    @deepalinaair @JioCare This is what Unicorns with monopoly give us. No responsibility for customer care or service once you have paid for the product/service. A big reason why we need a web of many small to mid-sized players in every vertical.

    @JioCare @reliancejio For Service SR00001ARERL, I was told by Engineer that he will visit in one hour and now he's saying somebody else will visit and not him. I'm still without internet..your subscription is over in 10 Days, I'm moving to Airtel fiber. Thanks for not servicing

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had applied for the jio fiber new connection. It's been a week and no installation had done yet. The agent of your company keep lying to me that the installation will be done today, yesterday and so on in past days. This is a very bad experience from jio.
