I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.
