@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare Have been calling your customer service for more than 6 months now, but the only answer I have been getting is it will be resolved soon and no deadline provided. As per you even 6-7 months is too short a time to resolve an issue and is a shorter duration period than soon

@reliancejio your service is crap. Your connection shows 4G on mobile sets. But the speed is 2G. And everytime I contact you on twitter or through they tell me that the network in my area is weak, a blatant lie packed as an excuse. You guys are pathetic.
