The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

Unreliable connections and poor quality are now routine.Getting real help is nearly impossible , it's extremely difficult to reach the right person. 3rd-party technicians often behave rudely like goons, with zero professionalism or empathy. Jio’s monopoly leaves customers with no good alternatives, forcing us to tolerate this pathetic service. Where is the management and accountability? Without technician visit they closed the request, raise again no one addressed, it is in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. Imagining their service in other areas. People are just tolerating jio.
