Paid 2500 for jiofiber in trial period, after 20 days uninstalled and surrendered device with good condition, this confirmed by agent and customer care, They paid 1750, and they are saying device helath condition not good and deducted half of money @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team JioFiber I've a Jio Fiber Connection Since 2019 in Kanpur and which is not working from 11th of August and even from last 4 months I phase regular issues with this last time I'VE raised a Service Request "SR00001CUKH3" which is not getting resolved.

@JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Hello All, this is in reference to the refund request which was from my end to Jio as they are not able to service in the area i requested . leave about service quality there is no service and i don't think you guys will not be fixing this anytime soon
