    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 3 days and there is still no proper restoration of my Jio AirFiber service. There has been no meaningful update or timeline shared either Will Jio compensate customers for this prolonged outage or simply ignore them and expect us to keep.

    @JioCare You service engineer came and visited and it's a technical problem from your end that me and as well people from building are not able to continue with service. What pathetic service is this. It has been nesrly 24 hours since the disruption.

    @JioCare WhatsApp on my Jio number is getting blocked again and again and after placing a request for review, it gets restored after 5-6 hours. It is happening on a daily basis, although I am just send 8-10 messages/day. Sometimes it gets banned in just 1 text. Please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Sr leadership of #Jio to immediately verify the technician's field report instead of relying only on scripted customer support responses. Speak directly with the technician who attended my complaint and understand the actual ground reality before giving customers false hope. 7\n

    @JioCare Send us the service request number and we need installation asap . Why would we pay to get refund. Try to resolve the it not find another solution.worst support it's been literally 12-13 days.
