    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    I can't believe that even after making so many complaints, @reliancejio is not listening to me. No my complaint is not about network issues of Jio. I just want to Port my sim to Jio with 199 postpaid plan. And Jio store employee forcing me to take 399 plan. And Jio failed toSolve

    Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani In the era of 5g, we the people here in Kailashahar town area are hardly getting netwrk in our phone.i have cmplained several times but the customer care didnt respond.please see into it sir.

    Come n remove the boxes and refund my amount paid for 3 mnths in advance @reliancejio @JioCare. Am switching to #airtel Also am entitled for rebate and ll definitely raise an online complaint in consumer court for damages. Not even a call since 15th morning.Thuu.

    @JioCare There is no obstruction as mentioned like thick walls, metals or mirror. I am sitting right below the router and still the problem persists. Also,the router was installed by your so called technician. Kindly arrange a visit 🙏 at my place to resolve this

    @JioCare Took Jio wifi connection on 25/june. Connection is dead from 3/July. SR-00003A7157. Registered Mobile Number - 94XXXXX161. Complaint not even attended since 2 weeks! HUGE mistake to have opted for jio, should have taken airtel instead !

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm unable to use my JioFiber installed at my home since 8th July, today is 18th. Did complaint multiple times, everytime an engineer comes and resolves temporarily. Request you to provide a permanent solution+ reimbursement or close the connection

    @JioCare This is what jio is providing me in Lucknow in the name of 5G network:  Download Speed: 54.6 Mbps (Barely matching standard 4G thresholds)  Upload Speed: A completely unusable 2.71 Mbps  Jitter: 22 ms (Indicating severe network instability and packet fluctuations)

    Is that only me or anybody else face trouble accessing internet on @JioCare airfibre? I used to enjoy it a lot when it was jiofibre but this air technology is not working well. I also face too much trouble accessing some apps and websites. X is one of them.

    @JioCare I have been 8+ hours without the internet now and you expect me to wait till tomorrow to resolve my issue. Again - this is pathetic customer service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare You are charging extra per recharge and increasing it every year, but the network signals are poor. The network is very unstable. At least maintain some average network strength to send a complaint message to Jio Care.
