    I am fed up of complaining to @reliancejio and @JioCare for one month about extreme slow internet. Today, I could not give my online exam because of internet not working. 198 said they are helpless. So, I am left with no other option but to port my SIM Card. I will port tomorrow.

    From past one month my jio fiber is not working( since snow fall). I have contacted jio service center/customer care lot of times but hey have not resolved my issue yet. This is pathetic service, worst from other network providers @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare ,I have done a recharge of MRP 301 to activate work from home data plan but it is showing me in upcoming plans. I do not see any options to activate it immediately. Could you please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JIO Fiber device pickup should have been done yesterday at 3PM. No one has come to pick up till now. Is there any problem in device pickup and giving a refund?
