@JioCare the Jio fiber set top box audio disconnects frequently. We have plug the hdmic cable out and in to get back the audio. It we also changed the cable, issue is with the box. Jio service chat has no resolution

To cancel a @reliancejio number, first give last 4 digits of the proof of identity given when no was taken, aadhar card no, fathers name, make model of phone, last payment amount to the paisa paid..at which point I said..not wasting time with this! Seriously, such nonsense!

@reliancejio What a pathetic service from jio. It's probably our mistake to opt for jio modem service. We contacted jio on 16th Nov to get the internet modem service. The concerned person(Madan Raj) came and asked us to deposit the amount before installing the connection.
