    Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

    I can't believe that even after making so many complaints, @reliancejio is not listening to me. No my complaint is not about network issues of Jio. I just want to Port my sim to Jio with 199 postpaid plan. And Jio store employee forcing me to take 399 plan. And Jio failed toSolve

    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    I would not even think of ever working with @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence as their departments do not work in sync with each other to solve customer issues. There's a huge communication gap between sales, installation and, their maintenance team.

    @JioCare @JioCare sending so many times the same template of sorry doesn't help its almost 30 days and still you guys haven't processed my refund and also there is no action taken on the executives who asked for money to pick up device and rather there is no call back on resolution

    @JioCare The team I suggested never opted jio postpaid reason they are fraud and never return your security money I have a recording and I am sharing with the number how jio customer care provides the wrong info I opted jio family plan and end of the month I paid all my dues

    @mjitu92 @JioCare I'm sure dear you won't be getting any solution I myself struggling a lot for the same you'll get a dm by their executive's with troubleshooting link apart of that nothing gonna get. Jio is now really providing pathetic service not only in valsad even mumbai which is a metro city

    Disappointing experience with Jio Fiber. Post 6 months payment since last 2 days there is no response from the installation team for order number (NO0000L5VKQ5). Very bad customer experience. Please look into this asap. @reliancejio @JioCare
