    @JioCare Dm sent even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks that is Samsung as A52s gmap plus code 5G6FXQ+MC6 Kalol, Gujarat

    @JioCare It was promised by @reliancejio @jiocareindia that within 90 days network issue will be resolved. today 60 days completed but no response till now.can somebody from @jioauthority look into this on priority basis.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India This is an update on Service Request number SR00000WYF4Y for Network connectivity. We will install a new site in your area to ensure that you get seamless connectivity. This new site is expected to be functional in the next 90 days.

    @JioCare Hi, please help to improve network and internet speed issue at my area, when I have talked to customer card they said your not getting speed because there are many users in your area. We are improving but still there is no improvement at shayona green, Gota, Ahmedabad.

    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

    @TRAI, After tired of @VodafoneIN network, finally I moved to @airtelindia and also paid extra for premium number, but still after 48 hrs sim is not activated. And both companies claims themselves #1, After seeing all this I see bright future of @reliancejio, congrats in advance.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Is there any update on site installation as it is more than 2 months and network issue still persist at my office. It was promised by @JioCare that issue will be sort out asap (90 days) but till now no update on this..please look into this asap.

    @JioCare Raised complaint one week before. Appointment made for Last Saturday still not even a phone call or message. Called Customer service 2 times they told they will check. Request ID: SR000032MBT9 When will you resolve the issue. Pathetic service from Jio.

    Such a stupid act by @reliancejio Yesterday I recvd call from jio to recharge the no. before 9 pm for uninterrupted communication. I recharged the no. with amount 349 in next 15 minutes after receiving the call. Now, today a girl called me n again saying the same thing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 7+ days and my JioAirFiber order NO0001CNB8RU is still not installed in Yelamanchili. No response from your team or agent. We don’t want installation anymore. Cancel it and refund the payment now.

    @JioCare @JioCare hopeful to get the refund within the next couple of days. Given the extremely prolonged delay, I had to go ahead with alternate service provider. Hence please refund the payment for the service that you were unable to provide.
