@JioCare @reliancejio another goofup from Jio. Went to their store to cancel Netflix subscription on my number. They say it needs to be cancelled from Netflix and Netflix says it's included in Jio plan. So, it's the time to go to consumer court..

@JioCare And I requested for cancellation. But jio care is not ready and asking for a final chance to fix the issue.. it happens 3 times in last 4 days.. but no use.. so solve the issue or cancel the account and pay my hard earned money 4500 rupees..

@JioCare If you are not able to solve issue give correct date when you can provide resolution.. by telling within 24 hours don't creat frustration in customers.. tell correct resolution date otherwise these things will happen.. still shamelessly telling serviece is good..
