    @JioCare I recharged with rs 10 again for talktime. Still says the same thing.. Ur customer care guy spoiled my 45 minutes and then he asked me to recharge again with rs 10..wasted another 10 still. The same problem.. Haven't seen a customer care doing this to there people ever

    @rsprasad Sir, I had taken jio fiber connection of @JioCare and cancelled it due to poor speed. The company claims to make the refund payment within 48-72 hours without any questions asked, however it has been more than 3 months and the refund is still not being given to me even

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your #jiofibre services just seems to be deteriorating by the day. In the last few weeks your service has been down in our entire area at least 9 times. #Jio started as the best in it’s league, now it’s a disappointing... Does #Jiocare?

    @JioCare Hello Jio Team, Even after complaing to your customer care still I am facing same problem, Since few week internet speed is below 500 kb. I am a postpaid costumer. I am wasting 470/- per month on your Jio network It is better to move on to Airtel now #Frustratedcustomer
