    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

    @JioCare Thanks @JioCare issue has been sorted. Looks like someone messed with the fiber wire at your junction box. Engineer said they will put a lock on the box. Hope I will not face such issue again

    @JioCare jio has lost all sense of customer satisfactin. Even after multiple complaints internet drop issue is not being fixed. I have raised 5 tickets till now

    @JioCare I am sick and tired of raising service tickets to your incompetent team who has not bothered to send an engineer once in last 3 complaints and I got closure messages that issue is resolved ,I am going to ensure that my entire area business is lost by you guys . Pathetic

    @JioCare If a relocation service request is cancelled by your backend team, it cannot be re-initiated. Why? I’m being asked to pay ₹1200 AGAIN to raise a fresh request. Why should a customer pay twice for your internal failure?
