    @DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

    @JioCare @reliancejio why are you installing old router and set top box at new connection location? i understand you install old equipments at exisiting customer but old items at new connection location is very bad. noone would want that and the range is also less, looks too used

    @JioCare Network issue is becoming worst in our area, Bad experience to connect devices. Shame on you going for 5G, 2G is better rathan than 4G.

    @reliancejio worst network, worst customer service, faulty sim given at the time of portability from store. Now again asking to pay INR. 50 to replace the sim, the sim given from the store which is already faulty asking money to get it replaced. Good source of income.

    @JioCare 2/2 Not even web pages on google will load majority of the time. You can understand the issue if i tell you that we are not able to raise complaint on jio app and hence please increase the coverage or tower capacity or install a new tower.

    @JioCare tower problem in duvvada , Visakhapatnam 530049from 36 hrs. No response from ur side inspire of complaints from different people. Worst attitude.
