    @JioCare I am unable to make and receive calls nor use internet in my area (134003), while other operators are working fine. Fix this issue. Can't even contact customer support coz I CAN'T EVEN CALL SOMEONE!

    @JioCare Hello, It's been more than 72 hours and I'm not able to use my jio airfiber. I can't understand what exactly it takes to figure out a small issue. I have just been asked to keep patience and co-operate but all my household work and office work are stopped from 3 days due to this.

    @JioCare Congratulations. You've officially set a new benchmark for the worst broadband support. Days of downtime, false promises, no engineer, no callback, and endless copy-paste replies. You don't need customers—you need a customer support team that actually works.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Everyday I’m just calling and registering a new complaint but no one is checking and resolving the issue, how many days should I wait it’s been 15 days, multiple calls multiple tickets, can someone take this on priority (SR00003AABGF)

    @JioCare Thank you, but I still haven’t received a confirmed installation date. My order has been pending since 30 June. Please confirm the exact installation date today. If you can’t, I’ll cancel the order and request a full refund. Order ID: CO0001T7XSZH.
