Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have a postpaid connection from you and I feel that I am being cheated. Everyday from 6 PM to 11 PM the internet speed drops and doesn't even respond to pings. I have tried calling your complaint helpline 198 but it gets disconnected! Can you help?

@reliancejio why the hell Jio customer care no 1800 889 9999 not working ? It's clearly mentioned that you can call from non jio numbers. My jio network is not working and i have no option now to connect customer care. Worst service.
