Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.

Every time I'm told an engineer visit has been scheduled, yet no engineer ever shows up and the issue remains unresolved. I'm paying for a service that I barely receive. If this isn't resolved immediately.

After just 10 days, Google emailed me saying my Google AI Pro plan had ended. However: MyJio still shows my subscription active until 3 Dec 2027.
