    @reliancejio Reliance must improve it's customer service first. I switched in Airtel from Jio due to network issue as after so complains there is no resolution whether it's Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan. Now I am facing network issue in Jio fiber for 2 days and there is no resolution so far.

    @JioCare Service engineer saying not possible to repair and asking me to talk to TL. It is really pathetic and while giving connection, asking us to go for 6 months package and during issue, saying not possible to repair. This is day light robbery and looting

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Internet down since last 4 days, Terrible service.. No signals available on the router, post multiple visits by the tech team. Diffrent problems stated on call and on visit but no resolution given. Absolutely frustrated by the services.

    @JioCare We took a new jiofibre connection day before and it stopped working yesterday. raised a case as well as informed the guy who provided the connection and the sales guy who was very eager to get the sales completed but looks like u guys are pathetic at ur customer serv

    @JioCare it should be immediately not after 24 hr.Internet is like basic need nowadays..be professional in customer service. It is not 90's Era.
