Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

@TataPlayBinge See first of all binge service is not ur cup of tea. U r good till hdsettop box. I updated to binge & paying the price of ur failure. Very soon u will see a big decrease in ur user as u r outdated compare to @reliancejio

@JioCare Me and my family have 4 jio numbers we have full tower in our place but we are not able to call or receive call we have complained but no resolution. I believe this issue is faced by lots of jio users is there any problem in jio network pls resolve this.

@ViCustomerCare complaint too many times to improve the network coverage issue but these peps don't want their network to grow and ignores every complaint. So, finally switched to @reliancejio @JioCare tho it's a lil slow but, slow internet is better than no internet innit ?
