    @reliancejio @JioCare It's difficult to understand that what kind of service you guys are providing to your customer. Firstly you accept the payment and then you are saying we are not providing the service in your area. Resolve the issue ASAP otherwise I'll find some other way

    @reliancejio @DoT_India Someone in UP East has given my number as alternate number while taking a new SIM. I have no relation or have not allowed anyone to give my number as alternative number. Jio store says that they can not do anything about it. Pls help.

    @JioCare I'm facing slow internet connection through my jiofibre connection. I've tried raising complaint through myjio but you system design AI runs in a loop doesn't provide me with direct connection to live agent. After hours of working my way up and down the menu (1/2)
