    @123Ghildi @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare Hi , I'm very dissatisfied with the service, I'm unable to makes call, i have already made payment and i received data pack instead of calling. Very upset with the service. Please help me out and give me calling riders too.

    @reliancejio Jio Rider Rohit Nagar ( ±918920000150) has taken money for a cancelled order and not returning the same. He is not answering my call at all. No proper response from Jio customer care also. #JioService
