    Eventually, frustrated with @JioCare i decided to port out of Jio and downgrade my plan to 199 and informed @JioCare that i will not be paying the bill for the month which includes the charges for Amazon prime membership linked to jio as the service has abruptly stopped by JIO

    Worst service by @reliancejio @JioCare I recharge my number for ₹ 5751 ISD roaming (Saudi Arabia) Still they are charging me for calling/internet Avoid @reliancejio For International roaming.

    @JioCare I don't expected this from jio I trust lot on jio I don't know why you are doing like this now I am totally disappointed I am tried for past 20 days by sending interest for more than 40 times nothing received may be it's right time to move from you from 2016 I am customer of jio

    @reliancejio Hi, i am an existing Jio Postpaid customer since 2021. However, i don't have a Set Top Box. Can I get the free set top box if i opt for the Entertainment package? Or do i have to pay for the set top box?

    @JioCare I didn't check it properly even in Jan'22 as well. If you had changed me during that period would want to get that also refunded as I've never used any services in past also.

    @JioCare Unable to receive calls on 5G sim. And jio care is not able to resolve this. They end the chat saying it's an issue from my side. Worst service !!!

    .@JioCare hello, is the fibre network down in JP Nagar, Bangalore? I can't get internet. Also, MyJio app is unable to fetch details of my mobile network as well.

    They told me that the service was stopped by @reliancejio and they will be happy to resume service once they have entitlement id for the Jio linked Amazon prime subscription.
