Their customer care staff members come over, play around with the router, say “Madam, mein kya mar sakta hoon - upar se hi yeh log hamko guide nahi kar rahe” and then ‘closes’ the complaint without a resolution @reliancejio @JioCare #jio #JioFiber

There is no network or unsteady network of #jio . We are facing issue in calling and slow internet since jio has launched. Please fix this. There are 60% user of jio in this are. @reliancejio @JioCare #Jiodown

@JioCare Hi Palak, Shared on DM. Also, I have shared the service request number. What's unacceptable is the misinformation due to which the request was put on hold that engineer visited and wasn't allowed to enter. For 2 days have mailed, called,tweeted, complained nothing happened.
