    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare Is that a joke by @reliancejio? I have given the service request number above. I have mailed multiple times but no result yet. Spoken to customer care all in vain. Still should I hope a DM would work!

    The so-called JIO internet cannot even load an Instagram post/stories, cannot even play songs on JIO-SAAVN. I would rate it 0.5/10 for service and connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Please either fix your connectivity issue or stop fooling people. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    @JioCare Sorry with so much delay and a complete mess. I am not going to wait further. Will you do it on a personal level I.e. waiting for 5 months. Would rather go for some other service with a competent service force.
