  @JioCare Your technician visited, replaced the router but the problem is unresolved. Download speed is fluctuating 9-22 and upload is 2.1-11. Latency is 66 to 100 ms. Speed doesn’t stabilise even for a second. On his persistence, I am giving otp for router replacement. Problem unresolved

  @reliancejio hey team Jio, I'm one of your users and I want to say that today, from about 5-6:20 pm,my network wasn't working. I think there was any outage. Thankfully it's restored by I request you to ensure that such incidents don't happen in future. Thank you.

  @JioCare @reliancejio i rcvd an email from my broker that my no. Is on permanent blocklist by TRAI. I tried 2 login on Myjio it says it's not a Jio number Please help
