    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

    Guys how do I remove @airtelindia wifi connection. It's not working more than 10 days a month. Will be shifting to @reliancejio air fiber. Tommorow is my last day of payment renewal and I don't want airtel wifi anymore.

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. I only received a generic response, and the complaint was closed without fixing the problem. I'm still experiencing very slow internet speeds, and 5G is not available at my location. If this continues, I'll switch to another network prvdr

    hi @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 5 days since our internet stopped working. your team has been rescheduling the service request every single day, and instead of resolving the issue, they’re trying to upsell AirFiber. please look into this urgently.

    @JioCare i hope you already have my number 581321 comes under belekeri post place is bhavikeri sometimes it will be 4 stick or 3 stick when it will go to 1 it will be like no service from 3 days its the issue and i know even power issue is there here

    @JioCare What will you guys do?? Just raise the service request and close it after 24 hour without providing any kind of resolution?? Because this is what you guys are doing since last week. Still I'm sharing the details in the chat even though i know you won't be able to do anything.
