    @JioCare It takes 5 days to resolve, thank you for quick service. And remove Marathi option from your customer care IVR, whenever I choose for marathi, it's connected with Hindi speaking executive then what is the purpose to "मराठी मध्ये सुरू ठेवण्याकरिता १ दाबा"

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 for same residence as they plan to connect from a new port. One vendor says relocation will be charged. Jio customer care says there is no charge. 2 months and no one has fixed my line. I paid one bill for zero internet service and my next bill is due. @JioCare

    @JioCare How can you mark the service request SR00003BD175 as resolved when the issue is not resolved. I still haven’t got an engineer to check on it and Iam still without internet for 3 consecutive days. What a waste of time writing to you guys here.

    @JioCare I've scheduled technician visit for today at 7 pm. But the technician has automatically rescheduled it for Monday. My internet is completely down. I'm not able to do any work. I need this issue to be fixed soon.

    @JioCare I don't understand why you are not understanding the problem. The GREEN LED is already showing but the wifi network is not showing in devices. Before replying atleast understand the problem
