    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare Hello Nikita its still the same.. There was appointment scheduled at 9:30 am but got cancel at 9:20 from ur side.I dont know what's going on. You guys are literally harassing. Corct documents r uploaded bt still getting denied saying capacity box is ful n new connecn can b given

    JioFiber has the worst customer service in Kolkata/Howrah. My internet is down since 3rd November and noone came to fix that. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointing wid ur setup box service n customer service,agent pooja was very rude n badmouthed.I hav issue wid my setup box so askd her to assign some engineer bt she refused we will not, try at my end only else leave it.I m discontinuing the conectn

    @reliancejio more than 2 days my complaint regarding internet not working hasn't been resolved.. Need a refund for my recharge amount for the delay days..Fed up calling customer care. Same reply please with 24 hours.. In a world of online how can u live without 2 days of internet

    @reliancejio how should an individual file a complaint? Your toll free number needs 10 attempts to connect with an executive. Then your exe says, oh sorry connectivity, I can't do anything! What should we do? Your local vendors only respond till we haven't taken the connection!

    Hey @JioCare my relocation request has been going on since 25 October without any resolution. Appointments were given and cancelled automatically. Since you are not worried about resolving customer issues, I would like to terminate my connection and get my deposit back.

    @reliancejio Improve your fiber service or be ready to face the fate of BSNL. You can not take 24 hrs to restore fiber connection. Your employees are like public sector employess. Your IVR tells the lies. Standard answer is: "your plan has expired". Shameful thing.
