    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, why is there no dedicated number for JioFiber complaints? I just want to relocate my connection. The new address needs to be changed due to wrong apartment selection. I don’t have any number to contact your customer care.

    @JioCare Congratulations. You've officially set a new benchmark for the worst broadband support. Days of downtime, false promises, no engineer, no callback, and endless copy-paste replies. You don't need customers—you need a customer support team that actually works.

    @JioCare when called customer care they kept me waiting for 30 mins and disconnected call. Later they rescheduled engg visit for 5th b/w 1 to 2 pm. Is this the service provided? @DoT_India why should i pay for this poor service by @JioCare
