    @reliancejio @JioCare WTF is this service? I called 198 and repeatedly asked that dumb bot to connect me to a customer care agent, but she is just repeating the same thing. I have mailed as well for the bad service but no response from your side.

    @JioCare why the scheduled engineer did not happen? Jio fiber is not working? Can look into the matter on priority basis.

    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio
