    @JioCare @chanchalkjha I have trying to connect through toll free number since 3 days... I just kept on hold for hours and then disconnects me... I need an issue to be solved... How can we then connect when the way you gave is also not to reach you? Why is it so happening?

    Very bad broadband by @reliancejio , most of time buffering, last 3 days only worked for 5-7 hours, thinking to shift to Airtel

    @reliancejio I was not using my JioFi from last many months. I tried to use it today but it was not showing any network. I tried recharging it using @GooglePayIndia and @amazonpay. Both recharges were successful but still the sim is not working.

    @JioCare Your agent visited but unable to complete ekyc due to no network. First make network available in my area. Rest u can ask your agent about location Area etc...
