    @JioCare I don't want this kind of attitude from your on ground representative.I mean if you can't provide connection than why collect money from innocent consumer and then stop attending them. How is this ethical to cheat your customer?

    @JioCare I was never contacted by any engineer or executive. The booking agent only told me in the morning that installation would be completed within 1 hour, but after that I did not receive any call or message from anyone. So I don't have any executive's name or contact number. (1/3)

    Dear Jio Support, I am facing a serious network issue in my area. Even though my phone shows full 4G signal, the internet is extremely slow. - YouTube videos keep buffering and often do not play. - Instagram reels and videos are not loading or playing properly. @JioCare
