@DoT_India I am from Kailashahar,pin-799277 district HQ of Unakoti District, Tripura. For few days now we are facing connectivity issue of every service provider viz @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN Kindly look into the issue. @reliancejio & @Airtel_Presence looks like dead.

@JioCare worst after sale service of jiofiber. Jiofiber doesn't work & when we call on customer care they make fake promises. Worst experience. Not recommend to anyone.

Our society(Ahmedabad, Gujarat) had given permission to JIO to install their fibre line before 2 months. Still today there's no single person came to install the same. Trying to reach the person who collects the form but not answering the phone. Very poor service. @reliancejio

@JioCare , *Recharged with 2gb/day pack*daily wfh usage routine 9:00 to 6:00*min 1 gb to max 2 gb consumption!! @9 AM today-started facing issue with laptop network, found on myjio that pack has exhausted, got booster 2gb pack around 12.00 Pm, an hour later booster re-exhausted.
