    @JioCare Worst customer support ever!!! Been more than i month ive been chasing for my refund, only msg i get that it is in process, 12 april my jio fibre connection is uninstalled after not even using for a month and now have to follow up everyday for my refund Not fairShocked!!

    @JioCare Thanks a lot for the response, would love to switch to Jio broadband asap. Have been suffering at the hands of @airtelindia from last 2 years, my internet went down on 6th may and they are not bothered at all despite so many complaints and taking money from customers in advance.

    @JioCare @JSector41 Internet has been regularly breaking down for many hours at a stretch for 3 days now..with no resolution in sight,. How does one work? This is totally unacceptable and you need to do something immediately...pls respond

    Very disappointed with the services given by @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio from couple of days chasing with customer care, sales person but no one giving response. Not even picking calls.
