    Dear @JioCare @JioFiber, My Wi-Fi has been down for more than 24 hours. I raised service request SR00002LKPTM and was assured a technician visit today at 10:00 AM, but no one has visited yet. The service status is being updated incorrectly since morning.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Two service request but not able to seen in my jio app . SR000037IOSX and SR000037N31V Cancel my air fiber installation and refund my money .. already DM you and already send mail . It's been 9 days of ordering now I don't need it anymore.

    @JioCare Last time when I talked with the Customer Support they also said the same thing and no one visited to check the problem and the service request was closed automatically. Make sure the issue is resolve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Iam facing the permanent loss of my mobile number of 20 years because I am currently abroad in the USA.Despite reaching out,I'm told reactivation is only possible if I'm physically in India by July 6. Is there any other solution who are temporarily overseas?

    @JioCare No internet connectivity since last three days. Complaint raised already yesterday but no update received & no engineer visit is scheduled. Pls solve the issue. We are suffering due to non connectivity.

    The Jio tower serving the Rajgarh area of Dibrugarh dist.(Lat: 27.221102, Long: 95.105603) has not been upgraded to 5G, & network issues have persisted for a long time. Kindly improve the service as residents are facing significant inconvenience. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTowers
