  Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

  @JioCare Dear Jio AirFiber Support Team, I have booked Jio Airfiber one week ago, and paid the full amount. still no one is assigned to do the installation work. Despite of several follow-up and service request, the SR are automatically closed by your team. Without solving it.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 4–5 days. Despite raising repeated complaints, no technician has visited yet. Every time I'm told it's due to "bad weather," even though the weather has been normal for the past 2 days. Please resolve this
