    @JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare Please can you get it fixed by today because I think tomorrow your app will again put my request on hold and still nobody would visit to fix the issue..my scheduled time has been put on hold to reschedule twice by your app and I think the same will be the case tomorrow.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service provider with pathetic service. Almost 2 weeks following up with local team and customer care, 5 days follow up on X. Still @_MukeshAmbani team couldn't give solution. WORST EXPERIENCE. DON'T GO FOR JIO INTERNET CONNECTION

    @JioCare It’s very sad and at the same time the brand jio is not able to help its customer. What’s the use of paying you full amount if customer is suffering like this. You don’t have jio tower here so how one can even use mobile data if no WiFi is dere.

    @JioCare So I am lying to you. Who is responsible for the issues that i am facing. Technician confirmed there is a problem, Jio is not working good here. Don't just check the speed assign someone to visit here to see the technical aspect as well. That's how you resolve root cause? Notgood
