    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    complaint regarding internet on 31st may...promised resolution within 24hrs..no one came...appointment rescheduled by jio for 12AM on 2nd june...again same.. nothing happened... appointment for 5pm .... again for 11am on 3rd.... great service by jio fibre @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare internet not working on my jio fiber connection since yesterday, made multiple calls but no luck. Please disconnect if you can't fix it today. Happy to switch to new service provider

    @JioCare Service is absolutely terrible. I'm going to switch to Airtel V-Fiber as for the past 3 days our internet has been down and all service requests are just getting rescheduled. None of your customer support is giving any solution to this issue.

    @JioCare I have provided you 30 days & if that is not enough it shows your incompetence towards solving customer complaints. You believe that you have monopoly in this market & can do whatever you want to trouble customer. But wait you are gonna pay for all the misconduct & mental trauma

    @JioCare I'm not going to leave this.Y to cheat customers with mis info. Checked this with multiple person from customer care,then it is jio who wanted customers fall in prey for false promises.Such a worst strategy.Nobody can do it other than jio.Resolve this today or I'm closing my a/c
