    @JioCare I just had the most horrible experience at My Jio Store. God, the attitude and the arrogance! The guy literally pushing people out and the violent argument. I was there to get a sim, not a self respect degradation.

    @JioCare I am so annoyed and confused about ur data plans . I’ve a reliance jio device .. I have the work from home plan of 251. The data is exhausted. I activate another wfh. I can’t activate it now. Note I don’t use the sim on any phone. Only the device . Help!

    @JioCare @fiber_jio jio app doesn't show the device details. Customer agent adviced reinstall but the app is not getting downloaded at all . What's the solution?? #JioFiber #jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I visited Reliance store Ravhuvanahalli, Bangalore, to get a new SIM as the calls were breaking. The store guy suggested the same but he said the server is down. I faced similar situation here before. If that is so, how would you serve customers?

    @JioCare i have been trying to raise a service request from jio app and chat bot, but there is no support there. Plus the mail support is also showing no interest. Please try to provide better fiber service in pandemic.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I ported out 3 number from other network to jio, all numbers have been ported out, out of 3 one number activated without dialing 1977 but when i am dialing 1977 for another 2 no. activation they R asking 5 digit code that I hv not recvd.

    I have noticed that since 5G has been launched in bangalore the network of @reliancejio is giving issues. Call dropping, randomly signal will be lost for sometime etc. Please look into this as it has become annoying now.

    Dad (senior citizen) has been struggling to get his Internet fixed (went down on Dec 15). While they have been responsive/even sent an engineer over once, it still isn’t fixed. Citing some engineering challenges. How long can this sustain??? @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio
