    @reliancejio #fraud @JioCare didn't understood the problem of user, I face 6 month network problem and finally I moved from jio to @airtelindia But jio team didn't resolved network problem or nither give me refund of my recharge which I buy for a year. #

    @JioCare Engineer has called in my old registered mobile number request you to please tell the engineer to call in my new registered mobile number.He has put the request on hold..Either cancel my request so that i can schedule new appointment or tell the engineer to call me in new number

    @JioCare Have been facing issue of Live channels videos freezing with only audio, for last 15 days. This happens to all live channels within jiotv+ app. Everytime, I have to uninstall jiotv+ app and reinstall to get this issue resolved but reappear again after one or two days.
