    @JioCare The worst customer care service by @JioCare I have placed a request for cancellation of #Jiofiber on 09.08.2022, for which I received a reply that device will be picked up on 13.08.2022, which is again postponed to 19.08.2022 and now again postponed to 24.08.2022.

    @JioCare I had a JioFiber subscription discontinued on my phone number. The service was deactivated and I was told that the refund would be initiated within 14 days from receiving the hardware. It's been more days than that and I still have no refund credit on my bank. Pls look.

    @reliancejio Can I get a customer care number where I can speak to someone. The Chat Bot is useless and even the whatsapp chat is of no use. I am trying to get my home internet fix for a week but no success.
