Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

@JioCare @ShaikhS36169311 What kind of response is this? That means you don't have the infrastructure to support your customers right ? Is that customer's fault? I can't go and ask my neighbors not to use jio as I'm using Jio and you don't have enough bandwidth to support your customers. So I left Jio.
