    @JioCare If you look, that service request also got resolved on its own. Bhai kab tk ullu banaoge tum log? Me ye soch lunga ki 2 hazar mene bheek de diye tum logo ko.. le jaao or maro tum log. Itna ganda service. Very pathetic. You guys are literally defaming Ambani family.

    @JioCare is asking me to take a new connection and cancel the existing one—without any refund for the unused period. This feels misleading and unfair. Kindly resolve this by either enabling relocation or providing a refund for the remaining validity. #JioAirFiber

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @reliancejio @JaikyYadav16

    @JioCare Facing network issues for the last 2 months and still no resolution! Every time your team gives the same reply “it will be resolved soon” — but how long should customers wait? Raised multiple complaints, yet no solution. Do you think we are मजबूर to use your SIM? Fix this ASAP!

    @JioCare Are you guys not sick copy pasting same message again and again? What a pathetic service guys. Do you people even have 1% loyalty towards the work you do or is Jio becoming a fraud company, taking money from people and not giving service.

    @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working

    @JioCare JioFiber unusable since installation. Weeks of complaints, tickets (SR00000HLA96) closed without fix. 5GHz not working, both SSIDs stuck on 2.4GHz → unstable internet. Work impacted. Need urgent resolution & accountability. #JioFiber

    Haven't received any update from @JioCare yet. Now they have stopped Jio Air Fiber service saying my recharge has expired.
