    Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @bloombergquint But their services are extremely poor, while offering freebies. As of 4 hours, the @reliancejio fibre is down, their support bots/trolls sending texts, service request raised, but no ok call support. As usual cheap products & extremely cheap after sales service. Won't recommend

    @VivekBhageria @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    I live in a building of 245 flats. most of us our working from home and we dont have any FIBER connection. all operators are saying it will take 5-6 months. can anyone help us? @JioCare @airtelindia @tataplayfiber
