    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare very bad service of Jio Fiber as I got. My connection has disconnected on Dec 03, but still yet none of jio group has not contact with me. There is no direct contact where I can talk about it. Service is very poor. Disappointed 😞.

    @JioCare I have messaged the number. Please check dm. I am not going to ping on WhatsApp. I have tried that so many times without any resolution. The average response time is 2 hours in WhatsApp and that too without proper response.

    Hello @JioCare - Again fiber got disconnected and this is the second time in last 3 weeks. Not sure what is happening and if complaint logged now they will come after 4 days. Any way to expedite??

    Worst experiance with Jiofiber 22/dec/22 fiber connection ki booking 4240rs/6month lene ke baad,salesman ka no response,den after 3days 24dec Engineer said ..15 se 20 din baad lagega ..life ka worst expriance or trust karke amount paid karne ki galti👎🏻@JioCare @reliancejio
