    Very bad experience with JioHome AirFiber service! After paying ₹1,200 for relocation, there has been absolutely no contact or support for the last 5 days. No one is connecting me with the concerned team or providing a proper update. Extremely disappointing service! @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a pathetic service by you guys. I have no internet since last 2-3 days. Raised the service request, you engineers doesn’t pick-up phone, you yourself reschedule the timing on the service ticket. My worked got hampered because of your service.

    @JioCare I have already checked the app, but there is no update on my complaint and no technician has contacted me yet. The issue is still unresolved, and the lack of communication is frustrating. Please escalate this matter and ensure it is resolved as soon as possible.
