    The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

    @JioCare i have frequently called jio customer care but no one are answering and even denied to register complaint.i have recharged 401 plan on 22th july and also i got confirmation massage for same and aslo seen this plan in my jio app but suddenly it deactivated, why??

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @JioCare @saurabhbatham17 Hahah nice and streamlined joke. Jio has been telling me the same for more then a year. Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

    @reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

    @JioCare I have been getting the same reply from last 3 years. You can check all the SRs and their date and time. How can you ask me to keep waiting again and again. I am paying you from last three years and still facing the issue. You can't fix your 4g and you guys are talking about 5g.

    @JioCare @reliancejio no network in my area and this is regular at this point of time. Are u not paying to the person at gangeli 834303 where u have jii tower. Please pay ur dues so that they can provide us with active tower. Serious issue please look into it.
