    @reliancejio @JioCare - Pathetic Pathetic Service. I did recharge my plan for 599 for 3 months on 21st which never got renewed. (Customer care promised that amount would be refunded but never got back) Then I did my recharge on 22nd June as suggested by customer care!

    @reliancejio I wanted to port my airtel no. To jio and I got a upc no. And by mistake I forgot it's expiry date and it got expired and when I went to shop to get the sim the request of port sim got cancelled and during this I paid ₹430 for recharge of sim. Kindly help to get it.

    Jio internet speed is 2g level. It's so difficult to even open a website... why do I have to pay 4g prices for this crap ? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio today I downloaded a movie of 1 GB FROM 2 DEVICES at 1 time. The India's Fastest network airtel took about 4 to 5 hrs to complete the download with 4G sim, 2G speed & JIO took ABOUT 40 mint to complete the download. And finally I'm impressed with AIRTEL

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia In our area 4 g network connection is very slow .in this pandemic situation all students are directly depend upon internet .I inform your customercare authority one than more time but there is no improvement ..when old network is not clear why you luanch new type of jio phone .
