    In the morning till 9 AM and in evening after 6 PM everyday your 4G services goes very down, Poor service and need to fix as soon as possible. This problem should be taken into account bcoz from a long period of time your services being problematic for us. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @U05968752 @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    @reliancejio Fiber new show pony policy. Technician will turn up late with some thing missing & then switch off phone. Appellate personnel will confirm on call of having no record of technician visiting; as well as @JioCare cust service will disconnect calls on escalation request

    @JioCare I am facing bad network connection in my area . I don't know why ... Please do something so I can utilise my internet . It feel very bad when you start reminding 2 days before the pack end and never msg after the recharge . Think once how you playing with people trust.
