he's not even replying. @reliancejio your service is forcing me to change myself on @airtelindia

    @JioCare My jio fiber isn't working, red light is blinking on the router. I think there may be an issue with the wire. How can i ask lineman to visit and repair the connection?

    @JioCare @jiofiber Sir i had single band router as i had old connection your customer executive told to have plan more than 100mbps plan now i had activated 150mbps plan now they said to activate 1499 pack. Why should i activate another plan. Please upgrade my router to dual band
