    @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare service. I have been trying to migrate my corporate mobile numbers to individual prepaid connections, but neither customer support nor the Jio service center has been able to resolve the issue.

    So far my order isn't cancelled, customer care reps don't care, I've had several calls disconnected on face, some just lied to me saying they are raising escalation req all the while they didn't. So @JioCare IG the thing is you guys are only responsible until you take the money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing frustrating issue with Jio. Need to change existing plan,team says plan can’t be changed unless extra payment is made. Poorly designed process and unhelpful support. Never faced such issues with Airtel. Customer support at Jio needs improvement.

    @JioCare @JioCare As expected, there is still no update, no technician visit, and no resolution. The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber, whenever I call customer care, I only get an automated message saying “temporary issue in your area” and the call disconnects. I am not even allowed to raise a service request. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber
