    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved. If this problem is not fixed immediately, I do not want this fiber connection anymore and request you to disconnect it." @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    And in the middle of all these, to my utter shock received a message that my connection was kept on hold and when contacted customer care, was told that was on hold as 'no payment received'. More reasons to hate the service! @jagograhakjago @reliancejio

    @reliancejio is bringing premium 5G. Good news, but would that improve my indoor network coverage which is now pathetically low at one signal bar. Canโ€™t even take calls, browse internet. Issue is since past 4 years.. #RILAGM @JioCare
