    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

    @JioCare Whenever I call your customer support, they simply said lead didn't raised , we are raising request, will refund in 21 days ,or will refund in 4 days or in 24 hours, I call daily to them, they daily give assurance,

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio 2 days back a fire took place on the electric pole in Sewak Park Dwarka Mor Delhi. All cable of service providers burnt. Airtel people started the work and fixed the connection but JIO is sleeping.All JIO customers are suffering. Immediate action required.

    @JioCare Hi Tanya, soon doesn't define a timeline. There are TATs that need to be maintained. With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.

    @JioCare Technician visited my location twice, they know how bad the scenario is here, since many months I have been complaining. Still, not taking any appropriate action or they might not have knowledge how to resolve this issue or they might not like to provide proper service.
