    It's been months but no efforts from @reliancejio team. Sad to know that the shops right opposite to my house has jio fiber but I couldn't get one as per the sales team Shiv Yadav. The Worli office has stopped answering calls too. Please help. This is serious @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare How much days it will take because I am complaining to customer care from last 3-4 days and due to low network and internet I am not able to attend my. Meetings and Lecture do as soon as possible

    @Abhinaychoudh15 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    Worst Service experienced from @reliancejio . Issue not resolved for more than 12 days even after multiple follow-ups. No transparency in Esclation. Even Nodal Officers also replying.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio Have been using jio network since the beginning of pandemic, unfortunately since two days I am not able to connect to internal servers in office when questioned it seems there is an issue from jio, can this be fixed ASAP?!
