    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @reliancejio I have accidentally recharged to a wrong number and the pathetic service from jio is really frustrating they should have some time for refund or transfer of accidental recharges as this can happen in busy schedule.

    @JioCare your folks are refusing to address my jio fiber issues since last week , everytime I call - put on hold for 15mins and then gets disconnected. Your service area manager is also not picking up calls request no SR00001BFYEB

    @reliancejio shame on you you are not helping me with information. I teried with calling cust care. i tried with 18009869999. sent an email. no help. JIO is hope less. I paid 1 year subscription. i want to shift my house to another area. no info regarding that any where.
