    @JioCare Hello Team,The device collection date has been postponed for 6 times in a row now.I am sure if it would have been a new connection, action would have been taken at a lightning speed. Truly upset with the worst Jio Fiber customer care.

    @JioCare @reliancejio when is Jio Fibre comming to Durgapur, W.B? Insider news, it wont, as the officer has ******* with local service provider not to hamper their business. Look into it soon. "Jiofibre ka requirements nahi hai " ye mat batana please 😝

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber is not working properly. It's speed is not stable. My plan is of rs.999 but receiving only 30mbps.

    @JioCare I have raised several queries regarding the same, still the issue not resolved, after that only I'm sharing my experience over here. All the time issue not resolved this time also it remains the same. Very pathetic service quality.
