    @JioCare @reliancejio Improper Jio Fiber installation after relocation on 30-May has left the cable hanging near an 11kV transformer. Repeated follow-ups ignored.This is now a public safety issue,not just a service complaint. Immediate action required before an accident occurs.

    @JioCare Dear Jio Customer Support, I am extremely disappointed with the way this complaint has been handled. First, please explain why the incident has been put on hold. We have not received any call regarding any rescheduled visit or appointment. I am available at home 24x7 ---1/2

    Customers should not have to keep following up while paying for a service that is unavailable. We are forced to use alternative internet arrangements at our own cost due to this prolonged outage. @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago #InternetOutage #CustomerServiceFailure

    @JioCare On one of the phone calls engineer said underground optical fibre has been cut, Both the Engineers are confused so kindly send a senior team to look into the same. We did have our local guys internet before Jio but they did not take so many days to resolve such a petty issue.
