@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

Pathetic service of @reliancejio @JioCare. I have requested for fiber installation more than 1 week ago. Still no installation. Their customer support team doesn't respond properly, also technician team not respond. I asked to not setup it but they are also not refunding.
