  @JioCare The common reply from jio is "We will get this sorted right away. Simply DM a valid Jio number to assist you further". What ever the customer complaint, this will be the reply. Its like computer generated reply. I complaints 4 to 5 times, but issue not resolved yet.

  I facing same problem of slow internet speed in other devices also, I have not seen such a useless network till date, in a 4G network, 25-25 kb speed is coming. Please do it as soon as possible @JioCare @reliancejio
