Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

@JioCare Dear concerned, When you can establish that payment is from one account but to wrong account no. you should be able to transfer to correcr. I am looking at a resolution not your regret. Connect me to someone who believes in helping customer at Jio not telling the rulebook.

@JioCare On19th Jan I made a payment to my father's Jio Account, landline no. 130 355 0266. Somehow, the payment was made to wrong no. 130 355 0276. Request you to transfer the amount to the right account. Sadly, 2 calls to advisors and 2 emails but no resolution.

I haven't used my internet more than 500 gb then I got the notification that I have exceeded my limit. Again I have done my recharge of 1gb but it also vanished in just 4 hours. And there's none responding on customer care. @JioCare @reliancejio
