    @reliancejio very poor connectivity . I am sorry to say you have expanded 5g networks in cities but failed to provide 4g networks in villages near railway stations

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani In the era of 5g, we the people here in Kailashahar town area are hardly getting netwrk in our phone.i have cmplained several times but the customer care didnt respond.please see into it sir.

    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @Airtel_Presence this is the 10th time I am posting this. Service has dropped to Pathetic levels in Secretariat Colony Road, TNGO’s Colony. Earlier it was good, but there is absolutely no network, no service in the area. @JioCare resolved the issue within 10 days. Airtel sucks

    @JioCare It about half past seven PM today. Almost 24 hours have lapsed since I completed process of converting physical SIM of Jio to eSIM of Jio. System is so inefficient that eSiM has not been activated till now. Jio Care does not seem to be caring for its customer.

    @JioCare Stop the copy-paste show, Sweety. Changing rep names won't hide 8 days of total outage. Ensure the field supervisor arrives tomorrow morning. The case is with Anthony Nazareth & Arjun Singh under CPGRAMS DOTEL/E/2026/0051495. No more bot talk. @DoT_India @TRAI

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio The JioFiber connection has been not working since the last 2 days Your technician fixed the issue temporarily yesterday and the issue came back after a few hours Raised a new ticket this morning at 7am, I didn't get any call yet from anyone.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio looks like I have done my post here to someone who is fully dead, having no responsibility and replying me garbage thing just copy and paste phrase from system,looks like this is second chapter of harrasment for complaits process.

    SR No: SR00003DCN13 — Your team closed my network complaint without any improvement. This keeps happening repeatedly. Please stop closing complaints without resolving the actual network issue. Kindly escalate and provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio @JioCare
