    @JioCare It is been more than 24 hrs now. No response from support or any one from Jio fibre. This is plain cheating on context of providing OTT subscriptions and the subscriptions do not work for days. By the time Jio fixes this, the plan expires and we are asked to recharge

    @JioCare I doing the following: 1, Lodging a Public Grievance complaint for lacunae in service and false promises. 2. Raising a dispute with my bank / credit card company if you do not refund the wrongfully collected security deposit and not providing me a connection. @TRAI @rsprasad

    Please don't make the public fool, we are the one by whom you got your salary, we always keeping recharge not for this kind of network services, network is just like freaking fools, it even can't send a single message on whatsApp also @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio First improve you jio network. I am trying to open a static website(at 1:00 AM), it is not opening. Google is working fine but other websites are not opening. Improve this first. I am fed up with complaining about this from last 10 months.
