    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have just contacted Jio customer care regarding poor voice quality during call and worst internet speed. The response I got is Sir, it will take 120 to 180 days to resolve your issue. Seriously ?? I think it's the time to Switch.

    @JioCare I am facing difficulty in using internet and specially in downloading.actually 2 boys fm reliance has callled up.1 is saying pay rs 2 ,another one saying don’t pay anything.i am confused why you are asking for money for network repairs.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofi is not working from past 2 days. Engineer visited and told it would resolve today. Entire area is affected with this and still nobody is responding. JIO Nagpur services are worst. Service Request ID - SR0000133W5W

    @reliancejio My Jio phone 022-35615623 not working from last 3 days and fm today Morning internet also not working. Your representative will come tomorrow evening and solve my problem. My point is if customer suffers for 3-4 days bcoz of yours negligence then my plan shd extent.
