    @reliancejio @JioCare Another great example of third class service set by jio customer frustrated care service , after 20 min on hold and they disconnect without saying any word ,this is how they behave with the customer ,and this happened twice

    @JioCare Service: SR00001DTLMW It has been 4 days since we have no internet. I raised complaints. Spoke 20 min everyday to your customer care number on phone, etc Nobody is coming to fix the internet. This is really very unprofessional. also need a voucher for the downtime

    @JioCare There is not enough mobile network since last two months in my society, we litterly need to go out to talk. I had complaint so many times with you via DMs but everytime false hope. Now, it's time to switch on @Airtel_Presence
