Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

Nowhere around Bengaluru actually I get internet, at home I have own Airtel WiFi and rest of the day I use office WiFi. For UPI, everytime I have to rely on shop's WiFi. So why should I pay you for internet?

I used Jio for almost 5 years & have to dx and get Airtel as they remained down for a week with zero accountability. Their local agents were rude as hell. Get Airtel.

Agent Sulekha failed to provide any resolution, and the assigned engineer never called or visited but falsely updated the complaint as "Customer Not Available." I see no reason to stay with Jio.
