    Worst Service. Worst Communication @JioCare My Jio fiber Wi-Fi has no internet since April 08, 2026. I complained about the Jio app, but the service engineer scheduled April 13 first, then automatically changed to April 14. What is this? (1/2)

    On contacting @SonyLIV I am informed that this problem can only be resolved by @JioCare . But your team doesn't feel the need to provide quality service and assistance to the consumer. Kindly resolve the matter asap in case you do not wish to lose a customer.
