Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

There is no network and internet is not working from many months i don't know what type of services are giving to people taking full amount and not giving good services then i think this not fair.

Shikhar (@ShikharTrades) reported@JioCare Even your engineers are unable to provide any proper explanation or solution. Some of them even suggested shifting to Airtel or another operator instead of fixing the issue. This clearly shows how seriously this problem is being handled. 🤬🤬
