@JioCare Do not bother. We have disconnected jio and taken service from a local provider. Within 30 mins a new connection was given and line was started. For 3 days you guys have been misleading us.

@vikasch4141 Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to make fake advertisements I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys and decided to port to Jio & I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare I just don't understand one thing, I have raised complaint with VodafoneIdea customer care and appellate authority twice and both times they closed it even without having a word with me. What nonsense is this? I will switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio immediately. I am done!

I haven't got any one from your team till now.pls process the disconnection as soon as possible and issue my refund. Already, the plan for this month had been wasted as I was not able to use the internet. I want a refund for that even. My plan is valid till 10-12-20. @JioCare

@JioCare Take note of this- One of your team Mr. Gurbindar had called me 6 days back and he had already confessed that @reliancejio do not have 4G network at my area still it is looting customers in the name of 4G. The question of fixing this issue is not the real question BUT...
