  @JioCare @reliancejio Mumbai Jio Fiber optic is down since 3 days. SR raised but no one visited the premises. I gets SMS that it is reschedule and premises is closed. SR NO. ST00001C9HCC. Worse customer care service.

  @reliancejio My internet connection is down science last 6days too many call on customer care and 2 email done, there is no response. Customer care and technical support is too poor. i advice to all please don't install jio fiber. According to customer care customer is worrong.
