    Why no response from your end ? Huh why should i expect from @JioCare they have my money already from 4days but not providing installation today if u don't provide I'll cancel it now it's over pathetic brand something i regret my decision why i opt for jio not for airtel .

    @JioCare My initial problem was not resolved. You did not return the security deposit. No mention on that and now the net service for my current residence is not working again. It seems we should leave our job just to follow up after your agents

    @JioCare Your customer care team is unable to help me. I have called them 4 times. Last recharge for jio fibre done on 30 March... no auto pay set...should have been deactivated on 29 April.. How was the fibre auto recharged??? DM sent already
