    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I lost my phone along with my Jio SIM 2 months ago. I have visited the Service Center in Nagpur multiple times to get a replacement SIM, but the staff has failed to resolve my issue and activate it. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please help!

    @reliancejio . Situation is becoming worst day by day about the service of jio fibre team. Relocation is not happening from last 7 days . Painful to have such big corporate working in such a bad way .

    Hi @JioCare Can you please explain how are we supposed to raise Service Request if our WiFi is down?? App doesn't have any option, IVR doesn't do that, chat don't, call don't. Internet is down from last 36 Hours. Can you please check. @reliancejio
