@JioCare How to disconnect Jio Fiber and get refund? No way to reach out to a real Customer Representative. Only Jio care options I see it to chat with a bot. Please reach back, need to disconnect as I am moving and Jio Fiber is not available at my new location.

@JioCare Jio fiber team, This is to inform you that my jio fiber has been installed on 13 February 2021 and from 17 February onward I am not able to use internet and Jio calls.I have made multiple complaints but my issue is not yet resolved.

@JioCare I am getting mail from Jio care that today our engineer will visit and rectify the issue since 21st Feb but nobody has visited and issue is still unresolved. This is not what I expect from Jio. In such case Jio has to refund the security deposit at the earliest.

@JioCare @reliancejio I’m on 399 postpaid plus plan and not able to use Amazon Prime. Your support staff asks me to activate clicking on the banner via MyJio app. There are no banners. I made a complaint and they have closed it stating resolved. Please look into this. Moneywaste
