Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     @JioCare Kavita, * give me SR name you got this details from. * UTR meaning? Was sent to which email? No junk or regular got any utr. * 750 is not 1500/2500 I can't access any jiofiber SR so to challenge them, I will need you guys help to questioning I can bring it on phone.

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio If you don’t have WiFi then surely this will be an issue. Have that one at your and enable WiFi calling. WiFi router works like network tower.
