    @JioCare @JioCare Thank you for the response, but "actively working" has been communicated repeatedly for many days. This is a prepaid SIM delivery issue, not a complex technical problem. Despite advance payment, 15 days have passed and the SIM is still not delivered/activated. No definite timeline, no explanation, and no resolution have been provided. Customers expect service after payment, not indefinite assurances. Please provide a specific delivery date instead of generic updates. Order No. NO00015F496T

    @JioCare @JioCare Dipesh, this isn't just an 'incorrect payment'. My acc is disabled & your tech already took the antenna! Router is ready for pickup. Since hardware is returned, keeping my money is illegal. Process refund today or I'm filing an NCH complaint.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Order No. N00001DOCP30 was scheduled for JioAirFiber installation on 2 June. Today is 6 June and the connection is still not installed. Pathetic service and poor customer experience. Resolve immediately. #poorservice

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, my friend is currently working in Singapore and his Jio number +91 801221XXXX got deactivated as he missed recharging for 8 months. This number is linked to his Indian Bank & Aadhaar. He is facing issues without OTPs. How can he reactivate it from abroad? Please help!

    @reliancejio @JioCare, guys you have the worst customer support I have ever seen. Today is the 3rd day of raising a service request, we still have no resolution. Moreover, why does the system assign an engineer in the late evening hours, when no one would actually come?
