@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

@JioCare what happened to your network/ net can't even fix the coverage issue since last two years. As soon as 10 am strikes your internet is not responding . Forget about 5G you can't even manage 4G net. If can't solve the issue let me know if I need to port to any net.@TRAI

@JioCare Service Request SR00001HGYBN update please? The internet was drastically slow.. At my area.... Don't need true 5G .. Pls provide 4G atleast.... In my family I have reacharged for yearly plans.. I, e 3 yealy plans... Which cost around 10k for me.... Can even port out.
