    @ICICIBank_Care Your representative calling me on my registered mobile number but seems @reliancejio network issue. I DMed my alternate mobile number please urgently solve the issue.     @JioCare Yday your representative came & assured me that what problem I was facing will not happen again. Even on phone some person is convinced me about they’ve resolved the issue. One must learn from you people how to gain Cùstomer @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio Subscription when my recharge plan will start or provide customer to choose when customer want to activate you directly active subscription is not acceptable as currently till 2 month I am not able to use jiostart but after that i will able to but till that my subscription end

    Its day 8. Nothing happen. I have tried a lot, these Jio guys are not repairing JioFiber Outage in my area. @jiocare there is no bad wheather but when i try to contact customer support they tell that due to bad wheather we are not able to resolve.

    What call summary you required? Shared the number and what she was saying and threatening for. Just wanted to clarify is it possible or not. 1- Giving current active number of someone to anyone else without consent. 2- Is this number belongs to @reliancejio Customer support?

    @JioCare Yes after that response I decided to port. 5G is not working properly in this area since 1 year and you guys asking to use 4G. No worries there are other service providers also

    @JioCare Team, can i have update on Pending order id NO0001F4SWSK / complaint SR00003E1PEP this req was raised on 11th for online sim, with no option to cancel order, no update, tracking stuck in same status from day one, payment upfront asked, this is pathetic service @TRAI @DoT_India
