    @TRAI where can I check your policies for broadband connections their TAT, compensation in case of outage what are the further actions one can take etc. This is serious matter as @JioCare is denying refund in case of termination of the contract due to their inability to fix issue

    @JioCare It’s been over a week and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps delaying the work and even asked me to tweet instead of providing a solution. My time and money are being wasted due to this poor service. Please escalate this matter imdtly.

    @BSNLCorporate so Bharat Sanchar Nigam Service limited is currently not available in Capital Delhi. So strange, how private telecom services are dominating the govt telecom service in Delhi capital where BSNL is supposed to be more effective :) @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio my registered jio number will not resolve the problem .. first u check ur own network condition in Dumraon which is down from more than 10 days . ur entire team is pushing air fiber that too with TV offer..

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Chaturvedi Ji. This is wrong, I am using JioFiber for 4 years, superb service - without any interruptions (Ahmedabad) May be issue with area - or some another reason.
