    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare @RISINGRKC I have raised service request today morning for cable shifting. Engr was scheduled to come at 15:00. No one came/contacted. Further I got message that engr was not able to reach my premisis and request is on hold. This is false. No one have came or called me. Please advice?

    @JioCare Oh so this is your strategy?After you fail to send the technician on time,you send another mail with a new date? Today's day was not over,you could have sent the technician today also. This is so unprofessional. you dont realise the inconvenience the customer is facing.

    @JioCare Order ID: 43874359 is for new SIM connection and the Jio Delivery Executive Ram Gote (Mobile Number : 9975071231) was assigned for the request. he behaved unprofessional and rude. When I asked the reason for the same , he said he will not deliver the Jio Sim .

    @JioCare U need ur customer on online platform but reality is on ground level ur staff and your term's & conditions are different.. So I have not a patience any More.. i have to face ur store permanent base..So not Happy with ur jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence lowest behaviour from a reputed a company like u! Ported myself to @reliancejio. Call came next day claiming to be ur exec. She sent me a MSG and told to fwd it 1900 to cancel my Airtel no.! Msg was Cancel_(my no.)!! 1/2
