@JioCare @reliancejio I had disconnected 1 connection 1 year ago, the refund of 429 INR is still not processed inspite of several escalations, every time new stories come up, new tickets are raised, then closed without resolution. Surprise is that escalations don’t work.

@JioCare I request for new connection in jio fiber. You representative came and give connection order and take amount. Now its been 2 days but no connection installed. Better to switch Airtel refund my amount. Why you took payment if there is technical issue in installation.
