@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

@JioCare @JioCare #jio paid 1000 deposit for set top box on 3rd. Booked for delivery that day only. No one showed. Then made complaint at night. an engineer showed up with box on 4th. After giving otp 10 times, he refused to hand over the box accusing me of not having paid the security.

Pathetic service from jio fiber @reliancejio @JioCare its not working from last 24 hours, I am regularly calling jio care almost around 10-12 times and all I am listening in return is that Engineer will visit in 30 minutes. @reliancegroup
