    @ViCustomerCare Unable to activate imessage & FaceTime on iphone13. Trying for the past 7 days but unsuccessful. Contacted @AppleSupport & they confirmed issue with the carrier i.e. VI. When I insert @reliancejio sim it get activated immediately. Fix it or port to Jio. Yr choice.

    JIO is launching 5G sim ,but can't provide good service to their present users of 4G , raised the rates, but there's no coverage at all . When you talk to their customer executives they just make fool of you. @reliancejio

    @JioCare What a bad experience I had with your service last 5 days nothing worked calls sms n data. Only thing we are working but finally it started working jio care please resolve issue of your customer on priority just don't keep them hanged like this expecting this

    @JioCare I got my My JioFiber connection in Sep 2021 and was disconnected on 31st July,2022. It has been over 2 months and the refund is not processed with no solution. Request you to plz help resolve the issue. Cancellation Req no.: SR00001CG8ZH,Service req no.:SR00001DNEQ0
