    @JioCare @SubhamSinhaSS Jio fed me the same excuse for 1 yr., like more users in your area, issue with my loaction my phone.. .. Then i switched to airtel.. And it has been smooth sailing wrt jio

    @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. The technicians could not install the set top box citing technical issues.

    If the internet can be slow due to Overcrowding it should not be done even during the day Because there are very few users during the day time. @JioCare

    @supantho007 @JioCare @reliancejio I escalated the issue and then got the refund. Telling customers wrong information just for sales is pathetic!

    @jiocare Old customers end up feeling Neglected and cheated as customer pays but cannot get the desired service smoothly. In case JIO is still finding issue to resolve internet connection, then transfer the unused data so that it can be used in next days when JIO resolves .

    the problem is not being solved even through Twitter, And not even getting from customer care. So please tell us where we should go so that our problem can be solved. Because even having a normal whatsapp message is having trouble. Please do not give high user reasons. @JioCare
