Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

@JioCare We have tried it, your Jio care people are doing a corruption, if alternate number is not working they are forcing us to issue a new Sim card to use it as an alternative number, but we told them we have our own alternative number to replace, but they refused. Shame

@JioCare When you will work on the resolution. You guys just ask to share information in DM but never take account of the situation. @airtelindia is far better than you in service and network. Good that I chose Airtel for another connection.

@reliancejio sir your service Rathendranagar Telebagh is very poor. As your service was reported at Rathendranagar but without money he was not done services. Neither positive reply was made nor check the falte.
