    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @law_ninja @JioCare Jio Fiber is a scam never use them they have the worst customer service of any services company in last 8 months have moved of all services by them. Never trust anything being said by them.

    @JioCare I am having an issue with the internet from past couple of months - the wire is being cut again and again. Your people are not responsible enough to spare time and rectify the issue properly they are again and again wasting my time

    @JioCare No ...m not going to buy crap.Y9ur technician hasn't been able to visit in 5 days. Your company doesn't care at all about customer service.Once u sell off the service ur jib is done,dts how @reliancejio has always bn doing business,No ethics,no customer support #Jiofraud

    @JioCare Myy jio app me totally 100+ service hai....game bhi diya hai.... ...but ek link nhi hai jisme customer onspot apni location send karke apni network complaints kr sake...aisa bewkoof kewal jio hi bana sakta hai....keep away from jio fraud telecom company ..tum tuition le lo Vi se

    @reliancejio I m really disappointed by ur services , I m waiting for last 2year for jio fiber in my area but no response , only fake reasons , nxt month nxt month now 2year happened lik this , I m change to my network airtel .

    @JioCare no one cares about existing customer issues but when i request for a new connection i get a call from your engineer with in 2 hours wow!!! please get your customer churn ratio checked @reliancejio
