    Hey @JioCare you have the worst service ever! I have 3 jio sims I recharged on 2 numbers bith received message that said recharge is successful and today when I tried to call someone from my other number I am being told that I don't have vaild recharge to make a call! JUST WORST!

    @JioCare Hi jio team any update now its almost about a year that i am struggling for this. A small refund processing is taking a year to process how shameful it is that being a such a good market player this kind of service is provided from your side. I have to now opt for legal action

    @JioCare May I know why it's not available for customer. If customer going outstation for long time, he/she not used your services.. why he/she was pay full bill. @airtelindia was providing but why @reliancejio not ???

    @JioCare Final warning. My refund is still pending despite repeated complaints and assurances. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court and National Consumer Helpline. Please resolve this without any further delay.
