@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare Total bill amount for my post paid jio mobile no:9425279114 (plan-199) was rs 234.82/- per month up to may-2021 but from June onward bill amount suddenly increase without any reason.present plan is also showing plan-199.I have not applied for any value added service.

@JioCare Why every time Lost Internet, very slow /Drop Internet. Why your team is not interested to resolve the issue. Why every time we have to explains same from beginning and problem is still there. Why don't you replace router and check resolve actual problem .

@reliancejio @JioCare I was scheduled for Jio Fibre installation on 3rd July in Indore. Have already made a payment of INR1,000 to the concerned manager. Ref no. NO0000HUAI39. No one has shown up to set up the service, neither is the agent answering any calls. Very poor service.
