    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare Your helpline number is not working 1800-896-9999 and the chat service is a disaster. They don't call and are unable to understand on chat and disconnect chat after a few questions and I need to eaxplain same issue to second person. #worstJio #WorstService

    @JioCare Has been using jio from 2016 and and hold more than 5 jio sims in the family. Planning to port the others number too, thanks to the wonderful service. 👍🏻 we are ready to pay if the service is proper, but you want money more money every day and poor service day by day.

    @JioCare As per SMS it should be disconnected by today can you please confirm this. Why it is taking so much time for backend process. I have been following up since last 3 day but not getting any concrete responce. Sometime team has to be more agile to help customers.@MIB_India @PMOIndia

    @JioCare same solution for issue everytime you are experiencing internet issues as there are many users using internet at the same time from the site you are connected with. This is a temporary issue, may last for the next few days. We are working to resolve this at the earliest.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm becoming real sick of Jio Fiber service. My internet is down for the past 3 days and this is the 4th day. I have been calling for a technician in Customer care. Every day it gets appointed and rescheduled. And still, no technician showed up on my door.

    @reliancejio for 18th March 2022 i have faced much network problem in our area. Show only emergency calls much time in my mobile. I have already registered complained of 2 time to jio customer care but no any solutions till time. I can't understand why nobody serious to resolve.
