The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

But it has postponed the appointment twice since evening. Pathetic service. A new connection takes a couple of hours but fixing an issue takes 4 days. JioFibre.

Amit Garg (@amit_garg81) reported@JioCare Trying to port to Jio, but 4 days now that sim delivery guy calls and then no one comes to deliver. The guy even stop picking the phone. Pathetic service. Better to stop the port request. Before customer service is so bad what will happen later.
