    We are continuously facing signal related problems for a year now We contacted customer care many times , I seems they don't care .Talking to them was Worst experience Now from last 3 days , there is no signal at all ,jio tower installed in our village is not working @JioCare

    @JioCare such a pathetic customer service. It was clearly a big mistake taking a #JioFiber connection,this is the second time that #jiofiberdown has occurred for over 36hrs in Noida

    @JioCare Hello, I ordered & paid for Jio Fiber on 12.11.2020. After 2weeks service engineers visited our premises & said that can't able to give connection, and they also said the amount which I paid will be refunded. But still now I didn't received my amount. Kindly get back me.
