@JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

@JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

@reliancejio If u dont have a network properly then why u say india's best network I got daily 1.5GB data and in which 1.0 GB is wasting daily I cant use because no signals so should I do airtel is better than u
