@JioCare Oh, really, Jio will assist me? I sent DM a couple of times and each time Jio sends me a fake link that leads to the same non-responsive WhatsApp chat with set questions. At the end of the day, the issue is not addressed.

@JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

@JioCare Every agent assuring me the same but no one is visiting and solving the issue. I keep on following up you guys since 5 days. I lost trust in you guys. Thinking of disconnecting the service and choosing another provider if it’s not resolved till tomorrow afternoon.

I'm using Jio for the past couple of weeks I experienced a worst Internet Connection with this Network Even though I'm an Airtel User I just Tried Jio after 7 months And now I got a Bad impression on them #jio #airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare
