    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare What a Poor Start. Today is the 4th day and still not installed. Booking guys don't pick their phones. All you want is payment of installation charges and then the customer is left to keep calling for the connection to be installed. #customerservice

    @JioCare Sim MNP Door Step delevery is very poor last 3-4 days Not any responce from nera jio store. When call cames from them they said come to shop and Do the MNP in Jio. As well as First recharge charge also Apply. Kindly look in to this #fakedoorstapeservice

    @JioCare Jio even makes registering a complaint to Apellate Authority a tiresome process, they make sure that you lose your valuable time in registering complaint, such unprofessionals @reliancegroup @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Again services are restored even after putting cancel request twice, no response from any CC, such a shame. 1 month since 1st cancellation request but no refund till date Customer care people does not even have courtesy to call once @reliancegroup @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare is any of your representative knows how to change unserviceable mobile number to active one for jiofiber device. I have been calling to customer care, visiting stores but no one has answers. Or you guys just tell them to sell only devices and plans.
