While porting frm othr network to @reliancejio I ws chrgd Rs.500 in name of "safety deposit" apart frm prime membership Rs.99 But I dnt understand wt does the deposit cover. The sales person was also not able to explain clearly. Can @JioCare share a doc that explains?

@reliancejio today i tried to update my name in my jio fibre connection but your customer service no and email addresses are unreachable. Also jio connection provider asked to take new connection of rs 2900. Due to urgency i had to take a new connection
