    I can't believe that even after making so many complaints, @reliancejio is not listening to me. No my complaint is not about network issues of Jio. I just want to Port my sim to Jio with 199 postpaid plan. And Jio store employee forcing me to take 399 plan. And Jio failed toSolve

    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    Advice to everyone, don't buy @reliancejio OTT wala postpaid plan. They will never give you the subscription of any OTT. Even you can't activate your subscription from MyJio app. And the @JioCare is one of the worst customer care service in whole India.

    @JioCare I've sent multiple screenshots via DM. Everyone in my family using Jio is facing the same network issue. The network disconnects automatically, and all websites and apps keep buffering. I've complained many times, but the issue is still not resolved. Is this acceptable? @JioCare

    @JioCare i have ported my sim on 3rd July 2026 after 6 days also I have not got my jio sim whereas my earlier network was disconnected , my jio order no is NO0001EEOOPW . @consaff

    @JioCare network has been down for 4 days in Nirmal, Vasai (PIN 401304) after the heavy rains. Power is back in most tower locations since yesterday, but there is still no mobile signal. Residents are unable to make calls or use data.Kindly restore the network at the earliest.

    @JioCare First up all if the order got cancelled you have initiate the payment with original mode of payment. Day by day you're losing customer trust. Now he using my airtel number as registered mobile number. How can i access myjio app with airtel number. Now where is my remaining amount

    @reliancejio @JioCare all are just a bunch of thugs who took my money and are not doing installation . Worst service, worst field engineers and insensitive customer care. Customer care seniors do not come on call, this is the kind of ownership Jio holds, @TRAI kindly check.

    @JioCare Since then we were calling him and he blocked us and mentioned that there is no slot available and moreover didn't close the complaint from the backend so that we can file a new one...the person who visited us today he found the slot in 1 min that clearly indicates he ws lying
