    @JioCare I am a JIO prepaid user, have applied for a matching number last week. No response from Jio since then. Payment for the sim and recharge have both been completed (NO00015F6ADL) & I even raised a service request which no one has bothered to check (SR0000373G8X).

    For the past three weeks, my Jio internet service has either been down or highly intermittent. There has been no response to my service ticket(s), and they are automatically closed after a couple of days with the status marked as "resolved." 1/3 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's resolved by changing connectors and service person asked me to pay ₹400 for the same. I logged a complaint with Jio regarding this matter. Hope, I will receive a final resolution on it.

    @JioCare Such a pathetic service! My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days, & there has been no resolution, no proper update, and no support from the technician assigned to the issue. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of accountability.

    @JioCare My Router Is not working since morning wifi option is not showing. Outer router is defective or wire cut but neither customer care is available nor complains are being taken through chat how solve my problem my Contact number is 8340451805

    @JioCare it’s been 7 days since Internet connectivity is down and no response from your engineering support. Your IVR won’t let me talk to an executive, juts parroting the like that “Inconvenience is regretted…”. Extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare Hey still no updates You guys are pasting the same message again and again in my dm * the link is not working , its shows invalid * in the app also in view more option it shows invalid and only 1 request is there that too of 26 may Please schedule engineer visit from your end
