    @JioCare Yday your representative came & assured me that what problem I was facing will not happen again. Even on phone some person is convinced me about they’ve resolved the issue. One must learn from you people how to gain Cùstomer @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network at Noida Sector 135 is very poor. Calling cut in between, No 5G coverage even i dont know 4G is also working or not. I dont know you just increase cost day by day but not increasing sufficient network covrage to person associated.

    @JioCare I could not use. This has been a very disappointing experience and is not the level of service expected from JioFiber. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will pursue my complaint through the appropriate consumer authorities.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I've been complaining about slow internet speed consistently for the past 4 months, but haven't received a solution yet. I hope I won't in the future either. So please refund my ₹3599/- 5G recharge. I don't want to stay on your network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very bad experience from Jio Airfibre. My internet has been down since 2 July and request for field technician is pending from 7 July also same request is escalated from 11 july, yet no technician has been sent. Req & Complaint No SR00003AH143 MR0001RPRCI3
