@ACTFibernet sucks such big time that your mail to their helpdesk falls on deaf ears. Even after multiple applications over 4 years they still didn’t correct my name. Applied for @airtelindia Fibernet today. @reliancejio was unavailable.

@JioCare @JioCare tumse naa ho payega. It's ok. You made the customer remove the SIM from Jio-Fi and insert it in the phone for OTP, so that he could access JioTV. You people r giving gyaan about RMN, when not even one of u has checked the interface. IT DOES NOT TRIGGER OTP TO RMN.

It seems small brands like @ACTFibernet have no aspirations at all. I would suggest anyone to not go with ACT and go with only @reliancejio or @airtelindia because these brands, even for their own profit, they are working for the customers and are improving their service.
