Er. Ajay Verma (@ajayverma1967) reported@JioCare STB freezes in standby. Remote and STB LED stop responding until power reboot. STB and remote replaced (SR00002L9TI6,SR00002LOLRI), but issue persists. New complaint: SR000038NWYH. Please escalate and provide latest white STB instead of repeated refurbished swaps.
