    @JioCare i'm your jio fiber customer from Raipur Chhattisgarh. One of your jio fiber employee Suprakash Thakur (+91 78791 64128) based in raipur did fraud with me in the name of jio fiber upgradation. he lied me that he will give me 3 months free service if i upgrade my fibe.

    @reliancejio One of the worst jio fibre installation people in Asansol. They simply install and ***** the flat main gate inspite of saying also they don't clean it instead they just say will clean it. Jio giving their installation guys training to ***** house for their benefit.

    @JioCare First you said technician has been assigned and now you are rectifying the issue. It means first you assigned the technician and then you rectify the issue. Is this your level of service,?

    @reliancejio @JioCare in 72 hrs u can’t fix a broken fiber cable to my house and r talking of providing 5G 6G 8G and so on. Ground reality is that there is no coordination btwn hline no n technical staff on ground. Sell and forget is the trend now. Service very poor. SR raised.
