I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.
