@JioCare I have not received my jio fibre refund for the last 25 days. I have called jio fibre multiple times for this issue. Everytime I call, they disconnect when I talk about the complainant. This is absolutely pathetic. I wasn't even shouting at the customer rep. Poor support

@JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

@JioCare @TRAI jio doesnt understand the meaning of "complaints" .. Work from home is very difficult in this difficult time and on that your network breaks,most of the time goes to no coverage and not getting incoming calls or out going calls & i just ported to jio of a family

With reference to service request no SR000015CDJ1 dtd June15 at 12:31pm for non availability of internet services. Till date our complaint has not been resolved. We were assured that it will be resolved in 24hrs but its still pending. @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio @JioCare
