    @JioCare @surajbmehta Again the network is done in Andheri West area. @JioCare what is going on? Since I have taken the network this has been the issue. Planning to discontinue due to this pathetic service. Hardly we get any response from your support team too.

    @JioCare Still the issue is not resolved.I think no one is working on solving this issue. I am a fool who has been waiting. If today this big critical problem will not get resolved I will switch to airtel. Port my both Sim also to airtel. Thanks

    @JioCare @reliancejio i just came to know that jio customer care is the worst experience i ever have, from 3 days i am not able to work and also the customer care and engineer is not resolving. They are asking me to stop using Jio wifi as we cant help #cantimagine @TOIMumbai

    @JioCare @reliancejio trying to reach jio free number since 2 days, to shift my router in the same house for STB, but not allowing me to proceed and talk to the customer care executive. It says "JIO MEIN CALL KARNE K LIYE DHANYAWAD", and call auto- disconnect
