    @mith_002 @JioCare @reliancejio My Connection request number NO0001D0EP1G was cancelled on 27 April and still no re fund. I only get messages from chatbots regularly. Lodged Complaint with consumer helpline. Docket 9388195

    @JioCare Why? Due to delay of 9 days by your side, my work, productivity and salary got affected. Who is responsible for that? This was your fault, not mine. Very bad service by Jio.

    @JioCare Every day I wait expecting someone will come and resolve the issue, and by evening I see the ticket has been closed again. This has been happening repeatedly for the last 15 days. This clearly reflects poor complaint handling and a lack of accountability.(2/3)

    @JioCare, @reliancejio Poor network coverage in Kalanagar, behind Akash Petrol Pump, Mhasrul, Nashik 422004. Phone shows 5G, but voice calls are unclear and often not audible. Internet is also unstable. Please look into this issue urgently. #Jio #Jio5G #Nashik
