The speed is so slow that WhatsApp msg is not able to send. @JioCare.If there are more customers in my area then why don't you Install another Signal booster in my area. The speed is terrible during 7AM - 11 PM. These is the speed that we are paying you the money.@reliancejio

@reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

@reliancejio Jio company has toped uploading speed to hide it's Failure in Net speed. Its totally frod with it's customer. Downloading speed is 17mbps and uploading speed is 0.01 Mbps from 3 months, and we are waiting to run the Net again. My complain if is :- MR00014VHRL1 Pls solve it .

Since last 70 hours my jio fibre internet is down . After complaining time is slotted for the engineer to fix it within 24 hours. But the engineer is still not here after 42 hours of slotted time . Also there is no way of communicating . Very disappointed. @JioCare @reliancejio
