Facing serious issue of Internet speed.I paid for 300mbps and getting below 2 MBps..I can't use internet, as Emergency health provider( doctor) in Pandemic, hampering my kids education

    @JioCare My jio number is 9782571666 Jio net bad experience but Just as jio net is becoming weak or its connectivity is being weakened, in the coming time another company like jio will come and people will turn to it if jio connectivity is not corrected in time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Gaining Very pathetic experience from you guys. Since 2 months I am complaining about my jio fibre router for 4G issues. Having multiple complaint number -SR000018ASNB, SR000018DWQR, SR000018E7EJ. And customer care keep rescheduled the tickets in loop.

    Pathetic support and services from JIO, i am on call with support team (198) for last 3 hours, they kept on hold for 2 hours and finally disconnected my call. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews

    @JioCare It's of no use even after DM, your representative FAIZAN absconding. No solution no updates, stop this bullshit by making customers to wait for longer time. And moreover you people are very slow.

    @Speedtest you sellouts. Connect using @reliancejio and the speeds shown are faster than the speed of light. Slap a VPN on and it’s not even 1/10th less than 10 seconds later. God damn @ViCustomerCare was faster. Any other reliable #speedtests available?
