    @reliancejio I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

    @JioCare your one tower is installed near our home before 1month ago but its not start yet plz start it nd make it in working condition for batter network very poore network is in our place location is sanding with tweet.

    @reliancejio In my area network not working. I had recharge 999 Rs for watching IPL in jio cinema but realised total wasted because I am not able to watch IPL even I am not able to this tweet on jio net connection currently used VI network for this tweet.

    @JioCare It was promised by @reliancejio @jiocareindia that within 90 days network issue will be resolved. today 60 days completed but no response till now.can somebody from @jioauthority look into this on priority basis.

    @JioCare your service is very disgusting..i am now frustrated, i have done recharge it was in queue and now it is showing that please recharge your plan is expired.. i have reached to customer care but not get proper answer i want my recharge kindly activate it..

    @reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

    The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @JioCare i have frequently called jio customer care but no one are answering and even denied to register complaint.i have recharged 401 plan on 22th july and also i got confirmation massage for same and aslo seen this plan in my jio app but suddenly it deactivated, why??

    Hi @JioCare, this is nothing but harassment. You are closing service requests without resolving the issue, and your own customer care team says they have no details of the closed tickets. Is this how Jio handles customer complaints? My old AirFiber device (1/3)

    @JioCare From inbox it turns out, Anpadh gawaars are sitting in your team who don't know what customer is complaining about. They keep replying that template response that is unrelated to my complain. 2 days and can't even schedule an Technician visit. Hey @airtelindia again! Coming back.

    @saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
