Jijo Joseph (@Jijo_Joseph) reported@JioCare SR00001BR6K5 - I call Jio to fix a time slot at 7 pm, engineer comes at 6 - says he wasn’t told ! Engineer then pushes time slot to 9 pm, and Call centre says, no slots after 8 pm. I ask Jio to resolve quick, and they cancel the request ! 👏👏brilliant work @reliancejio
