    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

    I can't believe that even after making so many complaints, @reliancejio is not listening to me. No my complaint is not about network issues of Jio. I just want to Port my sim to Jio with 199 postpaid plan. And Jio store employee forcing me to take 399 plan. And Jio failed toSolve

    @JioCare pathetic service the seniors are not available to take calls net stops working after 15 days but bill gets generated on time. Really upsetting to answer stupid questions on call again and again and on the app for net not working

    Shockingly poor experience with @JioCare @reliancejio Requested SIM home delivery 2 weeks ago, but your assigned manager refused delivery, asked me to collect it personally, and behaved rudely. Why advertise home delivery if customers are misled and inconvenienced?

    Disappointed with @airtelindia service. My internet (DSL: 062112061862_dsl) has frequent disconnections & poor speed for days despite complaints. I’m a loyal customer for 4 years—please resolve this today or I’ll switch to @reliancejio. #Airtel #PoorService

    @JioCare My AirFiber has been completely down for the past 4 days. I’m also unable to generate a service request. Internet is working fine for others in my area, I have tried calling, chatting, and emailing multiple times, but there has been no response so far.

    @JioCare Facing 10+ days delay in Jio AirFiber installation after booking on 15th. Local team (Aurai) says device not available. No proper response from customer care (call & WhatsApp both useless). Please resolve urgently or initiate full refund
