    @jiocare worst network for the last 5 days. Really annoying. Though the bars are full, unable to use data. It's taking a lot of time to load and sometimes working fine post restarting.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Staff at Jio store Urapakkam Chennai don't show willingness to sell the eSIM. Today I visited the store and asked for an new eSIM. Staff blindly told that there is a network issue & eSIM cannot be given, try another store.

    @JioCare SR000012XA0J. This is addressed twice without fixing the issue. You guys are suck. What i need a router replacement thats it. Engineers are wasting my time and my work is getting hampered. If not able to replace, take all devices and return my money.
