    @JioCare Dm sent even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks that is Samsung as A52s gmap plus code 5G6FXQ+MC6 Kalol, Gujarat

    @Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

    @JioCare @saurabhbatham17 Hahah nice and streamlined joke. Jio has been telling me the same for more then a year. Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

    From being the most loyal to the most disappointed customer of @VodafoneGroup @VodaIdea_NEWS I'm so done & tired with the services. Call drops,no network,disturbance & connecting wrong calls is so tiring. 90% of my daily calls have disturbance complaint.Switching to @reliancejio

    @JioCare i have frequently called jio customer care but no one are answering and even denied to register complaint.i have recharged 401 plan on 22th july and also i got confirmation massage for same and aslo seen this plan in my jio app but suddenly it deactivated, why??

    @reliancejio I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

    @JioCare I have initiated porting for mybmobile number on 4th April via online KYC,now chasing for the sim to deliver and get it activated.Alteady have 10+ calls with customer care every time new date and time is communicated for activation of sim with no proper justification.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been a week since jio fiber is not working in Pandu Nagar, Kanpur. Cables were damaged due to storm but it's been a week and nothing has been done inspite of multiple complaints. Please share a number through which I can talk to customer care executive.

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is down since morning and for the third time I got message that there's a delay in restoration of service. The new timeline is tomorrow morning. This is affecting my work and now I had to travel to another location so that I can work. Pathetic.
