    @JioCare I have applied/paid Rs. 2500 for Jiofiber on 19.01.2022. Today is 23.01.2022 and I'm yet to recieve my connection. Contacting customer is not helpful. The engineer is not responding properly. Kindly resolve this issue.

    I am still stuck with the same problem with Jio....getting same messages again and again don't know what to do and how to get my refund (3500/-)....will take some serious action now against this now...a lot o pain is there in explaining jio again and again...@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio My registered num is 9819470360 last 2 time I called at customer care, unfortunately I connect to some fraud who send me link and told to do further process. This is really bad experience with JIO. Please look after this.

    @JioCare @JioCare Team whenever I am trying to call any number the call is getting disconnected after one ring. If this issue will continue till tomorrow then I will have to opt for portable option.

    Team @JioCare Now days your network quality becomes very poor. We are not able to conduct our office meetings on your network. Specially this happens in peak hour. You need to install more towers in crowded areas like Andheri in Mumbai. We believe in you and expect good network.
