Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have often complained that indoor network is very bad but deaf jio technical team does not handle it. I am a postpaid customer and jio speed is so slow that page does not open even in 2-3 minutes and reload comes.

@JioCare I have been waiting for my refund for Jio Fiber, It's been more than tat given for refund. One peace of advice, It's good you people upgraded your services and providing Fiber internet, Why not upgrade your customer service/IVR to be more customer centric..!
