    @JioCare Really, next few days, aren't you mistaken? Dont you wait for 10000 tweets of slow speed internet harassment before you optimize the area? 28 days have happened only. Last year 30 days plus. So how many more? Are we taking for customers to die? Then how will you get recharges?

    5G is being advertised everywhere, but @reliancejio customers in our village don’t even get 3G. Internet is so poor that UPI payments and even basic Google searches often fail, and have to go to the rooftop for a usable signal. when will the service improve? @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare same problem with jio fiber not working from 1300 to till now 1700 . Customer care not aware of issue .

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Shame on you all. My WIFI is dead for the last 26 days. Shut your business and go home. Stop giving lollipop of service query to users. Your team's current situation is the worst. Refund my this month amount. Else will not return your router.

    Has anyone else experienced issues with Jio? Jio mobile seems to provide poor hotspot connectivity on laptops despite Good signal on mobile, while Jio broadband doesn’t allow Prime to play on the TV unless Prime subscription is purchased thru Jio. @amazonIN @JioCare @reliancejio
